Orlando was great! I didnt even care much for car salesmen but he was more than patient & reasonable while I was indecisive and spent all day there trying to pick out a vehicle suitable for my family and work. By the end of the day, Orlando got me the best deal on the vehicle that I came for, even down to the style, seating, features and amenities. The whole staff was friendly and even stayed after hours to get all of my paperwork handled so I wouldnt have to come back the following day. The people behind parts counter were courteous and very nice. My problem comes with a refund having to be entered by a main floor manager. The parts manager was not allowed to do the refund. This meant a simple refund of the most 10 minutes stretched into 30 minutes or more trying to locate a main floor manager. Then the manager that finally came to do my refund came across like I was inept and he would not listen to what I was telling him. Now I know that he must have been busy and was hurrying, so I will give him that. But they seriously need to revamp how their customers are treated. Service for parts should be quick and easy and not drawn out because of rules that do not seem to be of any value. Now I do not know what caused this non working rule about main floor managers having to do refunds when they have a parts manager, but maybe they need to rebook their rule book and make needed adjustments. Will not be in a hurry to purchase anything else at Campbells.

Service department is a joke. They were lazy, unprofessional and attempted to take advantage of my wife. Our truck had a manifold leak that was covered under warranty. They were to lazy to look at the warranty so they just outright told her it wasnt covered and then quoted her $12,000 for an entire new exhaust when it was just a manifold that needed replacing. Then once she declined them trying to screw her over they charged her diag for looking at a warranty covered item. Guy be careful letting your wife go here alone because Im sure this isnt the first time they tried screwing over a woman.

Derrick was very helpful. He met us on the lot and showed us around. I chose a car I would have never chose had he not been persistent on the power and quality. I nearly walked away twice, however, the finance manager heard my need and almost met my walk- away compromise on the maximum allowance purchase price. I gave them four stars instead of five because the deal was rushed; I would have liked to taken more time in making a decision. I will go back to Campbells for future trades.

I cant say enough good things about Ken Oswalt over in the service department. I was traveling from Tennessee over to Dallas and I broke down at this dealership. I own a Ram but it didnt come from this dealership. Ken was by my side the entire process and took care of me better then Ive ever been treated at a dealership in my life. We had such a great experience when my husband and I bought our 2019 Ram 2500 and my Dodge Charger RT from Justin Mitchell. What we did not have a good experience with is the cancellation department. We refinanced my husbands truck and purchased a gap ins policy through the credit union and I emailed on May 3rd to the cancellation dept to cancel the gap that we purchased through the dealership. I called the next Wednesday and she said that it will be cancelled on the 14th. Why did it take a week and a half to cancel our gap coverage?? Her is is almost May 21st and we still have seen NOTHING!!! I am not happy that this has been handled this way.

Let me rave a moment about Kirk Hudspeth (Captain Kirk)! I was frearful about entering a dealership due to negative past experiences. I did not have time or want for bartering and BS. Buying a Car is kind of like your first date. Its expensive, exciting, and stressful! The team at Campbell Dodge in my opinion worked together to get a deal done. However theres room for improvement! Selection was probably their biggest down fall! The vehicles on the lot arent what people really want. Even before the shortage in new vehicles they still had a lot of basic vehicles on the lot. Keep in mind the dealership doesnt determine your budget, that Is between you and the bank! Ask questions take your time dont rush, use apps like ture car or Kelly blue book to find out how much your trade and new car are worth! Overall Campbell is doing something right if I buy this would be the third vehicle I purchased from them. Read your sale contract carefully know what youre signing. Go in make a day of it test drive and pick your long-term investment of your dreams!!!!!!

I’ll give Campbell the 5 star rating and they held their end of the bargain, but partially because I held them accountable during my purchase process.In terms of meeting your price point I will say that I don’t think they can be beat. I came in with a budget and firm price point on the new vehicle I wanted to order that was 11.1% below MSRP, cheaper than anything nationwide online, and they agreed to it within 15 min. No haggling back and forth to see if I would bite, which I liked. I put down a deposit and the vehicle was ordered.The only issue I had was that they tried to alter the vehicle price by about $500 after the deposit was paid due to a MSRP discrepancy between my spec sheet off the manufacture website and the vehicle ordered. In my mind it’s the responsibility of the dealership to know the price of the product they are selling, and they agreed on a specific price. This was their mistake, but I will say they honored it and did not give me any push back on the discrepancy when I pointed this out.A positive note....the vehicle was delivered omitting a standard feature of the trim option I ordered and they took care of it immediately at the dealership. Exceptional service here.All in all a great place to buy if you are in the market and ask for David or Jason if you give them a visit!

Reasonable price for oil change & filter, no tire rotation included. Waiting period was not excessive, Neil the service rep was very professional and helpful . My only objection was the tech who performed the service listed my vehicle with 100,000 miles versus 51474 on printed statement, oil change monitor was not reset and no sticker was placed on windshield as a reminder for next service date.

If you get service done here, go over your vehicle before leaving. Had oil change done in January, popped the hood 2 days ago and found out they didnt put the oil cap on. Left it on the firewall. Sales/Finance is not much better as they are done with you once they get the sale. Only positive was my service advisor.

Spoke to two salesmen about a truck, one of them gave me a price that I liked, I even confirmed with him, are you sure the price is this because your website says differently and he said yes I checked the numbers on this truck this morning. I gave them the information on my truck and to get back to me on a trade in appraisal. I received a call from the sales manager Victor later when I was out to lunch letting me know the trade in appraisal, which was favorable. I let him know thats great and told him the information on the truck that I was looking to purchase and told him your salesmen said it was x price to which he replied that was a mistake and the truck came out to be 8 thousand more than what the salesmen told me. To Victors credit he tried to make the deal go through and came down some on the price but it wasnt enough.In short, shop here if you enjoy getting the run around.Not vilifying anyone, didnt use any names and it wasnt the new guy that told me the incorrect pricing, the new guy was great, friendly and helpful but If your going to be bitter about someone leaving an honest review of a bad experience that they had at your dealership then you probably deserved it.

I’ve been coming here for a little bit and have even introduced clients to them, but no more, they will definitely judge you based on your appearance and won’t even put in the effort, seems like if they don’t like you they won’t make a sale. And one of the managers will give you looks like you don’t belong there. I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 on 12/28/20. My credit isnt great, however the dealer was certain a deal could be done. He ran my credit, and we agreed to a deal signed paperwork and I put 3000 down. Two weeks later I get a call saying the bank is asking can you put more down or trade in one of my cars. I was told this was a done deal (first lie) So, I put another 2000 down. Now, Im dealing with a guy from finance he tells me oh its a done deal, your note is due on 2/11/20. (2nd lie) Now I have put 5000 down, Ive had the vehicle since 12/28/20. So, Monday 2/8/20 I called Chrysler Capital to pay my note, the finance guy has told me who and when to pay. So I call and Chrysler Capital doesnt have me nor the vehicle on file. Whats going on? Nobody from Campbell bothered to call and let me know anything. Nobody from Campbell who I dealt with seems to be answering their phones.

Bought a Chrysler 300 from them, and they beat the next best price by several thousand dollars. Ive had the car for a couple years now and have had it serviced a couple times, and theyve been excellent servicing the car too.

They were extremely helpful in finding the right car for me. My new used vehicle was detailed and serviced very well. And I appreciated that their service technician was able to point out a few areas of the engine I was not familiar with. Like my Fiat 500’s turbocharger, which he was quick to tell me was very hot whenever I went to point at it closely.
