Bill was extremely helpful in navigating what was right for us and our lawn project. He consulted with me about my options and was able to work with DIYers like ourselves. We prepped the yard ahead of time, set up sprinklers and he came to ensure all areas would receive enough water before spaying the Hydroseed. He came and sprayed, and returned several times at 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and so on to see if the grass was progressing properly. He even brought some extra seed for any patchy areas. And he offered us a military discount! He was attentive, he is knowledgeable, and he cares.

Bill has been our primary irrigation support provider for years now and always does a great job of service and at a reasonable price. I had him replace a failed backflow device recently that required some imagination on how to do the actual swap out given a new deck we had installed. He came up with a good solution that will make any future maintenance much easier. Highly recommend him.

Bill claims hes no saint, but I beg to differ. We received an email from the City of Bend that we had unusual water usage and a possible leak on our property. We were concerned when we learned that we had used over 4,000 gallons of water in less than 24 hours. We werent even current customers, but Bill went out of his way and came to our rescue on a SUNDAY morning. Bill Hoffman has taken care of my backflow and sprinklers for 3 years. He is knowledgeable and efficient. He recently replaced the control box for my sprinklers and it is so much easier to use now. He also replaced leaking knobs and replaced a pipe and updated a cover for my sprinklers and backflow. Plus he replaced a sprinkler head for free. He is pleasant, reliable and honest. Bill was grea! Knows his business, quickly diagnosed the problem both times I called him. Carries most most common replacement parts in his truck, so repairs are immediate. Fixed a valve and replaced my controller. He even provides a simple how to program it!! Highly recommend!

Not only was he highly experienced with the irrigation but had to fix the leak which was under some pavers. Our experience with Bill was horrible. We were originally scheduled for hydro seeding on May 6. We prepped the area, pulled the weeds and followed Bills instructions so we were ready for him. Bill called us the morning that he was to have arrived and rescheduled because his helper had to take his mom to the hospital. He rescheduled us for today, May 21st. Meanwhile, our backyard has been a mud pit. We arose early this morning to be ready for Bills arrival, but then received a phone call from Bill informing us that theres an 80% of chance of rain today. Im 60 years old and I dont like to work in the rain. I told Bill that I was willing to take the chance if some of the seed washed away. He then told me that he doesnt like to get wet. And it is it the end-of-the-world if you have to wait until next week? Then he hung up on me. Dont hire this guy. He has wasted weeks of our time, and we could have called someone else and had the job done weeks ago.

Cant make an appointment with him. A very difficult person to deal with. Unreliable as hell.
