This CubeSmart facilitys design is very optimal. Access to the storage unit was very convenient, safe and felt personalized. The pricing for the unit was reasonable and affordable relative to the other storage facilities in the area. The staff, Lisa and Barbie, were very helpful and had positive vibes during my initial setup as well as my move-out. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone and personally return if I need a storage unit in the Bend area in the future.

The women, Lisa and Barbie, that run this busy storage unit facility work so hard, are so helpful, and are always pleasant to deal with.Once I saw Lisa in her car pulling out after her shift, and she got out and walked way over to a stray cart in the lot and put it where it belongs, inside. I think a lot of employees would have pretended not to notice that, and would have driven away. This is just one of the many examples I’ve noticed of these ladies dedication to their work. They do a great job keeping the premises, inside and out, spotless.Basically, they make this whole storage unit experience a heck of a lot better.

The management is very friendly and helpful. The units are clean and easy to access. The location of the self storage is very easy to locate and store your belongings. Last but not least they have great security for the protection of your property.

Management called the cops on my family and I for no reason. They clearly hate their job and their lives. Not worth the money AT ALL, recommend putting your stuff somewhere else since they wanna complain that we have a time limit in our storage unit we PAY $400 FOR. Both women are extremely rude and shouldnt be in this line of business if the treat their customers like trash.

CubeSmart is a great place for storage; I was in between moving so it was wonderful to have a climate controlled facility to keep my personal items in for a few months, especially during this heat wave. Barbie is wonderful and laid out everything for me when I first signed up. Easy access, not crowded, and clean.

Great facility. We use it as a Corporate storage unit for one of my clients and our assets. It is clean, safe, and managed with an office onsite. Great for anyone who needs to be able to receive packages to the location.The big downfall is that they do no offer trash or cardboard recycling, so you will need to haul your own cardboard offsite, if needed.

I found the cube smart storage facility online. One of the main reasons I choose this facility is that it is secure, safe and climate controlled. I was in contact with Barbie regularly because this was a blind move from another state, she assured me not to worry. Cube smart is impeccably clean inside and out! She was helpful from start to finish, and was readily available no matter the need. She made the move out process, as complicated as it was for me personally, smooth and unproblematic as possible. This is by far the best storage unit place Ive ever been to hands down. First off has bathrooms. Second elevators!!! Hundreds of units. Clean. Fire control system. Lots of cameras. Automatic doors with pass code. Loading ramp. Climate control. Little close to the rail road tracks but its Bend. Extremely impressed with this place. Kristine was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. I was slightly dehydrated and she offered me and my brother cold water.Last but not least the first month of storage is free.

I showed up to my unit and the lock was inside my unit, ready to go. I just used my PIN# to access the building. It really made me feel like my belongings were safe and secure. I especially enjoyed the carts that are available for loading and unloading my items from the unit. I worked with Barbie and Lisa when moving from NY to Bend after searching for a storage facility that can accommodate a 30ft or more size truck. Most facilities could not and CubeSmart accommodates any size trucks. The facility is beautiful and new. Luckily Barbie worked quickly to secure a great space for me by the elevator since I had a knee injury. The customer service is excellent. She also helped me familiarize with bend by being generous with her time in telling me about Bend. Thank you Barbie and Lisa for welcoming me to Oregon and helping to make my move an easy one.

CubeSmart location is very good. The facility is new, clean, well lit, lots of equipment, and elevators are easy.My only negative is that I was forced to pay for insurance that was not on the original quote for monthly charges.

Barbie and Lisa were both extremely helpful and professional. The whole process was a breeze and I was very satisfied with my unit as it was very clean and in good condition. The push carts were a life saver and made moving in quick and easy. The parking lot was the perfect size for my U-Haul. The facilities design makes it easy to get in and get out.

