Fast and friendly service! Store was clean! Greeted once I came in. Dropped off my iPhone 7’s for return! I hope they arrive in good condition! Will revisit this posting once I know the packages are delivered in great condition!

Forget the post office. I come here for everything I mail letters packages and everything in between. The employees in here are always super smart super nice and patient. I think the longest I had to wait was probably like 6 minutes because there were four people ahead of me. To get four customers taken care of and through the line in 6 minutes is phenomenal if I was at the post office it would be a line of 20 plus people and it would take me 40 minutes to do the same thing. And of course the pricing is very fair.

I went in to ship three packages this afternoon and expected a long drawn out ordeal. The young man who assisted me was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were in and out in less than ten minutes. I’ve shipped my last package with USPS!

Terrible customer service. I have the same issue as others that I was charged to drop off an amazon return that was supposed to be a free drop off.

Attempted to ship a rifle scope back to the manufacturer for warranty work. Was informed the store couldn’t do it because of a DOT regulation. She gave me the number for UPS. Spoke with a UPS rep. It’s not a DOT regulation but is UPS policy not to allow them to ship anything that can be attached to a firearm. So much for supporting local businesses. FEDEX, here I come.

This postal service is locally owned. The owners go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. Others could take a cue from their level of customer service.They have a wide variety of mailing services. They provide custom packing and shipping, private mail boxes. They take package deliveries from USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx if you have a mailbox with them.It is a safe alternative to leaving your packages on your door step.Three month, six month and yearly mailbox rentals as well as small to large mailboxes at different rates, of course.They also sell stamps, some office and mailing supplies and you can make copies there also.I have been doing with The UPS Store for several years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!

Great service when you show up in person, however half of your calls will go to dial tone and the other half will be hung up on when they realize your an actual customer. Most calls consist of :UPS Store.Yes Id like to _______.Sure thing, give me a bit and Ill call you back.Hour+ later, youre calling them and again half dial tone and the rest :UPS Store.Hey, I called earlier and I was wondering if you had a chance to...Hung up.Rinse... Repeat....Summary? Extremely rude through neglect via phone service, quick to help and very informative in person however.

Quick, courteous, professional, informed, consistent, versatile, reasonably-priced, detail- and customer-oriented - pretty much the exact opposite of most other Arkansas businesses weve encountered in 10 years here. The UPS Store on Military Rd remains a brilliant diamond sparkling brightly amidst a wasteland of lethargic and careless mediocrity. Refreshingly great service! 5 stars!!!

I would give zero stars if possible - I took an Amazon Prime package in for return - To place a piece of tape the size of an envelope I was charged.50 cents - The manager stated, “It says right there on Amazon that there may be a charge.” I said, “Fifty cents for this piece of tape? That’s not a charge that’s a gouge to your customers.” Manager, “We take hundreds of packages everyday, if we did it for free we would loose $30-$40 dollars per day.”Okay well that’s true but it’s the $30 you have gleaned at 50 cents per tape applied. Terrible way to treat people

I wish that I could post pictures of the tea pots that I had shipped from this store. And I’m still waiting on insurance claim to pay for the tea pots. This has been going on now for 5 and half weeks. And when you call the store. You get told a different story.
