We were in the area and had an honestly magical experience. The people were proactively kind far beyond “good service” and the chocolate was delicious. Thank you seahorse!

Loved my first 5 piece taster package. I was able to enjoy nibbles from 5 different kinds of exceptional chocolates (with my family) so we could all debate the BEST chocolate. The Hondurus won my vote! Thanks for coming to Bend!

Received some of their bars in a subscription box, and they were honestly the best chocolate bars Ive had in my entire life. The flavor notes are spot on too.

Best chocolate EVER! This was so fresh. The package even tells you the roasting date which was only a couple of weeks ago. The flavor was exceptional with just the right hint of a fruity bouquet. Its great that the package also reveals the geographic source of the cocoa so you will know which type is your favorite. Seahorse Chocolate truly earns the title: Nectar of the gods!

In my youth, I did not like chocolate. As I encountered anything other than run of the mill chocolate, I developed a taste for dark chocolate. Since then, I have savored many chocolates from around the world. I really enjoyed them.......until I had the delightful opportunity to taste Seahorse Chocolate. I have been fortunate to watch the process and all I can say is that I have never ever experienced the sublime, sometimes subtle and sometimes explosive taste and silky texture like Seahorse Chocolate. Absolutely the best ever ~ try it, it’s single origin, it’s local, it’s family ~ you’re taste buds will thank you!!!

An unrivaled chocolate experience, Seahorse chocolate takes you on a tasting journey around the world. It’s not just chocolate. It’s a discovery; a savoring of distinct and subtle notes unique to each region from which the cocoa bean was grown. It’s fun to gather with friends, open a few bars and unearth each one’s surprising characteristics. For me, there’s no turning back. And if you haven’t yet tried their hot sipping chocolate, what. are. you. waiting. for!

I will honestly say, we eat way too much chocolate (in general) at home. We grab a dark chocolate bar whenever we are in line at Trader Joes or any other boutique store, for that matter....That being said, Seahorse Chocolate is unparalleled in quality. Often, chocolate bar texture suffers from increased cocoa content. Not so with Seahorse. Incredible texture, unique, subtle, single origin flavors. You need to try these.

Umm.... WOW ! I didn’t know chocolate could taste so good. This is by far my favorite chocolate. I love that I can grab a couple of bars at the local coffee shop or stop by Seahorse Chocolate and taste all the different varieties, plus get a education about chocolate. This is also my new favorite place to take friends who are visiting. Such a treat.

My wife loved chocolate, particularly dark chocolate. In the 25 years I got to spend with her, I sampled some good chocolate. If only she were with us now, she would finally have a hands-down favorite- SEAHORSE CHOCOLATE.Each bean is treated with proper respect right through to the bar at Seahorse. The different notes from the various beans are wonderfully textured, flavorful and definitely worth a try, it’s a no-brainer; Seahorse is deserving of praise. Try them out and see for yourself. It is a genuine privilege to appreciate this chocolate. Take advantage of that privilege - enjoy some today!

This is by far THE best chocolate west of the Mississippi, and probably east too! The first time I experienced a Seahorse single origin chocolate was not unlike my initial Oregon Pinot tasting and it just keeps getting better.
