Seriously incredible. Amazing customer service and they go so deep into science with even scanning your feet and pick out what shoes will be best for you based on arch, width, injury, etc. I promise you will find at least one pair that feels like it was made specifically for you. I love how they do the work of picking out options for you and work from there based on what your preferences are. I’ve never picked out shoes so fast with their assistance. Please never change the dynamic of footzone! It’s like no other

I have bad knees and heard the Hoka shoes were great. The employee that helped me measured my feet told her I wore a 9 she told me I should wear a ten Im not sure if I agree but they have a 30 day return picy

My knee was bothering me really bad while running and braces werent helping. My chiropractor, Dr Jacob Plasker, said everything looked good so I should explore changing my shoes. Colton greeted me on a busy day within seconds of walking into the store and was incredibly helpful, we found a perfect pair for my foot and stride. My knee pain is gone. 10/10 would recommend this place!

LOVE FootZone! Customer service is truly an experience at FootZone.You can stare at the wall of running shoe options and do your best guess OR you can ask Colleen what might be the best running shoe for you. Colleen did a quick complimentary assessment of my feet...then disappeared. She returned a couple minutes later with 2 or 3 shoe options...magic inserts of custom comfort and wicking socks. And thats how runners are made. The running shoes are soooooo comfortable!!! I never wouldve found them on my own. Youre not buying just running shoes at FootZone. Youre buying into a lifestyle. Always a great place to get running gear. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They didnt have the kind of shoes I was normally running in, but the person helping me asked about my running as well as if I would be open to trying something new. A short time later I left with new shoes and was very happy. I have been running in the shies for two weeks and I am very satisfied with the purchase still.

Impressive.The service was excellent from the moment I walked in. Colton approached me to ask if I needed help, was understanding, enthusiastic, encouraging and immediately knowledgeable about the heel pain I was experiencing. I went there hoping for help with my foot pain and got it.He scanned my feet in a cool device (right out of Minority Report) and with a trained eye, told me a lot about my feet. He then found three good options and foot beds. Just putting the shoes on my feet felt better.Im sure it helped this was Friday at lunch time and few folks were in the store. Also, the place is not cheap. Its not Walmart or Volume Shoes Source, but that is the point. I needed expert advice and felt I got it and splurged on some good shoes. Im sure they had cheap options, but I did not ask.Overall, it was a stellar experience.

I was already impressed with Coltons professionalism and expertise while I was in store, but now that its been a few days and Ive received a thank you card in the mail (yes, you read that right) its solidified in my mind that Ill be a long-term customer.I have a hard to fit foot in most brands and ex-pro footwear knowledge. I usually leave a shoe store frustrated at availability of sizing and undertrained staff. From the minute we came in, Ali was so friendly, welcoming (offering our pup water that she held for her as she drank!) and knowledgable about shoes. As an avid runner and true lover of the sport, I had so much fun geeking out with her about different shoes and different brands as well as trying out the foot analysis devices. All the data galore!Even though we live in Portland, we cannot imagine buying shoes from anywhere else. Was visiting Bend for a couple of weeks and needed new trail shoes. The staff was beyond helpful and super knowledgeable. I had done my research on the shoes before hand and was impressed when the selection brought to me was exactly what I was looking online plus some really good suggestions.This will be my to go store to get new shoes when in Oregon. REally appreciated the staff and products!

Sales person friendly & helpful!

This place is the most helpful place for shoes Ive ever been. They will put you on a treadmill and actually let you run with the shoes or even go outside and go up and down the street trying them. Once youve made your purchase they put you in the system and when you go back for another pair it is a simple process to get you set up with the same thing you had the last time if you liked them. Good place and good prices for the services you receive.

Best local running store. They give so much to the community and really enrich the Central Oregon running scene... Looking to get plugged into local trail running/ultra running? This is the place to go to get connected! Staff is always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to help customers. Earlier this year I bought a hydration pack and after testing it out on a smith rock training run, realized it was a little too big for me. Footzone let me trade it in no questions asked for a different one that fit correctly, even a month and a half later. Cheers for local businesses that put people above profits... I’m a customer for life!

The people that work here definitely want you to find the best shoe possible. We went through about 20 different shoes before we found one and not once did I see a floor person roll their eyes or complain. They all helped each other and they seemed like they had a ton of caffeine.

To begin with, I am not a runner, let alone consider myself an athlete. I do how ever work on my feet all day and needed a little help troubleshooting why shoe inserts with arch support werent feeling right on one foot vs. the other. The folks at Foot Zone spent some serious time helping me out and came up with a solution. I wasnt wearing the wrong sized inserts for my arches. BINGO!
