I went in today and the young woman (who I’ve never seen there before) told me I had to wear a mask even though the State of California said no masks were required two days ago. I complied by walking back out and getting one from my truck. The young lady seemed a little short when I asked her why. She said she had “family at home that was sick.” I’m 61 years old and vaccinated. Is she going to keep requiring people to wear masks forever?
Young male worker behind the counter responded to me when I asked if it was a non-mask day after noticing his mask hanging off his ear, he said no it’s too hot and I’m almost off anyways. I stepped back in discomfort.

Idk why but this place is extremely expensive even to mail super light items. I say if u can get a prepaid label online if ur using apps like Mercari. Ive spent more in shipping then Ive made and then the package has the audacity to be late... idk
Great spot for all your shipping and business needs. The people there are kind and professional. Its one of those nice places with a real neighborhood feel. I never thought Id enjoy going to a shipping store. But I like going there.
Took a package to be mailed via ups on Friday. It is now Tuesday and tracking number is coming up invalid. I called yesterday and was told that ups would pick up package by 6:40 pm and I would see tracking information today. I don’t understand how you can mail a package on Friday and it still is sitting in their store on Tuesday. I will call later today to see if I can retrieve my package and mail through usps. Waste of time and money.
So so trouble. I took the heavy product there to return 2 times.First time the woman said the store was no more space let me back on Monday. I went back on Monday.They said I need the label. I scheduled UPS to pickup.No one come to pickup.😡
I am having a terrible experience with this particular store. First they refused to ship frozen fish, I had to get UPS on the phone to explain to them how they are able to ship fish. We finally shipped 2 boxes of fish out that just made the end of day shipment due to their lack of experience and very poor professional attitude towards the customer (me). I paid a very high premium to make sure that the both boxes got to their destinations at 10 am the next day. 1 box made it, the other box was lost and never found, I was never notified. I was told at the time of shipment that each box comes with a minimum of $100 insurance that you can collect if the box does not reach its destination by said time. I am trying to collect on the $100 insurance, I did not declare anymore, which I should have b/c their was at least $500 worth of fresh fish from Alaska. It is now going on week 4 and UPS finally said that they gave the store the ok to pay the insurance and the store would be in contact with me. I have called the store twice, patiently and politely, but I am only getting excuses why they are not paying the minimum insurance. My patients is running out and I do not care for their attitudes and how they are treating the customer, like it is my fault for their incompetence. I would not recommend this privately owned UPS store to anyone. I will go out of my way not to use this UPS branch location. Horrible experience, not customer friendly at all.
Terrible service! The young guys behind the counter didnt seem to want to help me. I needed to print a label to ship defective headphones back to company. They informed me that it cost 2.50 to use the computer. ALL I NEEDED was to print the label.... If I were going to sit there for a while, then yes, please, charge me, they need to make money as well. Even .50 cents would have been fine.... But they charged 2.50 JUST TO PRINT A DAMN LABEL! I asked them if I could email it to them and they just stood there and stared at me, then replied Well we need to print it out anyway... The American Canyon store does not charge for this... I will futhermore be taking my business elsewhere. They did not want to help me... Just charge me.
Do not trust this place for any service involving faxing or scanning. I went here for the first time today and was quoted by Elizabeth when I entered that scanning would cost me $2/document. I needed to scan two documents (7 pages and 12 pages) and then fax the 7 page one. When all was said and done, I was charged $28.50 to do this.Come to find out, the owner has decided to charge $1/page for scanning, plus a $2.50 fax fee, plus an additional $1/page for the faxing. I could have shipped my document to arrive the next day via mail for less money at FedEx or The Mail Place (which is right up the street).Top all of this off with when I asked about why I was misquoted in pricing when I entered, the owners reasoning was that its Elizabeths first day. Apparently thats the customers fault, and it costs you almost $30. UPS cannot do anything about this because the location is a franchise - your only hope is to try to address it with the unreasonable owner, who is rude and aggressive. Go somewhere else.

Arrived there 3 mins before closing and still was fixing the shipping box.. I needed to ship that day and the ladies were great and helped me complete everything, past closing time. Awesome customer service! Thank you

My husband dropped off 5 to 6 boxes and when he arrived home his receipt said one was left.When I alerted the staff I was told he had to come back and identify the boxes-no mention of thereturn address on each package. Welcome to the 1st grade. What has happened to my sweetlittle town? There used to be a lot of pride in providing good service. Now, the word of the day ishurry up and let me hang up or close the doors. It seems they watch the clock and nothing else.We need another ups store in Benicia.If you have important mail-take it somewhere else.

Ive only come in to drop off returns. Service has always been friendly. I came in after hours (time posted on website was wrong), but a staff member kindly took my package.
I concur, dont trust this place. I spent $112 (!) to expedite a bottle of medicine to Mexico, all the forms and declarations done, it gets stuck in customs for a month, I ask UPS to return it, they say the problem was missing paperwork that the store should have informed me of and only the UPS Store that sent the package, can request the return. The owner tells me the package was abandoned and nothing we can do. A waste of $150 and the person suffered without their medicine. Very upsetting. Businesses that dont take responsibility for their mistakes, should not be in business.
Would rate less if I could. They lost my package, like all the other reviews said. I called several times and the woman I talked to was argumentative and simply blamed everything on me. She ended up hanging up on me. Very rude. Package was never scanned so there is no tracking on it and they never offered a receipt, though I will make sure I get one every time in the future.

They say they close at 5 pm on Saturday. I arrived at 4:52 but the young lady told me theyre closed. This place is sub standard. Luckily a Fedex Kinkos is open till 9 in Vallejo.
Its unethical that they charge for the UPS boxes! They get them free from UPS, yet charge customers who need a box to ship. Another revenue stream? So wrong!
