I wish I didn’t even have to give this place one star the lady that owns the place is so incredibly rude. I had an issue with a warranty and I bought a canopy, Yakima rooftop rack and a rod vault. she was so rude about replacing one of my crossbars after I bought $5000 worth of merchandise with them. I would not recommend this place based on the customer service alone. They’re great when they want to sell you something, but if you need any help with any kind of follow up, she acts put out and is very rude. She even wanted to charge me for labor for a warranty which she made me go through Yakima for. Instead of just replacing the crossbar for me which would have been easy for her. Erica is horrible. This review is not based on one interaction every time I’ve dealt with her she has been rude. UNACCEPTABLE. If there was another canopy dealer in town she would not get away with that kind of behavior.

The staff at J&R Canopy were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The shop was very clean which is a huge bonus for me. They got the cover for my truck ordered and installed within two days and it only took them about 45 minutes to do the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for truck covers, canopies and other accessories. Thanks so much guys

Great people to work with. I called and scheduled a canopy top swap between two separate trucks coming from two different states and meeting in Bend. The guys at J&R were very accommodating and were able to do the swap in a very short period of time as well as getting me back on the road wired up ready to go.

I was very impressed with J & R this week on my canopy project. I bought a used canopy a few months ago and I wanted to get the Third Brake Light wired, along with the dome light. They wires had been stripped and pulled out, not pretty... I worked with both Jason and Larry to get the job done. These guys went above and beyond to get everything done even though my F350 was putting up a fight with a wiring gremlin. The guys were friendly, positive and professional through the whole process. They not only did a quick and quality job but did it at a very fair price. When it was all said and done, I got everything thing I wanted plus some USB outlets and regular outlets in the bed of truck! It is sweet, a campers dream! Thanks J & R, Ill be back!

I called J&R after Christmas looking to find some top notch accessories for a brand new Ford F-150 Truck. Owner/Manager Erica was very friendly and went through my list of several things steering me in the direction of the highest quality accessories for the best price. I was very impressed with them over the phone and got quotes on a half dozen different items.Later I went into J&R and Erica spend over an hour with me showing me the ARE truck caps, how they perform and function and going through the brochure and prices. She even had the product installed on her own business vehicle in the lot which was really nice to see how it looks installed. Great selling tactic by the way. I ordered Husky wheel well liners, a drop in bed liner and an ARE MX Series cap in factory paint.I had the wheel well liners and the drop in bed liner done about 10 days later and they look great. No more throwing cinders and road junk up inside those wells. They look like a factory installation. Very impressed. The drop in Bed liner also looks like it was meant to be in there and its a made in the USA product. Very satisfied.The truck cap took about 4 weeks to get and I was excited when it came in. I ordered the truck cap with the two rows of LED Rope lighting, the dome light and the 3 12V cigarette sockets. Really awesome amount of USB device charging capacity back there! Took about 2 hrs to put on and do all necessary wiring. They have a small comfy waiting room with TV, wifi, etc. to wait in so I was good waiting for the installation. Owner offered to drive me home or to anywhere I needed to go which was beyond accommodating. Then they pulled the truck around with the cap on and I had a smile a mile wide. Looks great, and sits great on the truck. Very pleased with all the installations they did on my truck and the pricing was very affordable.Would highly recommend J&R Canopy to anyone looking for a range of truck accessories.

August 25, 2015I called J & R Canopy & Truck Accessories needing a canopy in a hurry. Let me just say they are going above and beyond the call of duty for me. I was dreading ordering/deciding on a canopy as I had talked to some other companies in Oregon that were not helpful & were actually rude. J & R took away the headache, made this easy & I am actually excited about my purchase. I get my canopy in about 3-4 weeks and will finish this review then :)
