My wife and I are from out of town and were in Benton making funeral arrangements. We knew of two florist shops in town and found the other one first. We did not feel like this was where we needed to be, so we went in search of Twigs. We were welcomed warmly from the moment we walked in, and made to feel as if we were the only customers in the world at that moment. The staff member (I am so sorry; in my grief I did not learn her name) was so warm and accommodating, spending time with us, showing us pictures and assurring us that they could create whatever we wanted. We left there feeling as if we were really heard, and that she truly cared if we were pleased. The arrangements were stunning! We were beyond pleased. Benton, this florist shop is an absolute jewel and you are blessed to have them. Thank you Twigs for making a sad time so much easier.

Called Twigs flower shop and less than 30 minutes later they were able to hand deliver amazing flowers to my home for my wifes birthday! I have never ordered flowers from a company before, usually I just pick some up from Walmart. This was the best experience I have ever had with both product quality and customer service!! What a great little shop! Peggy went out of her way to help me when I was in a pinch - she threw together a beautiful bouquet and boutonniere for me and my new husband at the last minute on a Saturday morning (before 9:00 am). This was also Prom weekend, so she was already very busy. The shop is also full of cute, trendy treasures. I would definitely recommend this shop.
I LOVE Twigs!! This shop is beautiful, warm and welcoming, just like the owners!! When you walk in, you dont realize it is a flower shop because it is such a wonderful gift shop, full of local crafts and gifts, with a real vintage décor. I have bought several furniture pieces there. I am writing a cookbook and have gone in several times to let Peggy help me with flowers for the photo shoots, and everything shes helped me with is gorgeous! Im so happy we have them!!
I am not seasoned at ordering flower arrangements. Peggy answered the phone and I told her my price range (low) upfront. I told her the personality of the person I was ordering the flowers for and told her what I didnt want. I assumed I would just get a small plant with my budget. Peggy knocked it out of the ballpark! Twigs made a casket flower arrangement for a friends funeral and it was absolutely beautiful. I knew my friends favorite flower and colors, and Twigs designed a gorgeous spray that incorporated both of these elements. I met with them on Thursday morning and the arrangement was ready for the Saturday funeral. They were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them.
I ORDERED A WREATH FOR MY GRANDFATHERS FUNERAL. I EXPLAINED WHAT I WANTED OVER THE PHONE AND IT WAS LIKE I CREATED THIS THING MYSELF. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB AND WAS THE CHEAPEST IN TOWN- I HAVE SEEN FAR MORE EXPENSIVE STUFF LOOK HORRIBLE BUT THIS WAS AMAZING - EVERYONE LOVED IT!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS DAY A LITTLE LESS STRESSFUL AND NOW THE WREATH IS HUNG ON MY GRANDMOTHERS WALL.

My sister ordered a standing spray for a funeral and payed 150 for it and only got a pot of flowers, this place is so sorry they would not even make it right with her. This is a hard time anyway. And you get cheated like this, dont buy from here.
I live in Nash, Texas but wanted to do something sweet for our mom. I called a few florists in the Benton area and Twigs by far had the best prices and very helpful. They worked with what I could spend which wasnt very much. Im extremely thankful!!

Did order through FTD online. Wasnt delivered right day, so called and they were going to upgrade order. Flowers came next day from Twigs, looked nothing like they were supposed to so I called and requested money back. These asss repod the flowers. Bad business. Eat it when you screw up.
