Walked in the door... Walked around awhile... Waited & waited... Not one hello welcome be with you in a moment or even a nod to acknowledge we were there. We went prepared to buy everything from guts to fixtures for our true-custom build ICF home. Dont know if it was because we didnt look like we have money or what but it was obvious they didnt want our busines.
What a trial. Ordered sink and faucet with soap dispenser from Bend Ferguson Store. Paid in full. Stainless sink shipped to our home arrived terribly damaged. Box split open and badly taped back together. Missing parts. Screws rattling in box. Three of four corners bent over half inch! Had to reschedule our counter-top appointment due to delay. No follow through on return or reorder. I had to call twice to get a replacement sink ordered. Still no response from Build.com (Fergusons Online) for return. Called local store and got shifted from phone to phone until line went dead. Should I bring the damaged sink to your store for a refund?
They were the only place in Bend or Redmond that had a Propane Hot Water Heater and it was the right size and dimension. Havent unbox it yet, but will follow up on its functionality. Smith is a great brand, so if its not damaged in anyway out of the box...all should be great. Thanks Ferguson!!

I give them 3 stars as their showroom is very nice. I cant give any more than that due to customer service. As soon as I walked in I was not treated well at all. Maybe I didnt look like I had enough money. Front desk person seemed annoyed I was even there, and what appeared to be a sales person just ignored me. I get better service at home depot and lowes which is where I ended up going for my remodeling needs.
Horrible experience. I called before hand to not waste my time and gas. I had the part number, manufacturer everything ready and the guy on the phone said it was of no use and that hed have the part. Well, they did not have it. I wasted my time and gas driving over there. I specifically had the information because I needed a specific part. Not a universal part that wont work. When I asked the guy why he was condescending on the phone, ignoring what I wanted and assured me they had something that turned out wasnt what I want it, he played dumb in front of his boss. The establishment is bollucks!
