Blown away when I went here for my 1st time last week. They have a very good selection of everything I shop for with my family, and their prices are very competitive if not the lowest in the county. Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be going back

We live in pleasant hill or.. and shop at Springfield. The Bend store is nicer newer . Wide aisles are helpful easier to negotiate your cart. Prices are very reasonably compared to other local stores

Competition is a wonderful thing for Bend, its been a long time coming.It was well organized, very clean, great produce. Some very good pricing, hope its not just for the grand opening? Meats were beautiful, selection is unparalleled in Bend. Checkout was slow, understandably. Staff were polite and helpful.It was more crowded than CostCo on sample day!!!Still going to shop Walmart as well.On a recent trip to Winco;Winco needs to step up customer service. Every checkout line had atleast 3 people waiting. Did I mention they had 2 checkstands open?I had been in line waiting for 20 minutes, a newer checker walks up and takes a couple that she saw just walk up to get in line and opens a check stand to check them out. My checker had a lengthy conversation with a customer while her line waited. It went beyond pleadantries......Winco has been open long enough to work the bugs out. Next time I want get in and out, Im going to Walmart. 😡

Bend FINALLY got a WinCo, and it was worth the wait! Much less expensive than most of the chain grocery stores with good selection (but they still dont carry a few things that I buy, so it wont be my only store). I do wish that they took credit cards (debit only)! I have to laugh at those STILL crying about having to wear a mask... Love the meat, seafood and bulk food areas.

First time shopping here. Very nice store. We will be shopping here often. We live about 65 miles away but worth the trip.

The people here are very helpful and friendly in comparison to other grocery stores in town. The prices are cheaper for certain items and the selection is good. There is a deli, a section for bulk purchases of pasta, spices and candy with good prices. Nathan in the meat department will be happy to assist you for whatever questions you may have. Jonathan is a clerk that is always smiling and ready to help you find whatever you need. Jenni is really cool and will assist you in the self checkout if you need help. Winco is also open 24 hours a day which makes late-night shopping a breeze.

What a diverse and fully stocked store! Excellent produce department I really enjoy the the bulk bins in the back. Great prices on all of their Cheeses. And believe it or not? Really delicious and reasonably priced Sushi hand roll. I was very surprised.

The place wasnt too crowded, I found parking quickly, and I found most of my groceries fairly easily. However, some things were hard to find and laid out differently to how Id have expected to find them. I wish isles were better marked and some foods more intuitively placed. I would not expect to find meal replacement products in the cereal isle next to the coffee...

I love this store, mainly for the bulk items, but they quit selling the boullion, I have to get it off the shelf. Other than that, its still my favorite grocery store!

Simply the best in terms of selection and price. They might not have some of the more esoteric ingredients on your list, but they make up for it with their amazing bulk foods section and their efficient cashiers.

Great selection, the store is very large, you can get your exercise done while you shop!

I like this store, it’s huge and overwhelming at first, with all of the choices, but now i know where everything is. Be prepared to run downhill as you leave the store and don’t put anything on the bottom of the cart or it will fly off and you’ll run it over. i ran over my frozen pizzas and they got jammed under the wheel. Everyone i have come across seems chill, check out has always been fabulous. I hope they’re all paid well 🤘peace and love

Its always very clean and everthing is stocked. The wide variety is nice and makes me wish there was one in Redmond.

Name brand products at a price you cant beat. We are very lucky to have this store. My favorite part is the dry goods dispenser section where you can buy only as much as you need of granola, flower, peanut butter powder, cereal, whey protein, and so much more. Being new, the store is also amazingly clean and well kept. The deli in the back is also amazing the cafe at the front is great for kids. Best part is there is no membership fee. A must visit for those who regularly shop at places like grocery outlet, Wal-Mart, or even Costco.

The widest isles of any grocery store I’ve ever been in, which is awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good prices, a great variety of products you cant find other places. Things like actual beef sausage and bacon and cheese dip.The weird thing is them asking you how many bags you want before you start bagging. This is because oregon thinks charging for bags is actually going to do anything. Its still off putting.

WinCo is now a great place NOT to shop. They employ a gestapo like enforcer to insist that you wear a mask even though it is no longer mandated by people who claim to know best. They have forgotten that this is supposed to be a free country and they will no longer get my business.They forced us to abide by the CDC rules until they didnt like the CDC rules which now do not require masks. Maybe it is just BEND where sheep like behavior is expected.

This winco had much differnt stuff them our Washington winco did. It was a little confusing to find stuff but once we got our dearings. We figured it out and it was a cool to see the differences in the stores.

Were thrilled to finally have a Winco in our town! The place is huge, clean, well-organized, very well-stocked with everything we need, and the prices are awesome! Ive switched grocery stores and will continue now to do the bulk of my shopping at our Winco. Best of all, its so spacious and the aisles are so nice and wide that even when the parking lot is full, I can maneuver the aisles freely (as a disabled person) and never feel like the store is too crowded. Love it!

I live on the North end of town where it is entirely difficult to go and casually shop for dinner, no name brand stores or anything unless its going to the far East or the far south. I love WinCo because it is super close, really good prices terrific merchandise, and good covid safety practices and my personal favorite their candy wall. I shop here for every meal, and lets face it some snackage in between. this place is perfect if you have a small family and the people that visit there and work there are incredibly friendly I recommend shopping at WinCo if you want a good experience.

