Great place for all your automotive needs. Took my 1988 Camaro Irocz28 to them and the owner Spencer Elton was very kind and knew excalty what I wanted done, they went over that car front to rear fixed what ever they found and did a Super job very professional but has that friendly country mannerisms I will use them for all my automotive needs and fixed right the 1st time, Thanks for doing such a great job!!!

I took my car into Precision Brake Center after my dealership quoted me an arm and a leg for some repairs. Grayson is a straight shooter—told me how long my wait would be, gave me a “worst case scenario” quote before he took my keys, and didn’t try to upsell me anything. They also refused any payment for an inspection on my brakes. I’m looking forward to continuing to use their services in the future.

They replaced the tension pulley and a couple of belts. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Will be taking my vehicles to them.

Excellent customer service. We have been using them for over 20 years. I have never had one issue with bad service. Always fair and excellent about getting my vehicles fixed within the same day even when I have had major issues. I highly recommend Spencer and his mechanics for any work big or small. Using them a while, always been satisfied. They had forgotten to reconnect a hose after servicing my vehicle but they were quick to make it right!!!

Super fair and honest car repairs. Had my truck in with unknown issue. I know very little about vehicle maintenance, but I suspected an expensive part was at fault and mentioned that to them. They checked it out and diagnosed the issue which was much cheaper than expected. They cpuld have easily told me my suspicions were correct and way overcharged me. They are my auto shop of choice from now on.

Precision Brake went above and beyond the call of duty for me. My 52 Jaguar overheated and I limped my way to Precision Brake just as they were closing. The Manager personally took care of me and reversed the direction of a cooling fan that was installed pointing the wrong way. Quick diagnosis, quick solution, and I was on my way. I was really impressed. It was late, and given the hour they could have easily turned me away until the next morning requiring Hotel, 2 Cabs, etc. Im so grateful, thank you Precision Brake!!

Spencer at Prevision Brake Center replaced the heater core in my 2012 Yukon in one day and preformed the task at a great price. Ill keep going back for my auto needs

Bought a Groupon for an alignment at 1/2 price. They dont honor all Precision offers. So, call before you try to use any coupon.

I took my 2010 Ford Escape in at the end of last summer to have my brakes looked at because they wouldnt hold pressure. We suspected the master cylinder was going out. Brought it in & was told that they couldnt find anything wrong that would cause loss of pressure & that they were holding pressure fine. However my drums & rotors needed replacing. I have no doubt that they did as my car was over 150k. After everything was said & done I paid and went on my way. My brakes didnt feel 100% but I did notice a difference so I was going to give it a few weeks to see how things went. They still would lose pressure but it wasnt all the time. I was going to bring it back but then went into labor & had my son. Fast forward to now. Last week they lost pressure again for the 3rd time since my visit & wouldnt pump back up. (I havent driven my car much since then luckily) My husband travels a lot so when he got home this last time I had him drive my car to verify my concern. He agreed that there was still an issue & would take it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion.He took it in to Baxleys & sure enough my Master cylinder is going out BUT not only that they have to redo my drum brakes that Precision replaced. One has to be machined out because it was rubbing so bad they couldnt turn the wheel & both have to be adjusted.Im giving 2 stars because customer service was great but Im very frustrated that Im now not only having to pay to have my initial problem I voiced finally fixed but I will have to pay to have half of what they did do redone. I have 2 small children & when I have to have someone else work on it I want to trust that they will make it safe, this wasnt the case.
