I called and spoke to Bill at Waddell today on the off chance that he could help me locate a much needed part. Obviously this is not what Waddells core business is focused on but Bill went out of his way to find the needed part for me which was a life saver. If this is indicative of this companys focus on customer service, I can only say thank you. It is rare in todays world to find this kind of dedication to customer service. I would highly recommend this company for all your electric motor needs.

I cant say enough good things about Waddell Electric. Becky front desk receptionist is as polite as can be. I get the impression that Bill is the brains behind the operation. He is super competent, Honest, Reasonable, and he gives you your options. I have been using them for over a decade and have never been disappointed. Just recently Bill went the extra mile to find a rare Rear Bell for my motor an installed it for a very reasonable price. He saved me a bundle in what it would have cost to replace the entire motor. Recommend Highly !!! Go for it !!!

Called and ran all over Central Oregon looking for capacitors for my motor. After being sent from one place to another, I found Waddell Electrical Mechanics. I found some capacitors online for less, but was glad to find somewhere local where I could test what I have and get the right match electrically and physically for my application. The fellow was super helpful, had the right parts, taught me a little, and allowed me to fix my motor the same day. Although the parts were more expensive than online, it was worth it to get what I needed today and have someone knowledgeable help me with my motor problem. I am also glad to help out local economy. I will be back when I need another capacitor.

Called just before 4 pm because I was referred from Platt Electric to try to find a suppressor diode to fix a down electric lift. The person on the phone responded that they were walking out the door and could call me tomorrow. I mentioned that I had a technician onsite that had driven up from Eugene and we were trying to get this equipment running. He kind of brushed me off and said I could try Radio Shack. I had and they were sold out. He didnt want to help after this so we hung up. Hoping for a better service from this shop especially when we were in a bind.
