Great work done by the technician Jennifer. We had three pieces of furniture to be done. Two pieces were banged up during a recent move and all scratches and gouges were removed and they look new. A 30+ year old piece of furniture had a lot of wear and tear and she made it look great.

We had some bad spots on the new kitchen cabinetry we just had installed (a bad seam, nicked corners, a ding on the front of a door). Furniture Medic came out and made them COMPLETELY invisible. I recently had the “ boxes “ in my kitchen cabinets done . I had a sewer backup and my lower cabinets had to be removed. They were prompt and very knowledgeable . Petrina and Steve took my stuff that needed restoration before they measured everything and asked pertinent questions. They called my ins adjuster from Liberty Mutual who approved a temporary kitchen sink for me. Steve and Nicole brought that over snd they had plumbers hook it up . My cabinets came back and are beautiful . They were perfectionists putting everything back . The plumbers replaced the pipes and drains. Steve and Nicole spent hrs here leveling, cutting, putting my cabinets back in place ! I couldn’t be happier. I sent my coffee table back with them to refinish cause I had water damage from 6 years ago and it drove me crazy. I was always covering it up in quite a few spots. I’m sure I’ll be thrilled when I get it back cause I couldn’t be happen with the job they did! The technicians were sent to touch up a recent kitchen cabinet new installation. The went over every cabinet face with a fine tooth comb and found small issues I hadnt even noticed. I recently had Furniture Medic install a new island in my condo. They were very professional and I was happy with them. Their office was very efficient in communicating to me as to time frame and any questions that I had.

Each person we met and interfaced with from Furniture medic was courteous and professional. The team that arrived to construct our laundry table did a wonderful job! The table looks modern and it is restored to function and serve us well. While we cannot comment on the value because the table is covered under our insurance and we have not seen the invoice, we do recommend Furniture Medic for their quality, professionalism and responsiveneness.

I had a large buffet refinished by furniture medic. They were very communicative through the entire process from scheduling pickup all the way through delivery. They were very careful when picking up and dropping off and my buffet came out beautifully! Initially they misplaced the inside shelves but did not hesitate to arrange to make replacements. They ended up finding my original ones and refinished them very quickly and delivered them ASAP as well. I was very happy with the service and the job that was done. First let me say how I was so impressed how professional and clean they were and they used common sense to cover my floors and counter tops.The reason I mentioned this is that I had so many workers in my house remodeling and no one had the common sense to cover things up or care if they were ruining my property. There were so many little things wrong with my new cabinets that they fixed and you could never tell anything was wrong with them. They are terrific.
