Delivered couch had no problems until we found out how uncomfortable it was and how outrageous the price was they then come to pick couch up smelling like pot then proceed to joke around and be irresponsible whilst handling the furniture the employee then proceeds to slip and fall because of way they were handling furniture and breaks my stairs,chipped brand new floors and walls as well as deep gouges in floor. Manager then proceeds to give me the run around on paying for property damage and is still trying to get me to pay. No regard for your personal property very unprofessional. I would recommend going to the one in the hannaford parking lot instead of this one or going with a different company all-together.

Should have read the reviews before coming here. VERY very RUDE salesman when we had an issue about pricing at the end of our contract. Deserves negative stars.

DO NOT come to this rent a center ! If I could give negative stars I would ! I could not be more unhappy with my experience here . First they lie about the price, then show up hours later then the set time, I immediately notice the couch has a very foul rotten smell, rips and burns. A few days later I notice deep scratches and water damage as I’m wiping the tv . The tv is twice as big as what I asked anyway, barely works and is noisy !I then notice the tv is Broken - popping out from the side !! I contact customer service and the owner tells me not to call his boss again to only call him ! What else am I supposed to do ? They show up HOURS late Again - I sign papers for new furniture, he brings it in and then the guy tells me I caused the damage and leaves with my new furniture ? But he’ll give me a deal (so youve basically put me in a situation where I’m forced to pay for your junk that I don’t want, that you clearly didnt want, that you’ve dumped on me ) So here I am on the phone with his boss again . $200 a month for used /broken furniture when the agreement was 150 ? I want my money back ! I should’ve known better from what I’ve heard from multiple people.
