Got a two way remote start (my remote verifies that my car received the signal and that it started, so I dont have to check) and tinted windows for my new car. This was my fourth purchase from here and always happy. They should tell you up front if you have different choices for how long your car will run before shutting off. Factory setting was around ten minutes, which is too short for me in the winter. Max is twenty minutes which I prefer. Im going back and they are adjusting for free. I wish I had remembered as I had to do this last time. Had they asked up front as part of the install it would have reminded me. Not a deal breaker though. Great customer service, great job on the install. Very happy, again.

This guys are top notch! I have now been there three times in the past year and they are always prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

BUYER BEWARE do not use this company EVER!!!!! I had an appointment for my windows to be tinted, I arrived at the scheduled time we had agreed on, they told me I wasn’t even in their system for the appointment and let another person go ahead of me I waited it out and it took them literally 3 hrs to tint 2 windows not to mention leaving both inside door interiors filthy with water streaks not even caring to clean up the mess, a few weeks later I had to bring the car back to replace one of the tints due to it peeling and again they did not clean up after themselves leaving water streaks on the interior door, since then the tint has started to bubble and needs to be replaced again …. Out of all the companies to get your windows tinted save yourself the aggravation and cross tint world off your list !

They installed a remote start for me over 7 yrs ago. My remote finally broke. I brought in a new remote to see if they could set it up for me. They set it up free of charge!

Make sure your are aware of their various tint options/packages. They will quote you the lowest cheapest film to get you in the door.

This business has gone downhill within the last year or so. Not sure what the issue is but the employees are very unprofessional and do not respect customers’s time or personal belongings. Don’t bother, they will get you an appointment time and not start your vehicle until hours later with no explanation or sympathy for your time. Their crew spends their time messing around and mistreating customers cars which is audible and visible from their waiting area. These guys are not professional anymore unfortunately.

BEWARE THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFFThey charged me exceptionally high prices for some custom work I wanted done to my vehicle. I assumed from the other reviews & personal references that this place did professional work worth the extra cost.They however did work on my vehicle that was amateur at best & described by fellow car enthusiast as the worst they had ever seen.Let me start with the fact I was told tints, a roof wrap & powder coating my rims would take 3 days. It took a total of 5 days to get my vehicle back & on the 4th day the car was UNDRIVEABLE on pick up as they had put my rims/tires back on WRONG.The wrap was horrible & I mean HORRIBLE. I paid top dollar thinking they would put in extra effort & professionally wrap my vehicle. They must have put someone on the job who has never wrapped a car before because Im sure I could have done a better job.Even the tints were not cut to precision and sloppy put on the vehicle. I found a beard hair in the driver side window tint within a day of picking up the vehicle.I now have to even take my car to the dealership for a tire alignment & inspection as I dont know what else was done to my vehicle but it has not been driving as smoothly as it was before.

Tint World in Bensenville did a great job both times I was there for my windows. Service was excellent and appointments were right on schedule . Both appointments were done in a timely matter. My windows look great and Im very satisfied. Would highly recommend Tint World.

At the very beginning when I walked in to ask for a quote on installing a 1 button 2 way remote starters, the lady at the front desk (I didn’t capture her name) said it would cost me $399.99 plus taxes and the 1 button 1 way would cost me $299.99 plus taxes. She said it comes in a package of 2 remotes. I decided to go for the $399.99 because it would also not only confirm back to me if it turned on/off, but it is also up to 3500 feet of distance it would work. I walked out very happy scheduling an appointment. An employee named Ron was next to her and he helped set up the appointment.The following Saturday I came in and was completely upset because they rang me up and total came out to 549. I asked them why so much they said the subtotal was $499.99 i told them I was quoted at $399.99. They said the lady who assisted me during the appointment set up along with Ron quoted me incorrectly at $399.99 and mine would be 100 dollars more because it is a “push start” ingition and not with insert of a key. The employees name who said this all to me is Elliot. I still went ahead and proceed this was red flag #1.When I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have the 1 button 2 way remotes and temporarily set me up with a 1 way remote bundle and said they would call me when the 2 way remotes arrive so they can replace the antenna. This was red flag #2 (why didn’t they have everything to begin with)???? They could’ve called me and told me if we can push back the appointment because the remotes were on order and hadn’t arrived yet.Finally 2 weeks later I came back in and they exchanged the antenna and set me up with just ONE remote that has 2 way signal and a “back up” that is a 1 way. I did NOT get the 2 remotes that are 2 way like the lady has initially told me along with the incorrect quote.This makes me think this place is very shady and not the best. Go here if you don’t mind all the discrepancies and troubles you’ll go through. Not professional at all as it seems so much is missed on their end and not all employees are on the same page. One says one thing to make you come in and hire them and the outcome is different than what they had you envision. Awful place I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I should have gotten 2 remotes that are 2 way signal like they told me and should have paid 399.99 plus taxes NOT 499.99 plus taxes. Even with all the trouble I am going through nobody at the shop did anything immediately about it. Goes to show how much the team cares about the customer. Never will I go here again you’ve lost me as a customer and I will post this all over to share with people about the inconvenience this place might cause them as well. What the team members tell you is NOT concrete answers and one says one thing while another says other things. Very dissappointed!!

