Be prepared to wait in the drive through, but know that this is yummy coffee with very friendly service. Also, it’s locally owned and operated. It’s a great stop before/after grocery shopping across the street. We also love that they have ALL the alternative milks. Oat milk latte is delicious 👌

I absolutely love that this place took over where Dutch used to be. The coffee is so good they have options for different kinds of milk and they have kept the prices low despite what Starbucks charges. I also love the local pastries that you offer. 👍

This place used to be my daily coffee shop. I still use their coffee beans at home. I know they have amazing coffee, but lately every time I go there my drink is made wrong.I don’t mean that they simply forget something about the order (which they do), I mean that they aren’t brewing the coffee correctly. Instead of the creamy, chocolatey, caramel notes of the coffee, all I can taste now is sourness.The problem, I assume, is that they can’t keep their employees. Just like every other food/drink place in town right now. I totally get why, Bend is expensive and a minimum wage job just isn’t going to cut it here anymore. And working in retail/food service/customer service is truly hell on earth. I’m sure this place probably pays more than other coffee shops, but it obviously isn’t enough.Every time I’ve come here in the past two months or so I see new people. That means people in training making the drinks. I’ve been a barista before, it’s very difficult. You have to get used to the job (remembering how to make certain drinks, remembering customers orders without writing it down, pulling shots correctly, working very quickly and efficiently etc) and often employers don’t train correctly or nearly long enough before throwing you to the sharks.I’m not blaming the employees, I’m not even really blaming the owners. I’m just sad that my favorite coffee place is, just for now hopefully, not a good option.

Let me tell you about this place. Honestly the best coffee shop Ive even been to. Its way better than starbucks. The hot chocolate is so creamy and not watered down at all. They have these gram cracker, chocolate, coconut bar and its unbelievable. The people are nice and quick. ❤

Local, great people, smooth coffee, always 4 shots, cheaper and way better than Starbucks guaranteed. Chocolate coffee beans, smoothies, lemonade, not your average drive thru coffee. Its like a boutique drive thru coffee shop. Love it.

I try not to go there anymore they always have the people that work there always have a whole bunch of guests visiting them it seems like theyre more important than the customers

I came in and manager, Dustin was super rude and made my drink and made it completely wrong and when I asked (politely) for a new one he refused to give it to me for free.

Wish there was one on the north end of town :) but love this shop

I absolutely LOVE Brewed Awakenings. Ever since I moved to Bend Ive been looking for a great cup of coffee that has a drive-through. I am so impressed by them. The coffee tasted fresh, and not burnt. I have had so many burnt cups of coffee but never one here. The girls are friendly and the service is fast. Easily my favorite drive through coffee shop.

One of the few places in town where you can get a mocha without dairy in the mocha mix. Housemade caramel, actual dark chocolate sauce instead of Hersheys.... fantastic service -doesnt get much better!

Last Thursday I went to get coffee at 6:42pm. I know they close at 7, but Im a nurse and I work nights and I wanted coffee for two other coworkers and I. The girl working opens the window, already looking annoyed, and says Well, I hope you dont want anything hot. There was no, Hi, what can I get for you? Or Welcome to Brewed Awakenings, what can I get started for you? She clearly just wanted to leave on time at the end of her shift. I stated well, yeah, I was hoping to get some coffee. and she just said Well I already cleaned the machines. [long pause] I could probably make you something iced if you want. I was so taken aback by the fact that this COFFEE place didnt want to make me any coffee. My coworker has brought me coffee from here before, and it was great. I wanted to return the favor and bring some great coffee to work to start our shift off nicely, and instead I got this negative experience from a girl who clearly didnt want to work very hard that day. Its too bad that this place is convenient for work, but I wont be coming back.

They are always greeting us with a smile and offering us with the lovely chocolate covered coffee beans we adore! Delicious berry smoothies

Ordered a mocha and black coffee a couple Sundays ago. Barista was nice, but the mocha was beyond milky with no coffee taste and Im pretty sure the chocolate was missing because the color was lighter then a beige and the taste was not there, even black I didnt enjoy the coffee taste. Unfortunately I we wont be back, but Im all for trying new places. I understand music at coffee Joints but I repeating my order over the music is not fun.

Great variety of drinks, good pricing, and while it seems a bit slow at times, its no worse than any drive-thru and I find the quality and personnel worth it.

Great coffee stand. Im always welcomed with a friendly smile and leave with a Black Forest cherry mocha complete with a chocolate dipped cherry on top of the lid. Yum!

Hours of operation for Sunday are wrong. Says they’re open until 6... place was completely closed. Bummer

My husband and I just got coffee from here am OMG the iced caramel macchiato is AMAZING! We’ve been traveling for the past week and have failed to get any decent coffee until today. The house coffee with vanilla, cream and sugar was okay but not great. I will definitely be back to Brewed Awakenings for their iced Macchiatos.

Really cool name for an establishment & conveniently located with a large drive thru, but both the lattes I ordered were slightly watered down & it took nearly 15 minutes to receive a smoothie. However, the smoothie was delicious.

The girl working thursday afternoon was easily one of the sweetest people ive ever encountered shell make you fall in love in 3 seconds flat, highly reccomend the good coffee and lovely service to brighten your day

Awful. My mom got a mocha and I just wanted a hot cocoa with no whipped cream. Both of ours were barely luke warm and my hot cocoa was full of whipped cream. The barista did not listen to what we wanted. And who gives a hot cocoa cold? Never going there again.
