Wonderful service. Very nice and informed staff that wants to find the best fit for each bicyclist.
We got the E-bike. It is made by Bluejay and my Mom loves it! I will be coming back to Voltaire cycles in the future. I highly recommend.
Came in to get my scooter fixed they weren’t able to take it apart and fix it but they were so friendly and nice and went above and beyond to help me and boxed it up for me so I can return it
Shop actively promotes disregarding the rules on no e-bikes on non-motorized trails. Using social media to suggest others come give them business and do the same. I guess they are above the rules.
I would like to thank Chuck and his daughter for all their help and great customer service. I bought a ebike online from another ebike company. After a month of use, it stopped working. I had to email back and forth with their customer service department overseas. After a month of frustration, I took the bike to Chuck. He diagnosed the issue and helped me deal with the other company. Once we got the parts, Chuck did the work, that was over my skill set, and continued to work with the other company to make them send the correct parts to resolve the problem. He helped me over and over again and charged me a very reasonable amount for all his time and effort. Well worth the money and reduced stress, knowing I had someone on my side.If you are considering an ebike, I highly recommend Voltaire Cycles of Central Oregon.
Awesome shoppe, had the tube and tire I came for. Owner is extremely nice, fantastic service and he is going to try to find a part I am in need of.
I contacted the shop owner, Chuck, regarding an electric bike I have owned but is currently not working. He doesnt carry the brand/model of bike I have anymore but spend over 2 hours helping me troubleshoot my bike and offering solutions to get it working again. He didnt charge me for his time and really seemed to care about getting me up and running again. I live in Portland but if I need to replace my eBike Im coming back to Bend to get one from Voltaire.
Promotes breaking e-bike rules on non-motorized trails. When called out on it resorts to ad hominem attacks rather than addressing the actual issue.
