DANGER!! These guys sold me an entire air system to connect to my Co2 bottle, not knowing that Co2 would over pressurize everything they sold me and destroy the entire system, causing injury to my forearm. The explosion destroyed my gauges as well as the regulator and hose. When brought back to the store, the snide salesperson muttered under his breath, Oh, youre fun thinking I couldnt hear him. At which point I needed to speak the manager. Manager shows up and decides to give me an apology, and my money back for the new parts, but NOT my gauge that was destroyed by the over pressurization. I just have to eat that. Trying to keep it local just got that much harder. Ill order the correct parts on line, and wait... lesson learned.

My husband & I went there for a new hose and connector, the customer service was great, they were fast, helpful and most of all- very knowledgeable!We will definitely be returning to this business for all of our business needs for this type of service in the future. Thank you so much!

Terrible service, dont bother wasting your time. I went in to get a suction line for one of my pumps. I was guessing what size it was so I brought a nipple, which is the right size (3 NPT), but the older know-it all gentleman talked down to me saying this wasnt 3 pipe and he didnt have hose to make a suction line that size. Until you can lay a tape measure on it and get a different size, I dont have it. Crazy 3 pipe is hard to build a suction hose for?... Whatever, Amazon and Ebay dont act like know it alls and actually can help you find what you are looking for. I will order online its cheaper anyway and a straight forward part. I would suggest cleaning house if I owned the place.

Was trying to buy a pressure hose on a reel on internet with poor luck. Called my local MFCP in bend Oregon and Nate Schmit was able to help me in 1/2 the time. What was a nightmare Nate delivered in record time.

Above and beyond...Excellent service. I have health issues and during the virus have stopped going into stores. No problem for these folks; they were happy to accommodate me.With mask on (this is before the governors mandate) a nice guy (sorry forgot his name) met me in the parking lot, took my order and credit card. Went back into the store and then returned with my order. Bonus: I forgot to order something so he had to repeat this process!

It may be sooner but don’t be surprised if it’s not.I spent 15 minutes waiting in line last time I was there, line never moved and had 2 in front of me...walked out without product.Think DMV...Time is money guys😕Bring a sack lunch and some reading material!Other than that it is a fantastic establishment that provides service and parts you can’t find any place else in central Oregon!

Dont waste your time here. Amazon could deliver your part before an employee here will talk to you.Ive also been mid conversation with an employee who answered the phone while I was explaining the parts I need.

They are very helpful and if they dont have what I need they can get it usually the next day. They have helped me troubleshoot everything from very specific equipment issues to a idea I had. Great staff.

Super helpful and friendly. I had a propane hose made up for my camper. The cost was less than buying one from an RV dealer and the made it to fit while I waited.

Decent inventory but with an average of about 30 minutes to buy an off the shelf item I go here only as a last resort.

Zero Stars, wish it were possible. As a former client of this Motion and Flow. I would recommend all other current and potential clients. Frequently orders in wrong parts or is out of stock. Refrain from going to Motion and Flow. Not only how much do they over-charge you and charge you a large market up. Parker and other products are not the quality you are looking for. (example) Do you think one mechanic is as good as another or are they all the same. Maybe, But maybe Not. The Not would be Motion and Flow. But how they speak of your company behind the walls of the business is not someone I would recommend a business being part of. The wait for service here is 30mins or more, really ridiculous. I caught them discussing clients personal lives and not speaking kindly of them. If you want Integrity and Respect for others to have of your business and your own clients. Than DO NOT GO to Motion and Flow. They are a Yes kind of business. They arent honest with you and tell you what to hear. They are not speaking the truth. They cover up each others dishonest actions and spoke poorly of their customers.You just can not count on this staff of Nate Schmit, Devin, Roudy Morrow, Jeff Rawlins, Jason Parsons, Paul. Even their pickers in the back make mistakes Eddie and Daniel.(nwxb9s) who also commented got it Right. Terrible!!No accountability!
