Fast friendly these are my stereo guys from now on installed my subs and amp in less than two hours and didnt even charge me for the wires
I think they did an ok job with my remote start install, but if your looking for a friendly face behind the counter this is definitely not your place. The guy (supposedly the owner) was a rude, condescending, arrogant individual with zero customer service skills. We bought a Groupon and he acted like we were putting him out for coming into his business. Hopefully theres no problems with the remote start because I definitely wont be coming back.
Absolute Worst Service From the time they sold me a Used SUB and took over 2 months to order a new one. up till now with My supposed Custom made box that is supposed to have been tailor made for the angles of my car. The box is falling apart because they used a Square box and Stapled a lip to the box to make it level. Which Ripped off. The Velcrod on Cover did not Fit around the rings of the Subs because when they put in the used sub without a ring they didnt compensate for the new sub with a ring. The box is sliding all over the back of my trunk and I STRICTLY EXPRESSED that I wanted it strapped down which they drilled a hole with a self tapping screw into the trunk which ripped out due to the weight of the box. ABSOLUTLY DO NOT BUY from these people save yourself the money and have your 8 year old child do the work I promise it will be of better quality. I now have to go back and fix all their mistakes and really there are just too many to list. I am to embarrassed to even open my trunk and show anyone. If I had this to do over I would run for the hills.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If I could attach their handy work to this post I would show you the horrible job they did.This was when FOSS CAR AUDIO took over the building!EDIT:I would like to tip my hat off to Pete. After this review he contacted me and did what he could to make it right. I had moved across the country but he still figured out a way to rebuild me a new box. I just received it today and it is great. They put more quality into it and it was exactly what I was expecting the first time and then some. I Really appreciate the extra mile Pete went to make it right. If this box fits as good as it looks then there should be no issues. This new box was done right and has the angles that will help me secure it in place as well as keep it from falling apart.I am glad the Puyallup Foss Car Audio is taking pride in their work and that they are striving to keep customers happy. With this being done and the effort you put in Pete I would gladly come back when I return to the area. I am sorry that my bad review had to take place but I am more thankful you are listening to your customers. I gave you a four Star only because it needed to be redone. Had this been the quality the first time I would have given you 5 stars all day.I will be fitting this in this week and will keep an update how everything works out.Pete I cannot tell you the difference this makes in my opinion of the Puyallup store and I will be proud to show off this new piece.
Customer service at this place is a joke. Leaving voicemail after voicemail to try to get an apointment for them to fix the stereo they installed with no call-back, to finally having to call once an hour to meet the deadline on the return policy to finally get a rude employee then owner on the phone. This place doesnt understand the meaning of customer service or for that matter have the knowledge to put in a stereo system correctly. I have been back a couple times to finally just give up on them fixing the problem and ask for it all to be taken out and refunded. Umm come to find out they dont do that. UGHHH highly suggest to never go to this place unless you want a one-month hassle with over priced equipment & horrible service! Wish I could give out negative stars!!!!