Absolutely love this store! Besides grocery outlet, Winco is my only stop for groceries. Way less expensive than the other stores such as Freddys or Safeway. Very large store thats always fully stocked. Lots of cashiers to facilitate the size of the store. I definitely recommend shopping there!!

Sushi is great! Clean, decorative and flavourful ♡♡♡ found most our needs here and have been very happy with the stock. Crowded most the time (hubby goes inside, i wont). Staff is kind and easy to work with *again amazing sushi* our main go to shopping ^.^

First week it was open....It was clean and stocked. The.last 3 times I have been in there it is out of most of my favorite products and is dirty...just over all. Definitely not worth the crowd...bagging my own groceries..and not having my stuff. Bummed.

They are refusing to do business with a local small company due to the company employee not wearing a mask for personal reasons..guess Ill ship at grocery outlet..I get much better prices there!! Also I have been shopping there since they opened..no longer will go back to Safeway or grocery outlet.

I will give them a 4+ as some items were not priced and some were not what the items said they were. Almost all the check out stands were staffed. And everyone was helpful and courteous and of course the store was clean and bright overall a good experienceWe will shop there again.😃I personally detest not seeing prices !!

Winco coming into town has been a real blessing. (I truly miss ShopKo tho but this is a good place). I no longer have to run to Walmart out of my way, they keep things stocked unlike Target and they offer great prices on almost all their items. I wish they sold gallon jugs of Eberhards Fat Free Milk but they say they dont sell enough. I dont believe that as they seem to sell plenty of their own brands Fat Free Milk. Ebherhards is our local dairy & awesome milk. Winco has a decent vegan frozen food section thats stocked well. They have plenty of beer & wine. Their meats are fantastic. They cover a variety of ethnic foods. They also have an awesome bulk foods & coffee section. I love this store, most of my list is covered by this one store at a reasonable price. Cheapest in town on many. With even a few fun camping / outdoor items you can grab.

Seriously one of my favorite stores! They have everything I needed and so much more!! They even have ready to eat pizza if your in a hurry, and super cheap unbaked ones! They literally had everything I needed and had some things I cant find anywhere else!

Horrible, horrible management. These employees and their “managers” have ZERO customer service skills or even a slight care. The entire staff needs to be seriously trained in BASIC customer service skills. The manager doesn’t uphold their policies, and are too lazy to figure out simple tasks in their system. Their prices may be low, but I’d rather spend an extra dollar or two to get actual customer service.

I have missed this store so much. Used to only shop at WinCo in the valley. Prices are so affordable that you get more for your money. Especially when being a single mama. I love their coffees so much and all the bins to get what you only need. Welcome to central oregon.

Of course WinCo has great prices, open aisles, is well-stocked and clean; but did you ever try their sushi? Im hooked! 🦈🎣⚓ I do my shopping & pick out a convenient to-go sushi box & my hunger is appeased deliciously.

Great place to shop nice to get brand names that are less expensive then Safeway and other places although it doesnt have everything I need I still save a lot of money when I go there.

I just ran in for a quick look and lunch from the deli. The deli options were great and priced well and service was friendly. They have a sushi section and a sushi cook which was Awesome, to get fresh hand rolled sushi at a deli!

Great too have a Wisconsin close by. They just dont have enough handy cap carts. I was told they have 6. They need at least 10. It wasnt even busy. I only saw 2 on the floor. Please more carts for us. I only got about a 3rd of my shopping done.

So happy they finally setup shop in an easy to access location in Central Oregon! Being from Sisters, where the only grocery store we have is Rays (and maybe Bi-Mart for your packaged and canned goods) I will gladly spend the money on gas to shop here for fresh food over paying the Rays Premium.

GREAT!!! I dont get out much and just seeing everything is fun. And the shopping is even better. 👌 the prices are also great. And today much to my surprize I found kolrabi. Not an item you usually find in stores. Dates back to my grandmother, I love it 😀

Very nice clean facility. Great variety, nicely organized. We shopped the whole store, every department. We had one employee say hi. Cashier didnt even talk until the end when he told us the total. Just FYI.

Extremely cost effective! They dont have a few items that I normally find at other stores, but overall I love this store. The layout is nice and spacious.

Personally, I cant stand grocery shopping. Going into a new store for the first time can be very frustrating not knowing whats where. Overall though, the experience was good. The isles where spread out wider than most stores and the shelves were fully stocked and in neat order. The store was kept clean. The staff was also friendly. As the prices go, just like any other store, you could find some good deals and some not so good. I personally will be back from time to time.

This is, hands down, my new favorite store. Amazing values, great location, open 24hrs, bulk items, and even barrels of cooking and other supplies at supplier prices. Also the staff is kind. I love this store.

Great prices and selection. Our cashier rang up the next customers things on our bill. I explained that she finished ours, and I needed to know our total. She then asked me if the 5 extra things were mine. I told her no, so she voided them. About 5 minutes later a Mgr. came to do an override. She rang up some of our things on the woman in front of us also, but my husband told her they were ours, and stopped her. Just kind of an inconvenience.

WinCo is not on the side of freedom. They are mandating Covid masks be worn as they figure out how to interpret CDC regulations. Those in favor of freedom would error on the side CDC regulations until proven differently.

My favorite grocery store in Bend.Employee owned. The prices are really good because they cut out the middleman. Also, unlike other places, they appear to price things based on how much it cost them. Unlike other stores that will markup specialty items.
