If I could give this place negative stars I would...before the remodel I was able to come in at 530am on Wednesday just for the dollar day pizza. Now with that being done I was just told that they dont open the kitchen until 6. What about all the people that go to work this early in the morning. I will be taking my business elsewhere

They finished remodeling. Back not normal. Seem to have remove the breakfast sandwiches.

Clean store and clean restrooms. Fuel is fair priced and they have frozen Mountain Dew.

Bathrooms are closed from 9pm-5am. Both workers were outside smoking and clearly saw my 4 year old daughter and I running to go to the bathroom as my daughter yells I have to pee. Only to find out on the bathroom door there was a sign saying bathrooms are closed from 9pm-5am.

Being right on the interstate, their prices are a bit high. But they are in a convenient location.The only issue I have with them is the way they handled our pizza order one time. Normally it is a great experience. But they had just ended a promotion to get free cheese sticks with your pizza. We didnt know this and and if they still did that. We were told they did.After we paid, we were told they didnt do it anymore. The manager, instead of making it right, said that no one had told us that they still did it (contradicting what we told her) and so she couldnt help us out.3/14/17They lost a star today. First, I called to order pizza. I was put on hold and then hung up on. When I called back, the woman I spoke to sounded like I was bothering her, and she didnt want to help me.They are lucky they are in a convenient location and I like their pizza. Theyre service is garbage.

Horrible customer service and was over charged. The cashier was Sarah and she was far more interested in flirting with other people than doing her job.

Called up there to ask about a their price on something (Kiki/keke) said she couldnt give me the price over the phone.. knowing the Benton store only has 2 nice employees (neither of which are named Kiki/keke) I said Um ok thanks I guess and hung up. Called the bryant store and asked how much the same item was. Not Only did the person give me the price they gave me the after tax price too. Apparently the Benton employee just couldn’t be bothered.

Sat 6-1 ~9pm. Young African American female at the cash register was very rude. Nothing in the food area was stocked. Store was filthy. Four employees behind register talking. No name tags.

I recently came in to the benton kum and go and i went to the kitchen area and the young lady that was in the kitchen was yelling across the store and using some awful language not fit for a young lady. when i proceeded to ask for her name she said callie and that she was the food manager. regardless of the situation she should not be yelling at other employees across the store.

Gave me incorrect change, shorted me $4 I didn’t count it at that time which is my fault but I was in a hurry and stuffed it in my pocket. When I got to my destination I checked my change when I was putting it in my billfold and noticed it was incorrect. So I called and talked to the manager on duty to tell her about what happened and she was rude. Proceeds to tell me I had correct change for products I received when I added it up for her and proved her wrong she just told another employee to just take the phone so basically hung up on me. And this is my second incident with being short changed at this store. So always count your change here at this store in Benton Arkansas.

Great access to the interstate . Good good.

Decent gas station food.

Today is March 23, 2016 and the day after the ISIS terror attack in Brussels. You are supposed to be flying you flag at half mast in respect of those who lost their lives to these senseless murderers. I passed your gas station up due to that. Little things mean a lot to us Patriots.
