We love coming here on the weekends to grab a special drink. So thankful that Bend has a boba place, and we love the employees here! Always friendly and they even know our order now. : )

Workers were so nice, service was pretty fast except for we had to wait 30 minutes for the boba to cook but it was being made fresh so no complaints there. We went back later in the day and they gave us a cupful of free boba since they were about to close. Overall cute interior, nice vibe, and great boba!

I never write reviews, but I have to warn people about this place. The bubble tea is actually bad. Tapioca pearls are hard and everything is way too sugary even if you get the lowest level of sugar. The toppings are usually stale. I honestly think it’s trying to appeal to families more than people that actually like bubble tea, which is fine, but don’t come if you want genuine bubble tea. They need to change their marketing

Had my first Boba tea and it was amazing! The staff did an excellent job explaining all the different types of drinks. I will definitely be back.

Service was pretty great, but the boba here taste like rubber. The tea and popping boba was pretty good, however the milk tea was very powdery. Great atmosphere and workers were nice.

The Thai tea I got was really tasty but the pearls weren’t thoroughly cooked. The insides of the tapioca was very tough.

The place is great, the drinks are amazing, and the people working there go above and beyond!

One of my favorite places to go! Always great customer service and they always have a smile. I never get the same drink the staff always shares their favorites and I have so much fun trying out so many. If you want a fun experience this is a must visit!

I don’t write reviews often. I have to say that this was quite possibly the worst bubble tea I’ve ever consumed. I ordered a classic black milk tea with boba, which is a standard at all bubble tea shops. I could only finish half before tossing the rest.The tea flavor was nonexistent and sugar levels were off the charts. The worst offender was the boba, which was hard, slimy, and clogged the straw to the point of making the beverage physically undrinkable.This shop seems tailor made for families with small children who are well-suited to their novelty toppings of cotton candy.

Tea was good but the boba was hard and chewy. They are closed Mondays too, which was a surprise when google said open.

Ordered online two different drinks, they made two of the same one and wasn’t even the correct drink. Not the first time orders have been made incorrectly, wish Bend had another Boba spot

The customer service is awful. They don’t greet anybody when they come in & ignore them for about 5 minutes. They also made fun of me as I was walking out of the door, (probably thought I didn’t hear them, what is this, high school?). My mother has been in here alone too and was treated poorly.EDIT - I messaged the owner & they did not reply! They’re just as bad.

Absolutely the best bubble tea in town! Savannah the manager is always so cheerful and friendly! The girls make my drinks amazing every time! 10/10 would recommend to get a milk tea from here!

Taro iced tea does not taste at all how it should. Tastes very fake like they dont even use real taro root. Took about 20min for them to get the tapioca boba which is why I went in the first place

Customer service: AMatcha milk tea and Taro milk tea: D. Since were in bend, I had set low expectations. I took one sip and threw both drinks away. They didn’t taste like matcha or Taro bubble tea. Had a strange floral chemical taste. Had a headache after too. Highly do not recommend these two flavors.Boba texture: C. Center was hard.

Just recently moved to the area and was looking for a good boba tea place! Heard of Teacupfuls from some friends and decided to try it out. I had the Taro Milk Tea with boba and it was absolutely delicious!! The girls there were so helpful in showing their menu and all the variety they had. Amazing customer service and amazing drinks. Absolutely the place to go will be going back again!

WORST BUSINESS!!! I went in and was 9th in line. Only two people were served. So I left and called five times. Busy all times. I made a door dash order but it was cancelled because of no response. I called 10 minutes after they opened. I was put on hold. I stayed there for over 10 minutes as I drove over. I went in, still on hold, and they FINALLY took my order after i asked for a manager. Oh, yeah, there were only two customers in there. I finally got this order for my son and guess what? It was watered down. I guess that’s how they respond to a customer who voiced displeasure with their system. They tried to comp it but i wasn’t looking for a free drink. My son said it was watered down. I didn’t go this for a free drink but to make my autistic son happy. We will NEVER return here. It’s not worth the hassle and loss of my money for a watered down drink.

Store looks decent, prices are ok but their products are low in quality specially the bubble teas.

They have a very large amount of options on their menu. Theres something for everyone!I always enjoy going because the girls that work there are so nice to me. They always compliment my outfits.

