Browsed for a bit, found something that my nephew couldnt live without 😆 a set of Mario figurines. Hes happy and the guy inside pretended he was going to take them which was funny for everyone

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can get everything I need, the games I want, and the staff is hilarious, they ask me at times if I need help and the are fast when it comes to a purchase. I love this small yet comforting store and it will be my first go to game store when needed.

This store must be closing permanently and theyre not telling people. Went in today to look for Switch accessories and was shocked when I saw the store half empty of everything except games on the walls, hardly any collectibles, little to no accessories, half the fixtures are gone. I used to shop here weekly before COVID and now its not the same which is sad.

Dont waste your time with this location anymore. The app and website told me they had several Funko Pops available, get to the store and the door was locked during business hours with a hand written note saying they would be back in 5 minutes, almost 10 minutes later this kid shows up and unlocks the door. I cant find the pops Im looking for and ask him about them and he tries to tell me Im at the wrong location or have the wrong location selected, I show him it says this store specifically and he tells me they dont have the pops without checking. Done with this place. Going to spend my money elsewhere.

Waited 9 hrs outside for xbox 12th person in line if they only had 8 consoles they should have told the other 50 people to go home or placed a sign in the window.Never have what we are looking for.

I had a horrible experience here with a worker a few months back but I have the owner a review and he personally contacted me to ask me more about what happened and said he would fix the issue, came back and the employees were very nice and helpful. Great customer service

If I could give a zero I would.. horrible customer service skills. Didnt even get my order. Never been so disappointed with them till now.

Bought a power supply for x box one and drove a hour to pick it up because the fan on mine quit working. Only thing they had was used and cost just as much as a new one but hey can’t watch tv without the x box and don’t want to wait a week! So After getting all the way home and hooking it up I find out it has same problem. Call the store and tell them the problem and they tell me they do not test the units before they sell them even though they are used. This is a bad business practice in my eyes! Lazy kids running the store waste your time when you have to return the item rather than spending two minutes testing it. Not like they will let you test it in the store either!

Gamestop has a large selection of new and used games for the recent consoles as well as some older gen consoles. The staff was very helpful. They had a decent knowledge of their games and good suggestions, depending on what you like to play. Definitely will shop in their store more often.

Go elsewhere if able. I prepaid for a game. Walked into the store and they handed me an opened game. Tough luck they said. Their policy is that the game must be picked up within three days of release. When I asked where that is written, I was informed that they don’t have time to explain that policy to each customer.

Visited game stop on Sunday I understand there probably busier on weekends but they had two employees working. Well one was working by helping customers the guy when I entered looked like he was stocking games for like 5 min then I didnt see again. Ive never worked at game stop but seems like employees would be trained helping customers is first priority. I cant rate high but corin did a great job she gets 5 stars the guy she works with gets 0 for being a lame.

I frequent Game Stop in the Old Mill quite often - at least three times a month. Although it sometimes gets busy, the staff is always polite and very helpful. They never ignore or rush anyone. No matter how crazy my questions have been, they always have an answer or a detailed opinion, even if it is a question about which game my five year old daughter would like more.

I was searching for a PS dual shock controller and was told they have them. Didnt really pay attention to the packaging, trusting the gal. Anyway, its a third party control called @play, and it didnt even power on. I was ready to deal with software issues, if it worked it worked. But for it not even to power on? Just feel like I wasted my time for nothing. Cheap product that should be removed from their inventory.

Theres many games new and old, consoles new and old, ecceries and other things to do with gaming that you need for gaming.

Its definitely a busy place. Lots of games to choose from. If you looking for a fast shopping experience this isnt that place even the parking can be a struggle

I have been working so hard doing chores cleaning houses for my friends and other people and when I have enough money they don’t have the game I don’t recommend this place

We used to buy our games exclusively from this GameStop, because the staff working there seemed to care about our business and took care of us like valued customers. Over the past year or two this has changed. The employees now treat me like an annoyance, the store always seems to be a mess, and its more difficult to find games as they fill the store with more and more useless merchandise. In this day and age, where games can be purchased digitally or shipped in 2 days using Amazon Prime, why would i waste my money in a place that treats me like garbage? No thank you! Even if i want something GameStop exclusive, Ill make the drive to Redmond.

The staff is always very helpful and have routinely gone above and beyond to assist me. My boyfriend and I love stopping by the store to chat and get recommendations on games. It is always a great experience there.

Weak game selection, not many older games for real gamers, would suggest GameQuest on third street for good deals, and a good time. Plus, the owner has a cute cat!

I used to love going to GameStop. I was a regular and would always buy the big new releases here. That was until I started dealing with Janaya G. She is the most absurd immature employee I’ve ever had to deal with. I frequently used to bring in trades like Controllers for consoles and stuff like that. Every other employee does the trade transaction smoothly not defecting any of the items for stupid things but Janaya is the polar opposite. She goes on to say that the prices for trades on the website aren’t correct and she robs me and my family who I’ve had take trades in for me. She defects every single trade item regardless of it being perfect. This is never an issue for any other employee. I feel disrespected and robbed. I went in today (11/1/18) to get 3 Wii motes that my sister took in earlier and got half the cash that was expected because Janaya did the transaction. I took two additional wiimotes because I wanted to see if they saw someone older they would treat them differently. I was given the correct amount of $16 for the two wiimotes and then I mentioned why they had to take advantage of my little sister when she brought in the same item and gave her way less cash than supposed to. The cashier helping me called over Janaya and she took the $16 I had from my hand and returned me $11.20. Janaya is a theif and has no right disrespecting customers. I will be going in to talk to the store manager and corporate to report Janaya’s inappropriate and disrespectful behavior. (UPDATE 11/3/18) I went in today to take back my Controllers and I had a really mature and important talk with the store manager, Thomas. He fixed everything and was very polite in getting the situation fixed and right. I traded in my controllers for what they’re worth and now I am happy customer. If anyone ever has a problem with the store just talk to Thomas, he will make things right.

I used to like going to gamestop, a few years ago but they went downhill. was asked for id, but had an adult present but they still asked me for my id. second went to trade in some games guy at the counter (possibly the manager) didnt want to discuss business with me so he only gave me 2 cents for all my games. i said no and left. all in all watch out while you shop at gametop

I put a game on hold at this store (Devil May Cry HD Collection) I wanted to make sure they had it before driving all the way over there. They sent me an Email saying they have the game in stock and I should go pick it up. So I drove all the way there just to find out they only have the disc, no case. If the lady would have done her job and checked the stock before telling me to pick up what they didnt have. I wouldnt have wasted a butt load of time. Ill never deal with this place again.

Good store. Always had a positive visit whenever I went in. One of the better GameStops in the State.

Preordered a Switch bundle for Lets Go Eevee. They handed me the game when I went in. I told them three times before I put money down I wanted the whole bundle. They just sheepishly looked at me, no apology, and told me they will reach to find one but Im out of luck. I said give me my money Ill go elsewhere.

I bought the same game twice from this store and both times, the disc caused issues and would not work. They may not have tested the game prior to selling it to me and I am not a happy customer.

I waited in line for 15 mins while two guys helped one customer. I wasnt even acknowledged by either. One of the guys then left and didnt help me or the other people in line. Once it was my turn for help, there was no apology for my wait. I wont be returning to the store or purchasing from the website.

Terrible customer service! Was told they had refurbished ps vita memory cards and in store but when they went to go look they misplaced them and were not able to find them, they ended just ignoring me for 15 min before I just decided to leave. Wont be going here again.