I normally get all my work done at tint world world but today I waited in there while there was people in there and when I got to the counter I asked the guide if he got his covid-19 shots and he said no and I said why isnt everybodys wearing masks (nobody was wearing masks) he said you want me to put it on and I said no its a little too late and I walked out very disappointed! And I will never go in there again! Sorry that everybodys immune system is not as perfect is the people that work in tint world!

Avoid a 0 integrity Buisness at all costs. If I could picket the place so nobody goes I would. Wouldnt reccommend to anybody. I have pictures and proof. Went to get ghost lights, rearview camera and dashcam installed as well as sunstrip. On First round had lights and camera installed but tech for sunstrip wasnt in or was going to be late which we had Appointment at 9a.m. tint world knew the scope if work but somebody didnt show up for work. Calling us back at 4pm didnt want to leave the car there all day for the guy to show up. Getting the car back noticed visor clip was broken during installation by camera tech. Bringing it up in office they said theyd get in touch with owners and get back to me that was August 14th. Over a month hadnt heard anything. Finally I contact tint world only for them to tell me after tech said he did it. Tech never touched your visor and owners are moo not going to replace it terrible customer service by lady in office dont know name but they admitted fault now nothing. Wish I knew how theyd act before I had service. I bought the car not but a week before I came to store no way anything was broke before hand spent $11,000 on this car not to have a visor clip already broken. Your tech did it. Ill be filling a Better Buisness Bureau complaint on this as well.

First impression walking in is that the store is very clean. That’s a huge bonus. It is usually a bad sign when place of business relating to cars is messy, dirty, or disorganized. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. There’s a difference between PRICE and VALUE. Tint World offers a great VALUE with professionalism all around, a clean place of business, a great install, and a solid warranty.

I was scheduled for a 12noon appointment to have a remote start installed so Kyle calls me around 8:30am said if I was available to come in early I said sure I didn’t mind meanwhile I get there and I wait around 1pm and Kyle says his tech is running late and oh! He’s just down the street I’m patiently waiting by this time I went across to Starbucks to by time come back still no tech so then Kyle says well I’m going to take an hour lunch by statue of regulation I’m entitled to a lunch. Yet my vehicle is not being serviced I thought maybe kyle over booked his appointments although there was another gentleman in there before and his appointment was at 10:30 am and I didn’t mind him getting what him going before me because of the time scheduling but unfortunately this guy in up waiting also. I will not be returning, I will not recommend them to this place Kyle was unprofessional and the company needs to hire more than 1 Technician because of the clientele they receive I mean customers are calling but Kyle are booking people 2-3weeks out.

Great place that does excellent work with their tints. Already had them do my tail lights and windows. They didnt have the color I wanted for the tail lights so I went a darker color. They look amazing! Plan on going back to have the headlights done to complete my cars look and possibly a remote start install. Reasonable pricing and a lil bit of a wait, but its worth the end result!

Customer was great. Got me in right away great job on window tint I had done. But not what I ordered. The 2 back side windows and back windows not dark. I ordered the very dark tint didn’t get it. I told the tech that installed it 3 time what I wanted and the lady up front. And pay a little more than was quoted to me. That is why only got a 3 stars.

Ive had three cars done with them and each time Ive had zero issues with them. Two sedans and a mini van tints just how I wanted it, and they are upfront and honest with you with legality, cost, and any questions. Their warranties are good and they will work with you on any issues with the tinting. Professional, courteous, and the price is competitive and worth it. I honestly recommend them any time someone asks me about my tints and they are not even close to where I live. Its worth the drive and time.

