I called Cascade at 8:30 in the morning due to losing all water in our house. By 10:30pm Mike had arrived, diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, installed the required new parts, and was on his way.If you lose water and are on a well give cascade a call for super fast and friendly service! Originally I talked to Tim who sounded very friendly and worked well to set up an a visit. I called back several days later to check on when I might get the tech out at my place as no one was there yet and the guy I talked with was a complete jerk. not doing business with them for now and if I ever do it will only be through Tim.

They take a while to get to know but it is totally worth it, They are always entertaining my next great random irrigation project, they treat me with respect and humor, have great service .

We came home from a short get-away to find we had no water from our well. I called these guys and within an hour Tim had Joe out to help! The plumbing inside the holding tank had broke. Not easy to detect! Joe had the problem assessed and fixed (with help from Mike who climbed into the tank) within 2.5 hours!!!Professional 5 Star Service!!! AND VERY REASONABLE $I highly recommend Cascade Pump!!

When I spoke w a Cascade Pump representative (Guy) about a pressure tank that wasnt working properly, he immediately suggested sending a technician to my house to check out the issue. There was no mention of a standard $100 consultation fee in this process. When Joe the technician arrived thirty minutes later, he informed me that the tank was maintaining pressure and I likely had a minor frozen line to be thawed with a space heater. I thanked him for his time and offered him $30 for his short detour. He informed me that I owed him $100 just for showing up. I paid Joe and called Cascade Pump to express my astonishment that there was an unspoken consultation fee for the visit which was never mentioned. Guy laughed at me and expressed little sympathy. When he asked how Id handle it, I told him that Id simply mention to any prospective customer that there is a $100 fee for any technician visit. Had I known that, I would have spent considerably more time investigating the issue myself and consulting with another company. Thanks for your bush-league practices and swindling me out of $100 for offering me 5 minutes of your time and try keeping it warm as your expert advice.

My go-to place for getting my irrigation needs fixed. Tim is such a good guy that always finds a solution to my delimas.

Really never tried to get to the root of my problem, the salesman assumed he understood my situation, but could have been much more helpful if he had asked questions and or let me talk.

Our plumber discovered a pressure tank problem...called cascade pump and they were here fixing it in an hour!solution was easy and the cost much less than it could have been...superior service from joe and justin ( jason? ) thx guys...thank you!
