Everyone at Westside was wonderful! They were State Farm recommended so I figured that would make life easier on everyone and it did! The quality and speed of their work was phenomenal! My windshield was cracked and hood dented by rocks on 49. They had my Atlas fixed and back on the road in no time! I also appreciate the way I was treated I was talked to in a friendly manner and not talked down upon which unfortunately sometimes happens when it comes to females and vehicle repair. Thank you Westside, I hope to not need your services again but if I do I will not hesitate to return!

Got into a fender bender and as a result my driver side door wouldn’t open. This place got me in so quickly! Only a day after my collision. They got my car repaired in a short amount of time, and they even vacuumed out my husky fur covered seats (sorry you had to deal with that guys) would 100% recommend this place if you’re close to the area. The employees are very very kind as well!

Christian and Deb were great to work with My vehicle ended up being declared a total loss and they didnt perform any work but the limited interactions and visit to clean out the car were pleasant.

Our car was involved in a fender bender last month. As the claim was getting processed, we wanted to get an estimate from our end to match with what the other partys insurance came up with. Since we are new in the area, we looked up the highest rated body shop on Google - Westside Collision. Later when the insurance company gave us the choice of using a collision centre of our choice, we suggested westside collision. They appreciated our choice saying that they have done business with WC before and have clients who are happy with their service.Few of the many great things about this shop:1) They have an online tool to upload the pics/videos of damage and gives you a free estimate.Note: At the time of our accident, they faced some network issue for a brief period unfortunately, because of which they could not respond back to us via the tool and we ended up talking over the phone but the fact that our details were already in the system made the process a lot easier.2) Someone from the shop will give you timely updates on the progress of the work. The work took slightly longer than what was promised initially but we were made clear on what was the reason for delay and when to expect the car back.3) The work they did was perfect!4) They are very kind and welcoming, and said we could bring the car back if we were not happy with the work. (we didnt have to, but saying that meant a lot)

The crew at Westside Collision did an amazing job repairing my truck. I have to admit, I was worried about having it worked on (weve all heard horror stories about bodywork/paint jobs gone wrong). But Westside was very helpful, and theyre communication with me was amazing...and the truck looks like new. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Not sure why this place is still open. They did the work on our vehicle after a wreck and lied constantly to the insurance company and us. They were not fourth coming with costs and tried to screw the insurance company into fixing a totaled SUV by not telling them all of the issues wrong with the SUV. They keep it for almost three months “fixing” it. They kept blaming covid as the reason it was taking so long. Their secretary called us and informed us that our car was past the totaled mark without this company knowing. Once insurance found out this company quickly tried to drop our SUV off and have us sign papers. They even told us everything wasn’t fixed but they would be dropping it off soon. SHADY BUSINESS. They need to be investigated!

We used Westside for a repair to the headlight and front of our van after someone backed into it. They worked seamlessly with Geico and Enterprise to make our repair. They finished exactly when they said they would. They had the car for far less time than I expected. The owner was super friendly and helped me carry things when switching vehicles, etc. I would 100% use them again and recommend to others.

The communication and the quality of the work on the car was so satisfying. I believe theyre one of the best collision centers in Northwest Arkansas. Plus, seeing smiley faces welcoming me warmly at the door was a bonus. I liked the color on my car, they matched it perfectly and cleaned the interior of my car. This is my second time going to Westside collision and both times they did a great job. They are very professional, give you updates on what is happening with your vehicle, and ensure you’re satisfied with your car before driving off. God forbid I have to go here again but I definitely recommend Westside Collision to anyone who is looking for a collision place.

Our family recently moved to the area and had our 3 vehicles damaged by hail. We decided to go with Westside for repairs due to the rating on Google. They did not disappoint! These guys did an amazing job on our vehicles and have excellent customer service. The office personnel is very personable and called several times to keep me updated on repairs. They also handled everything with the insurance company. They even cleaned our vehicles inside and out! I highly recommend Westside!

