Andrea got my daughter in for a much needed massage. She was amazing and really relaxed her. I would highly recommend her. She is excellent at hitting the right spots and relaxing her clients. Was a little nervous coming in since I hadnt had anything done professionally with my hair in a while and it was the first time attempting to dye. Candice was perfect, she answered any questions i had and gave me swatches where i could see how the colors translated from box to actual hair. She gave me her opinions on colors and some different ways we could do the coloring to give it dimension and flair. I absolutely love the way it turned out, especially with the curls she put in later!

This was my very first experience with this salon, I booked an appointment with one of the hair stylists, Isa. I paid a $30 deposit because she does not normally book on Saturdays so she told me this is why I would need to pay her the $30 deposit. She mentioned nothing about this being non-refundable. When my appointment day came she texted me the morning of to cancel the appointment. I then decided I was going to seek a different hair stylist because I did not want to spend as much money as she was going to charge me (she quoted around $300). I then texted her asking for my deposit back, which seemed fair considering that this was my very first time booking with her, she never told me the deposit was non-refundable and I was not the one who cancelled the appointment. I also called and talked to the owner of the salon twice, which seemed to do nothing. In the end it’s $30, but it was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am very unpleased with my experience here.

Usually I keep my own hair trimmed, but it had been at least a couple years since having it done professionally, and was in need of being straightened up. Most of the quality salons in Bend have a minimum price of $45 or $55 that I couldn’t justify spending on my simple trim. I drove past Midtown Beauty on 8th St and thought they looked promising for a professional cut. When I called I was told women’s cuts start at $20 and go up from there. Much better than $45. I scheduled with Candice for the next day. She was expecting me when I walked in and I didn’t have to wait at all. I’d expected some of the usual up-selling most salons try but Candice just asked me what I wanted and left the sales talk to rest. I really appreciated the comfort of her sweet and genuine manner. She gave me tips on how to care for my split ends and cut my own hair in the future after I told her how infrequently I made it to a salon. The cut only took about 10 minutes and the price was more than fair for the initial $20 quote I was given, not to mention the quality and the tips she gave me. The cut was exactly what I was hoping for and definitely made my home trims look a little “adventurous” in comparison. A great experience overall. Despite my DIY habits, I will be returning to Midtown Beauty.

I went in to get my hair colored a dark chocolate brown and the lady who did it melted my hair with the bleach and got no refund or at least could of given me half of my money back but nope! Terrible job they didn’t even do the color I wanted I left with blonde hair and melted/fried hair do not recommend coming here.

Midtown Beauty is by far the best place discovered ! Not only are they quick, they clearly know what they are doing! The salon is clean and very friendly ! Dog friendly too ! Now where can you find that? Midtown Beauty !!! Highly recommended! Thank you for making me feel beautiful!!

I cannot say enough good things about this salon! I really messed my hair up during the lockdowns by trying to color on my own. I ended up using about 5 chemical treatments on my own trying to fix it.Today I went in and Candice gave me a beautiful blonde that I was trying to get to, that actually lifted and maintained my hairs integrity. She was incredibly thorough and noticed every detail. She was also very genuine and comfortable to talk to.A lot of salons I’ve been to made me feel like I was inconveniencing them with what I needed/ wanted. But she was very warm and friendly, in a real kind of way that makes you want to make Midtown Beauty your home.The prices were also the best I have seen anywhere!Quality care without a doubt.

Rick has been doing my hair for like 16 yrs. Always very happy from the outcome. He is very nice and strives to make you happy. Prices are right which is hard to come by since getting your hair done isn’t cheap.

My hair stylist, Marcy Mooney moved over here which is why I gave 5 stars. She rocks! The only thing I do not like is the parking. It is hard to back out due to how busy 8th St. is unless there is not a lot of cars then you can easily turn around to pull out.

Ciara did an amazing color job on my hair!!! It was spot on, the color was exactly like the picture I showed her! I highly recommend her and the salon was fantastic. All of the staff including the owner were super nice and engaging! Comfortable atmosphere! I will for sure be back!

Awesome first experience! I have VERY high maintenance hair, dark naturally and converted to platinum blonde with tape in extensions (5 packs plus with my own personal weird placement haha.) Jen took me on as a new client, blindly. She spent a good amount of time getting my blonde to exactly what I was asking for and did amazing on my extensions. She was patient and listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure to take precautions not to damage my hair. I will definitely be coming back. The salon is super cute and cozy as well and the owner guy seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Great salon and people and my hair looks amazing♡ ****Also the prices are the best in town****
