Ellen and Ady helped me find the perfect outfit for date night last week and couldn’t be happier with what they came up with. I could tell they were enthusiastic about the task. I always have a good experience at this store. As a shopper; the store always looks clean, racks are well organized and separated by size so it makes it easy for me to go directly to the sections that are my size. The dressing room area is very spacious seating available. The mannequins always looks cute and stylish and the employees are nice and helpful.As a seller; the process is super easy and I always feel like they pay me a fair price for the items they took.I love coming back on a regular basis to see what they have new. Mostly likely every time will find something cute. Love this place!

This is hands down my favorite clothing store in Bend. I am in runway a lot and I have yet to have a negative experience. The staff are always friendly & I always find clothes I love. The prices are great and everything is nice quality. I also sell to them a lot and I think the payouts are fair. I have never left feeling dissatisfied :) thanks runway!

What a cute store! I went in for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The store is very organized and clean. The gals that were working were super nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back to shop there!

I was very disappointed in my recent visit to runway. I dropped off some clothes and I know not all of them were winners but might as well see if they were interested. I had levi’s, American eagle, Union Bay, Victoria secret, etc. it was all rejected. It didn’t even seem that they looked through them. On top of that while I was looking through their clothes, they were selling used shein clothes for more than or the same as they were worth on shein. It was odd to me that my clothes were rejected where as they had stained, worn down, outdated, etc. clothes on their racks. Can’t imagine myself coming here again.

Our teenage daughter has purchased a number of items at this store over the years and weve never had good service -- but lately its gotten so much worse. I wish I could give them a negative 10 star review. We were in a couple of days ago and we have never experienced such rude dismissive service. Im not certain but I actually think one of them was the manager. RFE needs to do some serious customer service training -- at least at this location. We will definitely not be back -- cant support a business when treated so poorly.

Great place to shop for new and previously owned clothing. They have a section of new apparel that is located at the front of the store. Lots of items to choose from: basic clothing, purses/bags, shoes, coats, jewelry, etc. Mens and womens. Designer and name brands. Most prices are fantastic. I purchased 3 jackets for less than the normal price of one. Also, they will give you in-store credit or cash for your no longer wanted items.

The manger was just sitting up front talking bad on all other employees, they told us an hour after we dropped clothes off, we waited 2 hours no text so we went in and what do you know l. It was done, but they didn’t want any patigonia or American eagle. What a bunch of cheap losers

Couple years ago the store was terrible the workers were very rude but I’ve recently gone in and it seems more organized and the workers are a lot nicer and helpful they definitely upgraded!

Great selection of brands and quality clothing. Everything is trending currently and the girls do a great job of curating the pieces. I really enjoy shopping their Pink & Free People Section! Thank you for giving Bend the trendy second-hand location we needed!

I go here quite often, they have such amazing deals on name brand clothes ! Ive never had a bad experience, Great customer service, they are always so friendly.

I never got a call back after trying to sell my clothes, but the manager and staff handled it very kindly and proffessionally.

Ive only come here a couple times but the service is great and the clothes are really nice and affordable. I havent been able to find a store with nice clothes thats still affordable but this place is great. Its nice for people who cant afford a lot or any teens like me who cant get a job yet or have a job but dont make enough for the clothes everyone else is getting. I will definitely come again!

Terrible customer service. My experience was nothing to be desired. I told the girl at the counter that all my clothing had been dry cleaned months ago. I was sent away. Was told 24hr was policy. Returned with clothing machine washed. 30 minutes waiting to then be told they do not take these types of tops.Hold the phone, they are all Express, and American eagle button down tops. They can be warn with jeans and Air Force 1s. This is how my teen wore them and all of his buddies until he decided to try out the skater look. I even mentioned I looked around and you do have a section of these types of tops. Then I was told that they just do not sell here.The part that makes me mad is. One when I mentioned they were dry cleaned that should have been her first sign to ask me what kind of clothing I have. Like you do not dry clean T-shirt, ya know. She also looked at my bag and the items were obvious. But no I was just sent away. There needs to be follow up questions. Second when I returned and reminded them that I was told 2hrs earlier that they were dry cleaned too long ago. That I literally just returned from washing them at home. This was not considered and did not prompt addition questions. Instead they took the bag and stuck it in the back of line.. I fill out a card and was told it will be an hour and a half wait. Lastly, not a single offer. They stood there knowing what they put me through and just turned me away.Honestly the whole experience sucked.In the end the counter girl made me feel like it was my fault. That I should have known better because they have their guidelines on a board, and I could have called with questions first. I just feel like customers should be more important and recieve a more verbal ingagment. I mean this place depends on customers wanting to come in and sell their items right...The store is claustrophobic. It is over packed with mostly raggedy worn down clothing and shoes. If you are looking for that homeless hipsterlook and want to pay walmart prices this is the place to shop.

