Good communication on our treadmill order. Helpful and friendly. We did not do the delivery and setup option they have but really wish we would have. Spend a few extra dollars for this service and you will save yourself hours and sore backs!

We purchase a piece of exercise equipment from Back in Action a few years ago and have enjoyed using it. A few weeks ago the equipment broke and I contacted the store. After sending a few photos of the break it was discovered there was not a part for replacement, so wed be receiving a replacement machine. However, due to the pandemic, our replacement would not be available for another three months. Rather than have us wait, the BIA owners gave us their identical machine so we could continue our workout routine. Our replacement was delivered the next day - amazing! That is customer service. We will definitely continue to support Back in Action with our next fitness equipment purchase!

Exceptional! Ive had Kevin out twice to do small tune-ups on my home indoor cycling bike and could not be more pleased with the service. Quick, friendly, explains everything thats going on... and honest and reliable. Im so grateful to have a go-to fitness service establishment here in Bend! Thank you Kevin!

I met Kevin and Ryan this week to discuss service questions about a Matrix treadmill I purchased. Both gentlemen were very welcoming and friendly as they answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to assist me. I rarely see this type of ultimate customer service in today’s times. Love Back in Action! Over the years as a personal trainer I have bought lots of equipment from Kevin. His entire staff is very helpful and informative! I recently purchased a treadmill which took me a month to decide which one, Kevin sent me all my options and information on each one; he was extremely patient and kind. If you are looking for new or used equipment he has a variety; kettlebells, lots of various weight equipment and new and used cardio.

Kevin is great! Hes done our rehab facility and even does the setup and any maintenance that may come up in the future. Very fast, professional, and extremely well priced on new and used fitness and rehab equipment. Back in Action is the only way to go in Central Oregon!

Overall, a great experience. They came out, fixed an old, but functional, piece of gym equipment for a really reasonable price.

Great staff and equipment selection

Poor customer service. They dont return calls or follow up. The owner blames his employees as the problem. Pricing very inflated even for the limited market of Bend. Save your cash and buy eBay or drive to Portland. eBay was cheaper on every piece if equipment I priced - even including shipping.
