I happened by this place by family friend who loves catfish as much as my Daughter and I do.on Friday is when they sell a boat load of catfish now they have many other items to snack on and many beverages. I would really like to Recommend this place.

Wow the catfish is good! I finally tried it after seeing the full parking lot on Fridays. Sides were great too. You can get propane here, wine, very cold beer, Petit Jean meats, and REAL gas for your boat. They also have some grocery items so you can avoid the big stores. Great place

Love the catfish. Went to get my wife and I plates of it Friday. As usual, I waited in line for twenty minutes to place my order. Got my food and went to the cashier to pay, handed her my card and the coupon Riverside publishes in a mailer we get every few weeks and she refused the coupon. I protested politely saying it doesnt expire until June 30 and that we had just got it in the mail. She again refused saying they were told they couldnt accept them. I again protested and said she needs to take their coupon that they published or I would leave the food there. She refused so I walked out. I could understand if this was a business that has been hit hard by the economy during COVID-19, but Ive seen the long lines in the store and at the food trailer when they have had it set up in town. This was a horrible experience. No apology, no explanation, just a flat out refusal to honor THEIR coupon! Probably wont be back.

Over priced and they charge extra if you use your credit/ debit card. Employees are rude. Their food is not as good as it use to be. Owner is rude. I will drive a extra mile to town and save $$$. They are not your ma and pa type of place. With their prices you just need to support another ma and pa place.

During the rise of covid 19 cases in Arkansas this istablishment didnt not require masks for its customers or employees. It is unacceptable that you are unwilling to be uncomfortable with a mask so that others in this community might not die.

Riverside grocery is a staple of the community for Friday night catfish. Rick and his crew are pleasant and always friendly. My wife loves the catfish, fried potatoes, beans and hush puppies. And the sweet tea and banana pudding top it off. They always give you your moneys worth and always more then enough to fill you up. I highly recommend visiting soon.

1-25-19 Paid $28 for two three piece fish dinners. A lot of fried cornmeal no meat. Potatoes and beans were good though went there for a fish dinner. So disappointed would not recommend. I was also charged an $.81 convenience fee for using my bank card.

Great place for fish, breakfast, etc. Nice place to meet friends, family. This is where the locals go. Now has ethanol-free gas and can refill propane tanks.

I ordered four catfish dinners around 6:30pm I understand they were busy but I called and was immediately put on hold for atleast 10 minutes so I waited and they hung up. Called again and immediately put on hold for another 20 minutes finally the owner got on the phone instead of the cranky old lady and took my order and said they were a little bit behind (25 minutes) and to take my time getting there. It takes me 30 minutes to get there anyways. I show up walk in, wait in line, tell them I got an order and I get told “it’s not ready yet” so I asked “how long?” And cranky old lady responds with “ I don’t know we are sooo extremely busy” then walks off leaving me standing there dumbfounded with 5 people waiting on me.. so I went to my car sat there, went to look no food on the counter I checked atleast 3 times. So I sat in my car for over 30 minutes in the parking lot...remember I called at 6:30 got there around 7:00 and left at 7:50. Could’ve cooked my own catfish by then total waste of time.

I took a 145 lb. buck to Riverside last Saturday. Picked up my meat today. Seemed a little light for the size deer I brought in. I came away with 20lbs of burger and 7 lbs if deer steak. I will not betaking anymore deer to them.Cost me $82 for 27lbs. 😞

Had Rick cater a few events for me. They were on time and the food was fresh and hot as always! Highly recommend them for any event you may have!

I chose Rick and his team as a caterer for a conference because I knew I could trust him. It was on time, correct and tasty….and all with a smile. This was part of the conference I did not have to worry about. All I had to do was tell him what I wanted, when I wanted it and where…he did the rest. Service plus.

As someone that just drives by there once a month and stop in for a snack and drink, I found the employees extremely rude. One cut me off while I was walking to the counter and gave me a snobby look then the check out lady didnt say one word. I tried engaging in hi how are you, just courteous when you work customer service, she didnt even look up! Then she spoke to my husband as if I werent standing there talking. And the food is crappy too! Just happens to be the only store in Podunk.

Rick and his team cater a weekly early morning business meeting that my 6 year old son attends with me(I drop him off at school afterwards). My son now affectionately refers to this as the biscuits and gravy meeting. Im pretty sure its his favorite morning of the week because the food is so good! Thanks Rick!