I was recommended to Westside Collision 4 years ago and have never gone anywhere else since. I have had them do everything from body repair, painting, ding removal and part replacement. Ive used them several times for various vehicles in our family. I have never been anything but completely impressed with their work. Those guys are really talented. Their attention to detail sets them apart from others. They are always reasonably priced and really care about your satisfaction with anything they do. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

I had recently gotten hail repair done at this body shop, but now someone hit my car! I called right after the accident, and they immediately said tow it over here and we will get to work. My car is a 2020 and they made her look new again. They answered questions anytime I called and even called me with updates. Their assurances and quality of work have given me piece of mind. I took my sons car in to fix the hail damage from the last storm. He is serving in the military so I was not in a huge rush to get his car finished quickly. I am very pleased the work I received from Westside Collision. They were very professional and informative. They did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs and they had the repairs completed by the time they said they would. The even vacuumed the floors and cleaned my dash! Westside does amazing work. They also help you when you are in a bind on time. For example, Enterprise decided they wouldnt let me rent a car even though they said they would wave the fee cause Im a single mom with no one else to help us and I had just used the fee money for 2 used tires to get me back on the road. Westside said they would let me keep my car untill the parts got there and then they would get it done all in one day. They even came to my work to pick up my car and when it was all fixed they brought it back all nice and shiny. They are amazing!

What a great place! First I cant express how friendly the people here are. They make you feel welcome from the moment you come through the door. The customer service was spectacular! If was kept informed about what was happening with my car every step of the way. And an additional benefit was they cleaned my car better than what I have done everything. No joke on that. Great job guys! Had one little glitch with an accessory part that I wouldnt have noticed. However their Quality Control check caught it. I could have left my car there but instead they came to my work the next day to make sure it was installed. No extra charge. This is the best place I’ve ever dealt with concerning car repairs. I was out of the country for a week and got back to wonderful voicemails that had kept me up to date with my truck. Saying that up front as I wanted to make sure people reading know this is an honest review from a walk-in customer. Geico sent us here to repair our Camry. I do professional detailing so I have a decent eye for details and Im particular.Their work was honestly OUTSTANDING. Paint matches perfectly. Car looks really good, even to my discriminating eye. I was very impressed. I will take my future business here (even though I live in Fayetteville) because theyre honest, do a great job, and are good to deal with. I have dealt with tens and tens of body shops in my life. Theyre at the top. Just very nice to deal with, great attitudes, and professional results. That was my experience here.

Westside Collision repaired my Jeep Renegade 4x4 Sport after a collision from the rear. My 2016 Jeep Renegade looked better when I drove away from Westside Collision Center than when I purchased it in January 2019!I had no idea that my Mohave Sand colored Jeep had a gloss finish!Excellent workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism!I understand why they have repeat customers. If ever I need body work done on my vehicle in the future Westside Collision Center will definitely get my business in the NWA area!

This place is great! Everybody here was so friendly & helpful, they always kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle, work finished in timely manner- car looks FABULOUS inside & out!Stacy was so great and always cheerful...she even went to retrieve stuff from my console halfway thru the work!!The collaboration Hertz and Westside Collison was so great! They set up car drop off and pick up between them. I just walked in and out at Westside.No dropping off cars and needing someone to follow to take me back home!!Hertz was fantastic too. Very friendly, clean cars, efficient and helpful. Once again, I drove to pick up car and left my rental at Westside Collision & Hertz came to pick up.

I work retail and customer service is my business. That said I am very surprised at Westside Collision and their customer service. From the start of me bringing the car in and getting my car back they were above in customer service. A week after they sent me thank you in the mail they provided information about their warranty on their work. Just a good exprience from the beginning to the end.

Took my CRZ in to be fixed and got nothing but great service from them. I had no issue checking in and reviewing my car. I got a couple phone calls on the status of my car. When I got my car back the work was flawless. I highly recommend this place to restore your car.

Our daughter in college 2 hours away hit a deer in her brand new car. It had less than 500 miles on it. We were able to drive her car to Bentonville, but had to give her my car to drive to class. The guys at this garage did a really great job fixing my Honda Civic, and they restored it to its previous condition. They are outstanding! Yes, car accidents are stressful but westside Collision took that stress away. They repaired my vehicle quickly and had outstanding customer service.