I was very upset with my trip to Runway, The girl who helped my friend and I was rude to us Her name was Ellen I think she is the manager. When we were checking out she was acting like she was better then us. She wouldnt talk to us either. Its really sad to see what the store has turned into, as I was once the assistant manager there. This is my first time there with new management and I felt like I was not welcome there. If this is how I got treated I cant imagine how she treats others. I will not be returning if could give a zero star rating I would have.

One of my favorite thrift stores ever, they have stores everywhere and always carry quality clothes and accessories. The people are just the kindest as well and they have never failed to provide great service. I highly recommend if you are looking for something unique, cheap, vintage and any other fashion needs you have!

Disappointed in Runway. While they do have a vast selection of clothing, a large majority are visibly falling apart, off brand, and overpriced. The employees, as well as management, are dismissive and seem to be ignorant to fashion beyond a narrow audience of tacky tween trends. I was willing to overlook the poor customer service, but after several attempts to sell name brand, perfect condition items and have them rejected due to wear and tear, I will be selling and shopping elsewhere.

Wonderful store. I always spend at least $200 each time I visit Runway.

This little store is amazing! Customers can bring in clothes in good condition and get store credit. The prices are low on clothes! I bought a pair of like new Silver Jean Co Jeans for $16.50! They carry great brands from Columbia, free people, and Nike. They have an entire row of miss me jeans as well. When you first walk in there are tons of new fashionable clothes as well. Great little place. I keep going back and finding amazing new inexpensive finds.

I love getting a good deal, like really. I dig through some of grimiest thrift stores in town hunting for those sweet deals. Well dig no further, Runway is now my clean and friendly go-to for deals! Super cheap prices on brand new CC beanies, and I was really surprised they even have a section of brand new screen print tees and cute trendy shoes! The gals there are super friendly, and on more than one occasion have personally helped me pick out outfits for vacations and other events. Cannot recommend them enough to savvy shoppers who love a good bargain!

Mostly great finds, and I dont mind the buying prices for when Im not in the mood to drop off good stuff at the thrift store when I cant sell it online, but it always boggles me when I see that they would buy low rise jeans (even if they are designer, but low rise hasnt been popular for at least 15 years, and most of the people in this town couldnt recognize the brands) or those old cropped number sweatshirts from Rue 21 in 2012 instead of a striped lettuce hem sweater from not even a year ago... As someone who is interested in business and current fashion trends, I really am surprised.The staff is hit or miss. A couple times I got some that were genuinely nice. The other ones, if I act like they do, theyre fine. A few are a bit stuck up, even if Im being extra nice. Thats just people, I guess.

This place was needed in bend 100%! Best consignment store in bend hands down! I love that they have so much variety and different styles on top of being so affordable as well as extremely trendy. They have always shown excellent customer service every time I’ve been in. I walk out with a whole wardrobe for practically nothing every time! I can’t wait to go again and I continue to recommend this place to everyone I know!

They rely on a diagram of 9 pictures of 9 pieces of clothing to see whats in which is laughable. I could say more but its a chain store why bother the other bad reviews pretty much sum it up, please read them. Oh ya the employees dont even know that there are other runways in other towns that have been around for longer than 2 years, thats intelligence for you.

We had a great experience here. This isnt Nordstrom, the employees arent supposed to greet everyone and offer 5 star service. However, the employees we interacted with were very kind, because we were kind to them. There are clothes of all price ranges here, depending on the brand. There are $99 jeans, and $9 jeans. I got True Religions ($100 - $200 new) for $35. Would definitely shop here again.