Went for an car audio amplifier replacement. Had 1pm appointment and had to wait an hour and a half for technician to get there. Once he arrived they gave me two options for the amplifier...1. A kenwood amp with half the power of my current amp and 2. A used no name anp with same power. When u declined both nentioned they had a $1200 amp and then had nerve to say it was out my price range Long story short i got ab amp that had to to pick up (took another hour) and upon returning with my amp put another guy ahead of me. Took 15 minutes to put on but was up there 4+ hours smh.

Took four of my vehicles their very professional and on time. They make sure everything has been done correctly before leaving the door. Definitely recommend bringing any luxury car here.

Came in to get my old suburban tinted and got the worst sevice ever. Dropped it off at 8am and owner said it will be done in 3hrs. So I came back at 4:30 and nothing has been done to it. The only reason I did not give it a 1 star was cause the tinter that came in at the end to tint it knocked it all out in 2hrs and it came out so good. Did get his name it was Johnny I believe. He said he just started working there. If you come here ask if Johnny is there cause the other guy will take forever. And probably doesnt even know how to tint.Thanks Johnny. As for the owner I will still give him a 1 star.

Nothing but a bunch of conmen. Any 4 or 5 star realates to the old owners Im sure. If i could score less than 1 star, I would go negative. Refused to honor past warranties. This coming after taking my dashboard apart and removing the trunk release switch. I brought it back to have a remote start fixed when it stopped working. I had to explain how the fob worked to them. Also gave my car back without replacing passenger door panel.Now I have to have another reputable shop fix all of their ineptness. Their rude and unprofessional. They havent heard the last of me.

I had scheduled to install remote start for my car. I left my car on the morning for installation.They committed that my car will be delivered in max 3 hours. I call up in the evening after work at 5 and it was still not done. There was no communication that it would take more time. I think there was no seriousness of customer service the way lady talked to me. I took back my car without installing the remote start. Worst customer service.

Great experience! True professionals, and the best customer service! I came in with a warranty issue on my work truck alarm . I was immediately helped by owner Mike and manager Chester. They were very accommodating and in constant communication through out the entire repair process. Needless to say my warranty issue was resolved, they replaced several parts, at NO COST, and my alarm now works as it should. Great warranty with this company, especially since alarm was a few years old. Real honest guys.These guys really stand behind there products and installations, and are masters of their trade! I also appreciate that owner Mike provided me with free shuttle service, he made this entire experience hasle free.

I am not at all the type of person that writes reviews of places nor am I computer literate. I had to have my daughter set this up for me so that I could comment on this remarkable shop and defend their reputation, as I have notice several people posting what seems to be lies or exaggerations of the truth. Being a 57 year old woman I have come to realize that you can not make everybody happy, but this shop truly goes above and beyond! This shop has installed two remote starts for me, tinted my windows and detailed my car several times. I have had the opportunity to set in their beautiful show room several times during my services and listen to that ladies answer the phones. It seems that during this winter season they are very busy with remote starts. Their phones seem to ring every minute and sometime multiple times within that minute, but each call is answered with the same concern and care. After listening to some many of their calls I could probably sell remote starts. Every customer I heard them speak to was explained the details of their remote start installation, the parts and any additional cost needed. No body wants to pay extra fees, but some times they are necessary. I think it is down right dirty to lie on businesses just because you are not happy with the cost of a product. In addition I was just there yesterday and based on the calls I heard they are book until the middle of Feb. 2015 not several months out as some have posted. Keep doing the excellent job you are doing Tint World Bensenville and dont let haters get to you.SEE YOU GUYS SOON FOR ANOTHER DETAIL!

Overpriced. To be fair the rep should quote you a price and include tax. So you know exactly what your going to pay. No surprises!I feel they quote you a reasonable price without tax because they just want to get you to agree to have the service done. Then once you have it done and they go to charge you. At that point how can you say ohh nevermind thats too much considering the service was already done.I was quoted 650 as a deal for a cheap remote start and a radio installation mind you this was my own radio I brought in.I ended up paying 720ishh plus 75 dollars because I was told I needed a wire for my back camera to workFor a total of 800 dollars.I was very upset with pricing. I regretted it so much.Rep ordered incorrect dash kit for radio and I was delayed 2 days.A job that should have taken 1 day took 3.I would have requested more service be done to my SUV but after all that I said forget it.Rep told me hed give me a gift card never did.I asked him to quote me on tires. Never did. After that no thanks.What sold me on this place was the good reviews. After going back and going through them most of them are for tints.The reviews for remote starts are no good.
