Closed on Saturday? What the? Only open when Im at work? Not taking a day off to shop.

Drove over on Saturday to buy a side by side and they are closed on Saturdays. What kind of atv/utv dealer is closed on Saturday? I say the kind that lost my business. Instead of buying a Mule I bought a Ranger and when I save enough again, a tractor is next on the list but I will go to Greenway since they are open on Saturday.

Never had so much trouble trying to buy a motorcycle. I have been on the phone with different salesman for 2 weeks just trying to buy a bike they have in stock at their location. First salesman said “give me a couple weeks” and the others I spoke with acted like they didn’t want to give me the time of day on the phone. I spoke with different salesmen thinking maybe it was just that one that didn’t want to sell anything. But after 2 weeks of trying to make a purchase all of them have told me they would get back with me and never do. I don’t have any special requests or anything weird. I just wanted to buy a bike. Looks like I’ll be driving to the next closest dealer to get taken care of since shopping local isn’t working out.

They no longer sell motorcycles. Yeah..

I took my four wheeler to them and they ran a bunch of test and what not figured out the problem and helped fix my four wheeler. Theyre a great friendly team! Customer service was amazing!

I got a mower on order

We rented a LARGE backhoe CAT 420F(2), which they delivered & picked up. It was the cheapest price in town!

Watch out for the labor charges at this place. I have a Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 that needed a rear tire. They wanted 3 hours worth of labor ($270). I have talked to 3 other shops in the area. Each of them quoted about 1 hour with prices ranging from $85 - $95. Riggs store manager and service manager says that they follow the labor quotes in the Service and Maintenance manual.

Cant say enough good things about these guys. Everyone from Adam the salesman to Lloyd, Jeremy, and Marcus in the service department are extremely helpful, professional, and willing to help with any needs that arise.

Man I tell ya what. I work for another dealer in Florida I called these guys up yesterday looking for a part they said they had it. I asked if they could next day air the part to me they said no problem. I open the box today there’s a hand written thank you note, a pen, sticker and even some chips! Clearly they know what it’s like working at a dealer always hungry and always looking for pens. Thanks again to the parts manager and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone I forget their names but you guys are great :)

Their assistance, expertise and customer treatment were excellent!! Not to mention, the pricing of their products were not outrageous, as we found in Little Rock, Ar.!! KBs Outdoor Powersports has a tremendous service department. I have an older side by side that they help me keep running like new. Recently, when I carried my Rhino in for service, they worked with my son and daughter-in-law to surprise me by installing a new wench on the front. They are great people and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

My first experience was my 4 wheeler tires. I purchased 4 tires for a Kawasaki bayou 220 & they had left receipt in a tire what they payed for them & I payed around $190 to much. I then went down to get some bearing & They are usually 25. New guy said 52 bucks.The guy gave me the excuse that hes just learning the system! ! LoL. I did get the bearings for 27.Bad employees & dont try to help & definitely dont like answering questions if your trying to fix something yourself.Try online to get parts because these people make their own prices right on the spot.
