Very welcoming staff. Great ice cream. The Sky Cloud Special (not sure the name exactly) was a big hit with all of our neices and nephews. Sherbet was great too. Fun place to take the kiddos when they come into town to visit! 😁

I decided to try delivery for the first time because I am not able to go anywhere because of surgery. I ordered two chocolate chip cookie dough chuncks which I ended up paying $20 for and they sent me 1 chocolate chip and one sugar cookie. I called them to let them know that they got my order wrong and all they did was use excuses. Their computer didnt show what kind I ordered. What a crock. Ill never order that way again!

I hardly ever leave bad reviews but unfortunately I feel I need to warn others of this so no one else has to deal with the same issues. Ordered a cake Monday to be picked up Wednesday thought that would be easy enough. Drove 3.5 hrs one way to pick it up on Wednesday. They didn’t have the cake. Made every excuse why they thought they didn’t have it. End of the day left without the cake we paid for. A note was supposedly left with the manager “Kimi” who “will call me tomorrow” so I can get a refund. Unfortunately going to have to go through my credit card company to get a refund for the cake we paid for, but didn’t receive. Beyond disappointed. Will never order from this Ben and Jerry’s again, save yourself the trouble. The one in Portland isn’t that much further.

Great location. It was a little cramped, it could be a tad bit cleaner but to be fair it was the end of the night. Service was friendly and ice cream was decadently delicious as always. They dont list the breakdown of the flavors (e.g. Americone dream) so I had to look them up while I was in line. (Not a complaint, just wanted to let others know how to work around the lack of description).

Terrible customer service, milkshakes were extremely runny, lemonade was bitter and made from tap water. Server got snotty over a 15% tip. Definitely wont be back.

Ice cream tasted freezer burnt in two different occasions months a apart

The guy that was there is amazing...bf and and I were next door having a mojito and I was watching him get the store open and ready for business....we went there and it was just him alone working the store....he was awesome..very friendly guy....great ice cream 🍨🍦...love all the different flavors they have...

Every time Ive come here its been great! As someone who spent 22 years living less than hours drive from the Vermont factory and now living in Southern Oregon coming here is a must every time I make a trip to Bend!

Yes, prices are higher here than at other places, but I think thats justified by the location of the store. after floating the river you can walk up for a quick treat or you can get some ice cream after watching a movie nearby or eating at one of the other restaurants. Its proximity to all these other entertainment venues is part of what makes it expensive but also part of what makes it such a fun experience to come here! And flavor selection is quite large too. I would rather pay the higher price and have the comfort of being in walking distance of so many other fun places.

This is always a great place to stop while in the Old Mill District. Grab an ice cream and walk around the shops.

Its Ben and Jerrys so you know the ice cream is going to be good. But, the service and cleanliness of the place stands out too. Recently stopped in during free cone day and the staff did a great job processing everyone in line in minutes with a friendly smile. Overall great experience and donations were being made to charity too. Anytime I need ice cream I will be returning.

For good, but massively overpriced ice cream this is the place. Always good but I generally feel robbed when I go here. I get just as much satisfaction with other brands at half of the price. When I purchase something I want it to be good but also worth the price. Ben & Jerrys doesnt deliver on that.

The male associate today who was working was snarky and flippant to me after adjusting the sign which was incorrectly place. This was around 3. Continued to be disrespectful after I apologized. Honestly Ben and Jerry’s don’t need him as bad PR great atmosphere aside and the female associate was kind. Please give my snap to her rangelaley and the finger to the other.

Slow service

Limited selection, contaminated product. Specifically was hoping for some Americone Dream but they didnt carry any, so got someing else... and found a strip of paper embedded in the ice cream. Also they only have wooden spoons to use, terrible texture... gives me the chills on every bite. Wasnt happy with this visit.

Yeah! Ben and Jerrys! Chunky Monkey, Cherry Garcia, Captain... Wait, what? This isnt Amys or Blue Bell (Sorry, I meant Tillamook)? Its okay I guess. Although wind blowing the wrong direction will make eating ice cream outside less pleasant with the strong trash odors it picks up. Its ice cream though. Its a solid place to hang out if your two year old gets you kicked out of a matinée showing of Beauty and the Beast by being too loud at the Regal next door.