This place is horrible! The manager literally had us leave and vacate because we threw out 3 empty milk cartons. She is so rude and so nosey. She basically would harass us any time we came by to go to our unit. She is what makes this place horrible. And they are way overpriced for the service. I literally watched and took a video of dudes throwing stuff in the dumpster as she was berating us and threatening us with eviction for throwing away 3 cartons in the trash in the bathroom.

With everything going on in this crazy world, it was great knowing the staff truly cared about myself and my unit’s safety. Not once did I worry about anything happening to me or my things and that alone is worth it. I’d highly recommend storing your possessions here short or long term. Barbie was wonderful and very accommodating for me during my temporary move. I’d 1000% rent here again.

Chose this location to store all of our belongings until we found a home to rent or buy. The online sign up was very easy to use and I was called immediately back to follow up with my request and answer any questions I had. What made it even more awesome was Aunty Barbie, who is one of the property managers, contact me personally to make the connection and come to find out that she is from Hawaii just like me. It was just another confirmation for us that we were making the right move. She made it very easy and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to store your belongings. This facility is clean and nice but there are many hidden fees when you finally go to sign up. Be aware of the admin fee and the insurance fee. Also, they push the discount which seems to always be there so not really a discount just a way to make the price they charge look better. No military discount, which is fine, but when I asked about one she said that was the 35% discount which she told me about before she even knew I was military so not a special discount. As I said the facility is clean, secure and nice but I really do not like feeling like I was tricked with the price when in fact when the admin, onetime fee, is added it was about $70 more for the first month then I expected and many facilities are offering free first month rentals.

Going through a complicated storage situation and Barbie has been fantastic! She has gone above and beyond compared to all other storage unit places I have ever been. CubeSmart is the smart way to go!

Barbie and David were both extremely helpful and wonderful. They absolutely deserve the Inside Self-Storage Best Customer Service Award that they received! we can now more with absolute confidence and have the security of knowing our belongings will be safe and well protected. If I could give CubeSmart self storage ten stars I would do it! The manager and staff were all extremely gracious and helpful. The units are all indoors and you can get temperature controlled units if you want. They are meticulous about securing the units so that rodents dont get in. Everything is spotlessly clean. If you want a unit on an upper floor there is a large, state of the art elevator to take you up and down. They have special locks that are almost impossible to break into. Each person has a code to get into the building and they have special locks that cost only $11 and fit into the door, so are virtually impossible to break into, especially since they also have security cameras. the other place I looked at was, like many outdoor storage units, made of thin metal. Given that Bend Oregon used to be an average of 75-85 in the summer with little humidity and now is often 95 even close to 100 degrees in the summer, the temperature inside a unit with only a metal roof could be 120 or so. To feel so secure with our belongings is more than worth a little more money. Oh. And about that. we got the first month free, so even if we have to leave our things for three months before we find a place to live, it will be the same cost as the cheaper units. Thank you, Cube Smart, not only for having an exceptional quality of storage units, but for your kindness and care in making sure we got what we needed.

Weve had excellent experiences with the Bend, Oregon CubeSmart on NE 4th Street. Its a new facility, spotlessly clean, secure, and well-organized. It is climate-controlled (AC in summer; heat in winter), so that is very helpful for storing our stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Barbie, the manager, explained clearly everything we needed to know. Our move-in (with a commercial moving van) went flawlessly, and since then, weve gone by at various hours to put additional stuff in the storage unit. There are always plenty of carts available for transporting our stuff.My only (small!) suggestion for them is to get a better loading ramp, with a smoother surface, to facilitate wheeled carts. I think theyre on it already, though--when I talked to Barbie, she said they knew it was difficult and they planned to build a better ramp.

The staff at CubeSmart in Bend are amazing. I have a small storage unit here and I was unloading my car. When I dropped a pair of glass Pyrex bowls on the sidewalk, they shattered in to a million pieces. I was left thinking what do I do, I was looking around for a brush to clean up all of the shards of glass. When Kristine the manager turned up wearing her mask and carrying a dustpan and brush and trash can. She proceeded to help me clean up the mess, I am so happy that I rented from CubeSmart!!!!!!!!!
