Willstech offers services and repairs at great prices, and the gentlemen are always polite whenever I stopped by. Ive recently discovered an issue though with my laptop that I assumed happened during the repair, but was not informed about. This is a very late review as I took my laptop here over two years ago to replace a broken screen. I inquired three weeks after dropping it off about the progress of my laptop, and they tried to offer me to exchange my laptop for a different one because apparently mine was in horrible condition. I didnt understand given I only came in to replace a broken screen, and nothing else. It took over a month for the screen to be replaced, and when I came to pick it up, I was told that the fan had been replaced as well due to overheating. I hadnt asked for this work to be done on my laptop, as I already knew it had an issue of getting hot too quickly, but I figured it was a nice thing of them to do. Great, no overheating problems, hopefully.Two years down the road, my laptop starts splitting where one of the hinges are, each time I open my laptop, the hinge pulls up the top plastic of the keyboard, nearly cracking the thin plastic that connects the two bottom pieces of my laptop. I took my laptop apart with the help of my fiancee, and found out that the hinge plate, the metal piece that holds down to the bottom half of the laptop, that allows the mobility of that side to open and close, is completely broken. The screws had been stripped and someone had tried gluing them in temporarily to get the plate to hold in place. This piece is not even something I can replace in my laptop, as the place for the screws is stripped. Now in order to continuously use my computer, I have to leave it open permanently, or I risk damaging the placement of my charging port, as its no longer supported on the inside of my laptop, as well as the top plate where my keyboard is mounted. Im not sure what to think about the re-gluing job, and honestly just wish that I had been told my laptop had been broken during the repair, rather than finding out my laptop is essentially a piece of junk now.I dont have any photos of the inside, but Ill add two photos of how that side looks with the laptop pieced back together.I have researched and found that my laptop model specifically has had this happen a lot, whether during repairs, or not, Im not sure the cause of it, so I dont fault WillsTech for the fact the hinge snapped, but for the lack of admitting it had.

My laptop would not boot up and fixes in Windows did not work. Willstech Computer Repair successfully extracted my files off the damaged hard drive. At no extra charge, at my request they tried to install Office 2016 on a new computer I purchased using a product key I had, but it didnt work on a different computer. They were quick and responsive, including answering my many questions. They seemed very knowledgeable and competent, and were easy to work with.

My laptop died, I brought it in at Willstech and they took a full day to diagnose it. Despite the time and energy they invested in looking it over, they charged me a nominal fee for their efforts. At the end they were able to repair it and ship it back to my home out of state. I was happy with finding such a friendly, honest, affordable and professional service. They win me as a customer for life..

Did an excellent job upgrading the storage of our desktop computer. Only issue was when we got there to pick it up they hadnt noted that wed paid for it already, so we had to drive home to get the receipt.

Contacted Willstech as my laptop was no longer connecting to my WIFI and for general slow response. They got me in that morning, found the issue (bad WIFI card), replaced it and had me back up and running an hour later. Laptop works like a dream again. I took my 12 year old Lenovo Thinkpad to have it cleaned up and they installed Windows 10. It created some problems with my Windows Mail program (no longer supported by Microsoft) and I had some difficulty changing the desktop font. The technicians went over and above board resolving both problems for me and included the extra services in the original cost of the work. They made me a lifetime customer for my computer needs.

These dirtbags will do careless work on your computer and damage it without saying anything if you look deeper into all of the reviews you will see many people alongside me Are very upset at this business for not holding themselves accountable, sadly some of us must pursue this with legal action because our devices are so expensive! My motherboard started going out right after HPs warranty ended. Best buy/geek squad quoted me upwards of $500 for labor and a new motherboard (I had purchased the laptop a year ago at $900). Willstech fixed it for a maybe a quarter of that price by soldering the piece I needed replaced within a couple of hours. These guys are friendly, helpful, kind, speedy and affordable! They didnt give me any other options to fix my Xbox 360. My boyfriend said that I could get another drive for less than $20 but this computer store never mentioned that. Instead he said that he could fix it for $50

Brought my sons laptop for repair on Monday and it was fixed next day. Quote for screen replacement at Best Buy geek squad $249 and 2 weeks of waiting. Robert fixed it for $129 next day. These guys are the best computer guys, straight shooters at a great price.

Would give no stars but its not possible. Kicked me out because I wanted to put the SIM card in my own phone. I wouldnt have felt the need to do so if the worker would have known how to remove the SIM card out of my previous phone. Disappointed. The RAM I purchased was not the specs I asked for. It was an emergency, and going to Willstech meant I didnt have time to go elsewhere. Could have been an honest mistake but I was pretty clear about the speed I needed.

Horrible horrible do not use if you are looking for a go to place for all your needs. These people are more like a one time use kind of place. Called today about an issue as they came once before to help said they had no time today and I asked if they had any openings this week said they were booked and they didn’t even offer solution or another time like it was a burden to call even to ask for help. VERY disappointing as I thought I finally found a great place I could rely on.

UPDATE: needed an old malfunctioning PATA laptop dvdrw drive tested. Expected to be charged for the test, but they looked at it free and hooked me up with a new working drive from a junk laptop. Thanks again for A+ service!Needed a used computer power supply for a bench supply project on a low budget. Called a dozen shops without luck, finally called here and was told they had several between $20-$30. Bought an EVGA 500w unit and am very happy with its performance and price. Thanks!

Took my computer in to get inspected for a broken screen replacement and got my computer back with a shattered case very terrible service and the manager in the back claimed to have done nothing but take the case off!!!!

My computer was not working at all, I took to willstech computers and they installed a solid state drive and now my laptop works really really fast. So nice people, These guys are amazing.

My computer was running slowly, freezing and overall acting like it was dying. A friend recommended I take it to Willtech, after I had a completely unsatisfactory experience with a Sunriver tech. My computer is now virus, trojan and malware free and runs like a scared rabbit! Im so happy! Willtech completely checked out the health of my computer, explained all my options, then installed a new blazing fast hard drive, explained everything he did (including leaving my previous hard drive installed for extra storage since there was room) and for a totally reasonable price. I would recommend this vendor to anyone needing computer service.
