The people who work there are snooty, and quit homophobic. My daughter was treated like dirt while she was there. The manager is rude and self righteous. Very unprofessional atmosphere, would not recommend. Way over priced, can get the same items elsewhere at a better price. Places like this are making Bend a horrible place.

I came here looking for Danskos for work, and I walked out with exactly what I wanted! The staff was very knowledgable about Danskos and helped me find the perfect style and size. (Thank you Tamara!) This was my first visit to Outside In. I was on a mission for shoes, but Ill definitely have to go back soon because they carry some of my favorite brands of casual clothes.

The owner/manager came over and told me all about some shoes and really gave me great advice and input. I wasn’t ready to purchase unfortunately but I figured the least I could do was share my very positive experience with them!

I find myself going in Outside In pretty frequently. Sometimes the reason is to browse or get something for myself, but most times it is to get gifts for others. The staff is super friendly and they greet me as soon as I walk in the store. They are able to offer advice when I am not sure what to get someone and they are very knowledgeable of their products. Their social media response is prompt as well. Outside In also supports local artists and vendors, which is a plus! The sell a variety of brands and the quality of the clothing and goods is top-notch. If you want practical and on-trend items, this is the place to go.

Well I can’t say enough great things about this clothing store. I’ve become a regular and I just enjoy the staff most of all it’s the people that make that experience so great they’re really helpful and positive and enthusiastic about trying to help you find some clothes. My one wish would be for them to have a greater selection of men’s clothes then I would buy more from them. Great job

They sell very premium outdoor apparel. Come here when you want to find that one perfect and unique piece that will last for years. The staff is always friendly, the kinf of friendly that is welcoming and sincere.

Filthy place, we have been there several times and it is and has not been clean at all. People should call the health department as we are going to do. The owners if that’s what they are or management is extremely rude, food is just basic from the freezer!! We heard they were closing down they really need to. Worse place in town. Rumors are the only reason they have a high rating is because of them rating themselves along with family and friends!! Not good people in a lot of people’s eyes.