Really awful service. Ordered online and arrived at the time said to arrive. I called the number to let them know I was there for curbside pickup and got put on hold for ten minutes. I then tried calling again and again, but the line was busy every time. I had already paid for the overpriced tea anyways, so i walked in without having any other way to get my tea. MIND YOU I am supposed to be in quarantine, hence why I chose curbside. Even though it’s the only bubble tea place in Bend, I’m never going again.

A better explained menu would be more helpful. Really wish they explained the difference between the bubbles and jellies. I dont recommend the bubbles if youre looking for regular bubble tea

Pretty expensive, drinks were decent but the tapioca were kind of hard and did not really fit through the straw which was really annoying. Overall kinda meh but its the only bubble tea place in Bend so...

It was very good and their tea was amazing. The dissapointing this is that both days I went they were out of tapioca which sucked but they had other options such as matcha boba, popping boba, and jellies.

So my niece and I are currently here, waiting for our drinks to be made. The 2 employees here, are almost non verbal, the customer service here is horrible. 1st time coming here and wont come back. We stood at the counter for approx 5min with not a single word from either employee. The lady here didnt even acknowledge our presents...the guy only spoke to us because he took our order- finally. They were making 2 other drinks for the only 2 other customers that were inside the building. So i knew they were busy but they still could have atleast said hi .....or be right with you totally not the right people for this kind of place.

Don’t get over a level one sweetness unless you want a cup of sugar. Took forever to get my drink, it was busy but they were very inefficient and slow.

Delicious drinks. My favorite is coconut milk tea with tapioca. Their Thai tea is also delicious. Very sweet, so if you dont like overly sweet drinks have them add more milk or half the sweetner.

Their drinks are good but as I was going to pick out a packet of Pokey sticks I noticed they were ALL really expired. Makes me wonder if they ingredients they use in the drinks are too.

The manager of this place Anji Pearson-Clements thinks it’s a good idea to laugh react on the reviews that people are leaving on other local business pages regarding the lack of following mask guidelines at those other local businesses. Since Anji has her public work info on her Facebook profile (where she is laugh reacting to these reviews), I thought the patrons of TeaCupFuls should know just how seriously the staff at this establishment takes mask mandates and distancing guidelines. Not to mention, this lady has a disabled husband and black rotted out teeth, so it seems rather alarming that she of all people would take a global pandemic as a joke. I sure hope Loana and her husband are taking this much more seriously than her pathetic manager seems to be. How disgusting. The smoothies and teas at the Colima Market are much better anyway!

The drinks here most closely resemble what boba/bubble tea should be. The staff is friendly. The drinks are decent. However, I was horrified to pull a long dark hair out of my mouth that happened to be entangled in a mass of tapioca pearls in my drink. I have not been able to bring myself to go back there since.

So we came here a week ago and they were not open yet . We went to the coast and on our way home we stopped at 530pm. The place closes at 7. The girl working said she only had enough cotton candy for 1 drink. I have 2 granddaughters that both want a drink. She said she was cleaning the cotton candy machine. We also ordered waffles but she tried to dissuade us by saying it would take a long time to make them. I asked her if that is what they make here and she said yes . Not sure why she doesnt want to take care of customers, maybe a bad day? And then she left donut off. And forgot they were bulb cups. We will see how the waffles come out.i did spend around $30 .

Went here because Townshends Tea House was closed. Staff was very friendly. Very customizable menu and crazy toppings. I would highly recommend trying out this spot.

You close at 5 what a joke I’ve came here 3 times and always you say it’s closed don’t have a business if you can’t be open what a damn joke

They make delicious bubble tea.

The boba tea is normally good, but very inconsistent. It always has a different amount of flavor even though I order a sweetness level of 3 every time. The drinks are fine, but the tapioca pearls are always very hard, small balls, and the workers do not make enough to last the whole day. TeaCupFuls is better than Townshends, but definitely not the best on the market.

Very cool place, I took my daughter here for a treat and they had a gentleman playing the guitar that was very kind. The Unicorn drink we bought was colorful and did not disappoint!

LOVE this place! So happy we have a spot like this in Bend! Loana, (barista) was super knowledgeable about bubble tea and coffee! Plus they had delicious samples out so i could try new flavors (you cant beat free samples)!

Seriously the best bubble tea EVER! This place has wonderful bubble tea and makes fresh boba! It has a great atmosphere and is family friendly! I would recommend to any tea or coffee lover!
