I felt like it was reasonable to have list of what they intended to do for that lump sum quotedFinally owner contacted me to say his tech told him there were valves, pipe, no mention of cut offs, insulation No description of work to be done. Just Lump cost parts/lump cost labor Nothing specificI’m not one to buy a pig-in-a-poke. I like to know what I’m getting for my money
