Great prices and lots of variety. Didnt like that they cut my tags off and I couldnt double check my receipt after I left. Purchased multiple half priced items & dont know if I received that price.

Very clean and well-organized business and great customer service however they do not sell vintage clothing. Mostly old Dollar Tree stuff recirculated from the early 2000s.

They are two great gals,just very picky. Lots of affordable name brand clothing. The location is off the beaten track, but accessible. The store is set up for easy shopping and the place is clean. They color code their shirts and tops which makes it easier to assess your favorite colors. If you have things you want to consignment, then you need an appointment.

Hidden gem for anyone who loves to thrift. Upscale to casual finds at affordable prices. Shoes, clothes and accessories. Great atmosphere & staff! I always find something cool.

Found a brand new with tags WHBM blouse retailed at $98 for only $12! Also had unique dresses. Prices are very good, most things are $20 and under from my experience. And yes they have fitting rooms.

Ive been to all of the consignment shop in the Portland and Clackamas area. The Bag Lady is right up there with the big city shops. Top quality stuff. I bring my Portland girlfriends to the Bag Lady to shop. I love this store

My favorite clothing shop! I hardly make it past the 1/2 price porch! My arms are so full by then, but they bring it to a dressing room for you. So nice!

Great selection but the prices have gone up

So so so so so disappointed! This used to be my go-to thrift store in Bend but for the following reasons its just not worth my time anymore:1). The no longer seem to have any sizes of jeans, shorts or skirts over 8 but under 16. Its summer time so Im not looking for slacks & the only reason I looked for jeans are because theyre $5. Buuuuut, if I cant find anything it doesnt matter how much they cost.2). The staff has changed and not for the better. The owner remains the same but the other associates do not. The lady who used to work there would offer to set up a dressing room for you when she noticed you were carrying a lot, would make chitchat as she rang you up & said thank you. Have a nice day. Please come again. The kids that are working there now did none of that. They completely ignored me until I was at the register ready to pay; zero customer service beforehand. Honestly, zero customer service really at all. After saying, are you ready to pay? she states we have a $10 minimum for cards. Mind you, I wasnt holding a card nor did I ask about using one. She shouldve waited until I attempted to pay with a card before making that statement (p.s. I paid with cash which was my intent anyway). Starting off a conversation with such a negative only leads to a negative transaction. There was no reason to make that statement unless youre a robot with no emotion of your own...Welcome to Big Box Store is all it promoted. She hands me my change and goes about her way. No thank you or have a nice day...nada. Just another robot in the giant chain of consumerism.If thats how Im going to be treated, I might as well stop shopping at small local Mom-and-Pops & give my money to the Big Box Store. At least there I know what to expect.Disappointing. If small business wants my business they need to give me a reason to do so.
