Everyone here is friendly and knowledgable about their positions and related topics to the business.Very clean office, spacious for everyone who is in it! The agents are very kind, and the assistants are extremely helpful.

Gary mack is a great asset to to road side assistance! He arrived quickly and handled everything in a polite manner!

My husband and I were there to pick up maps and guides for our trip. Where we were going there is no internet signal. We were told to go stop in Bentonville AAA because the office in Joplin doesnt carry these items anymore. First be sure and wear your mask. Second no, you cannot use the bathroom. And God forbid you ask for something if someone has gone to lunch. We gave up and left. Questioning my yearly membership dues at this point.

They never returned my call

I used to love this place..Johnny has gone downhill. I can NEVER get ahold of him. He says he is going to call me back, never does. I even went into the office myself and the ladies in the front were so rude. Johnny promised he would call me that day because he had a customer. He never called!!!!! Jimmy was the life insurance agent now I dont know who to contact they wont tell me who to call. I am beyond frustrated with these people. So upsetting as I have been with them for 5 years now.

Issac was so professional and extremely kind. We need more people like him everywhere. I had to have a car towed today and was fortunate enough to have Issac help me. From the time I placed the tow request with AAA until the time Isaac arrived was under an hour. I was really impressed with the entire experience.

Call this morning spoke with another representative was told Johnny was going to call me back shortly saw office was getting ready to close callback Johnnie answered the phone and after speaking with Johnny he was very polite he was very professional soft spoken and said he was fixing the problem because I told him if I could not have this fixed right away I needed to cancel my membership As I am a 15 plus year member of AAA Plus He assured me he was making the corrections going to text me a screenshot of the corrections gave me his extension number To call him directly if I have any questions or concerns in the future I did not give 5 stars because he did not get the message when I was told he was going to call me back shortly This is the 1st time Im dealing with this office

In the past it’s been a nightmare getting my bank auto-draft cancelled with them, despite my bank account being closed and accruing bank fees due to this on-going issue with them for several months and being told every month they were taking care of it; And then just today, one of the white ladies in the office who took my in-person payment, refused to let me use the restroom...even though I’m pregnant.
