Some items are in high demand, but I was able to get 19 out of 20 items on my list and some clothing as well. While looking for some of the items the staff were both helpful and knowledgeable in locating some of the items. This store was better stocked than the one in my home town of North Adams.

As Walmarts go, this is one of the better ones. Big, clean, well organized, fast moving lines (if theres a line at all). Helpful staff. Ive only been going since the pandemic started and have experienced some empty shelves for some items on occasion, but I think thats the norm these days.

Honestly just went in to use the restroom. We were from out of town. But my daughter had to go look in the toy department for wrestling figures and they had a lot we didnt have in our local Wal-Mart LOL

Barely any merchandise, empty racks and shelves. Some places in America are starting to feel like third world countries... No shopping bags available, had to take stuff in my hands... No longer land of plenty I guess. Ugh.

The store itself is great. We could find everything what we needed. But one Walmart associate stood right behind me when I checked out at the self register. It was really bad, never felt anything that bad before. When I finished the guy at the door was even worse, he looked at me like the way you would look at a thief. He even checked my bags. But he asked no one else to stop, but at least 20 other shoppers passed by.It was disgusting.

Food is well priced. Portion good sized. Very tasty.

I use grocery pick up and EVERYTIME we order from deli they cut the meat so thick. Ordered 30 dollars of sandwich meat and it is too thick for sandwiches. Tried calling store and NO ONE picks up in ANY dept.Its not like I will just return to store and have them give me a different cut I live over 25 minutes away in New York!!!!!

I havent stepped inside a Wal-Mart in probably six months. I am not typically a fan. This time, however, I was helped by a young lady named Courtney and she made all the difference. She didnt know where I could find an obscure item so she took the time to look it up!The checkout process was equally rewarding as the woman was super kind and patient as I wanted to use all my change. Lol!

I kind of was just using their parking lot to sleep like a lot of people do. But there is absolutely no Wi-Fi and there is no signal out here for T-Mobile so I ended up moving to McDonalds to sleep and get free wifi.

Customer service is lacking, but venue was clean, presentable. Im aware of staffing shortages,but thats no excuse for simple common courtesies not being practiced. Thanks.

I waiting at the fabric counter for 35 min after notifying someone I needed fabric cut. 13 employees in the middle isle putting away product and wouldnt help me find someone to help me. One worker actually told me Ive been here the hole time and didnt see you and walked away, instead of helping me.

It was great shopping Easter morning so I could get my ham and lots of other stuff. There were no long waiting lines at the registers and I swear they must have had 4 or 5 open. Why in the world do they not do this all the time? It was wonderful. I did my shopping and was checked out of there in no time at all.

Typical Walmart but really one of the only places to shop in Bennington.

This Walmart was great. Large RV overnight spot with generators being okay. Store had more than the usual selection of RV and fishing supplies.

They had good sales at this Wal-Mart. Well organized and well stacked up.

No carts when I walked in. Theres never baskets either. Id spend a lot more there if I had something to put my items in. The shelves seem fuller lately, so thats nice.

The shelves are barely stalked and its always dirty in there. It may be bigger than the old one but still dont have much of a selection on most stuff!

They typically had more registers open at the old Wal-Mart building than they do at this one. 18 registers and only 2 of them were open on a Saturday...

The cashiers need to be trained better very slow at checkout and not enough opened.lots of items out of stock will be going to Walmart in Troy or job lots here on out.

Since Covid many shelves are empty and replenishment is sporadic. Still happening in September 2021...

I dont personally shop there but they are constantly out of basic goods like a blanket. They had none. In Vermont! Checkout can be chaotic. No bags are available.

Was able to find what I needed quickly and was able to cash out with out any issues at self check out! Great customer service!

I was so excited to get to shop at a Supercenter and was not disappointed. Store was clean, alot of things to choose from. Well worth the drive. Will be shopping here again.

I shop here often last time I went I was completely shocked that there were 4 registers open usually there is 2 and a million people in line. Besides the fact that you spend more time in line than it takes to do a months worth of grocery shopping it is not a bad store and the employees are friendly.

Walmart makes so much money but they are to cheap to hire someone to stay at electronics everyone there doesn’t know where most things are and are dumbfounded and lazy when asked questions, they should probably pay their employees better

Bennington used to be the smallest store in the chain, but was set up with a good flow and had everything you needed. The new store doesnt seem any bigger or to have what you came for. Ever. The shelves were bare even pre-pandemic. Finding your way around the store is also a pain. You literally can barely fit a cart down some of the housewares aisles. (Better hope nobody wants to come the other way) The grocery dept is well spaced, but the actual Walmart side of the store seems to be even smaller than it was before!My other issue is that there are rarely any registers open and the self checkout is usually backed up. I generally try not to shop at this store, but needed a couple things and figured it would be a quick stop on lunch. Boy was I wrong, the to open registers had long lines and the self checkout line went all the way across the front of the store. It literally would have been faster if I had just gone to the Brunswick store in the first place.

Completely worthless managers....Addendum: they dont follow state laws for service animals and purposely follow around service animals. They tried to take someones animal right in front of us. Their discrimination is astounding.

Went to Walmart to get my Covid shot #1. Their system worked perfectly. In and out in 5 minutes. Well, actually they let you wander the store for 15 minutes, to make sure you dont have a reaction. I got the Moderna. Didnt even feel the shot! no eaction. the next day I couldnt even find he spot on my shoulder where I got the shot. It was almost like it never even happened! Anyway, back there again on the 15th. Glad to go to Walmart again for shot #2.

This is a really exceptional Walmart. It always seems to be running smoothly whenever I go in. The employees never slack on COVID safety either. Ive never once seen an employee not wearing a mask and their curbside grocery pickup is consistently and significantly better than anywhere else Ive seen.Im definitely not the biggest Walmart fan in the world, but I have to admit Im seriously impressed with how much better theyve responded to the pandemic than other grocery or corporate retail chain Ive experienced. Before the pandemic I would pretty much avoid Walmart at all costs, but for the moment this specific Walmart is my go-to for quarantine food restock!

I work here in electronics, and its okay. Im told I provide great customer service for people, and I know what Im talking about with this area. I cant comment on the rest of the store as they treat employees differently than customers.

Prices fair. Unknowingly took a paper bag and al.ost had police called on us. Could not find a bag so we got a paper bag and got it taken away . No plastic bags allowed. Are we in California?

There not like the super store in the next towns over in Mass or Ny. Not enough womens clothes, depts are to small and no jewelry dept..and to top it off the restrooms are at the back of the store and thats not very feasible for seniors or people who are handicapped.

Clean, respectful and knowledgeable employees, can only use cards in self service checkout and fairly stocked shelfs but if you want to make sure you have a chance of getting a special or should I say sought after item go early
