Purchased a bed from them and it had bed bugs in it! I won’t ever purchase again

I bought a Mattress box spring set and frame from them. Just moved into a new house a few weeks before and wanted a new bed. Never had an issue with bedbugs until I purchased the bed. Which is where I am sure they came from. Check your mattresses from this place. They got it out of a big dimly lit previously closed store up the road from the shop. I think that place had bed bugs too.Also I got 2 left side bedrails in my frame set so I had to rig it up a little.

These people were very kind and friendly. They also answered all of my questions I had before purchasing. They had lots of different options whether in the show room or the books.The best thing I liked was that they didnt try to rush anything when I was looking around. The best in town!

Worst experience ever!! I ordered furniture from their book and it was delivered when I wasnt home. When I saw it I immediately called them to tell them it was defective and I didnt want it. At 1st they refused to take it back then came and got it but refused to refund the $170.00 I paid upfront. I am a single mom and that is a lot of money for me! They stated they were keeping my money for the inconvenience! Really? What about my inconvenience of having to deal with this whole mess? They should have never delivered the furniture or accepted it from the warehouse jacked up like it was!! I swear the people building it had to be drunk!! The 2 guys that picked it up also said they wouldnt keep it either & 2 guys from Comcast were here and agreed too. The 2 men helping me move said the same thing!! I was going to get something different from them but since they wont give me the $170 back I will go somewhere else to get my furniture. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of a single mom!!