Horrible customer service, and horrible management. i worked there just over a year ago and the manager was horrible. rude to customers and made employees feel stupid and treated us like we were 5 years old. i have been into the store since i quit working there and talking to other employees who have all said the same things (or worse) about the manager. new management is what needs to happen to make this store better.

Don’t bring your things here. Your better off selling it yourself. Brand new pair of shoes that I’m kicking myself for not returning to their original store for store credit of $40. The shoes still had the price tag on and had never even been worn. They gave me $2 for them. What a joke. They only take clean non torn items in good condition and that’s not true either. I bought a coat from there, a couple days later it has holes everywhere all of the buttons have fallen off and the seems are all ripped. I understand it’s second hand but when your going to be so picky with people actually bringing you BRAND NEW items and then to sell GARBAGE. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Super expensive but has name brand clothes. Some items were same price for being used as they are brand new. Thought it was gonna be a cool store but might as well go buy stuff new.

Let me start by saying I love consignment stores, but most of the time you have to do a lot of digging to find the good stuff. Thats not the case here. Looking around this store youll find cute things everywhere. I thought the prices on shoes and purses were particularly reasonable. Not to mention the staff is pretty stellar, especially the store manager Thalia. 10/10 would recommend a trip to this store

Horrible customer service. Incredibly rude staff members. My friends and I took in so much clothing, and ended up coming back with almost the exact same amount I came there with. I made only $15.75 when I took in three trash bags filled with clothes. Staff also mocked us when we respectfully asked why our clothes werent being taken. They told me my clothes werent trendy enough, so they wouldnt buy them from me. They also said that they didnt take some of my clothes because the were older than two years, yet how would they know that? The funny thing is that they took some of my clothes that were 4-5 years old. Very picky with what they buy. Nice brands like American Eagle, VS Pink, Abercrombie & Fitch and PacSun were not accepted. I definitely DO NOT recommend, especially if youre looking to make money.

The customer service is the main reason they lost business. The girls glared me down when I was walked in, never said hi, and when I approached the counter they just looked at me until I asked for help.It was so uncomfortable! They acted like it was such a hassle to have a customer. I took it personally until I saw other reviews with the same complaints.The store had a pretty good selection but definitely on the pricey side for used clothing. Id rather go across the street to Goodwill tbh. The owner should use some of that money they are ripping off people to invest in better staff or customer service training.Oh and save your $5 off my next visit offer because I wont be back to use it.

Brought in brand new Hollister pants that I’ve worn once, paid $50 also had some other name brand clothes that they took and only gave me $30 for all of it. Total rip off and the cashier was rude. Don’t do here

As a regular customer at Runway, I never leave disappointed... whether Im buying or selling, I always leave feeling like Ive gotten a great deal! Their customer service is super friendly! I love that theyre excited to help you discover new things and theyre excited to see what you bring in. The prices they give you for clothes (cash or store credit) is fair. Theres always new items to check out, and I find new things no matter how much time has passed since my last visit. They almost always have great deals and coupons so you can pile on the savings. Today I walked out paying only $9 for a Rebecca Minkoff purse, Free People top and ONeill kimono, after selling a few items I no longer wear. This is the BEST way to keep your closet fresh!

The prices are great if youre buying. If youre selling youre likely to get ripped off. I was offered less than $20 for 5 pieces of goid quality denim.

Very disappointed in how far this store has gone down hill. When they first opened things were prisine and you could find awesome items for a great price. As of late I feel I could go to the good will and find better quality items for a the same if not a better price. So many stains and low quality. I myself brought in a few higher end items that wete rejected- while the pants that had an oil stain I noticed when the gal held them up were taken and the rest were rejected and nearly new. Horrid customer service. As a mother who doesnt get to shop much without my child there were nasty looks thrown at myself and my children. And the staff made the experience very awkward. While I went to cash in my store credit it seemed to be more of a hassle to have them carry out the exchange than anything.

We use that $5 off coupon and then returned one of the items and I didnt understand the bill because in the refund process we no longer got that $5 off and I didnt understand what was going on so I was borrowing the womans calculator and she ripped it out of my hand because she was angry that I was questioning why the totals didnt add up. Please excuse my run-on sentences I was voice texting while I was driving.

Does not offer enough money, yet chose my most expensive, high quality used clothes. I got less than $4 for 5 pieces of BCBG. Sell your used clothes on Facebook, not here.
