Selection was quick for me as I knew exactly what I wanted (just had to decide on just the right color to match other blinds in the room), and the installation was quick and they look great and appear to be working well.

This was a great experience for me moving to Bend into a newly built condo. They came to my house and helped me pick out the shades I liked and the installer was so nice and professional. I’m definately going back to finish 3 of my other windows!!

We recently remodeled our home in LaPine. My daughter recommended budge blinds. From the first call to the office to set the visit to the final delivery everyone was so professional, kind and did what they said they would do. Love this place will use them again and will refer people to them.

We ordered the patio awning first week of May. I called the third week of July to find out what was going on. Talked to a very sullen rep who said he would find out n get back to me. Never did, a week later went on line to complain sent an email to CEO no response. Called Bend store again mgr called next day the awning was installed a week later. Mgr thought it was a big deal he returned the call never an explanation or apology. Asked that the tech person not call and mgr had him call to schedule the appointment.

We have used Budget Blinds several times. Always good quality materials and work and always prompt on appointments.

I spent over a thousand dollars for two custom Roman shades that I specifically wanted to match the existing shades, made also by Budget Blinds, just to receive a lower quality set in which one loop, which look like cheap gold key rings, on the back already bent/broke within a month from simply opening and closing. They claim that their manufacturers changed however they are still the same quality- I beg to differ. Not only are they noticeably different in style (seams in places that they don’t need to be despite me making sure the designer saw the original blinds and understood my requests) but the rods used in the bottom of the shades are the same as the rods within the blind, the lining thin, the handle plastic- all lower quality supplies compared to the blinds I originally have from the same company 20 years ago, yet they are still charging the same prices. Not only are their blinds not “budget” they are “mediocre” at best compared to the quality I expected they would still provide me like they did the last owner of my home- especially at over $500 a blind.

I have just moved to Oregon from North Carolina. This has been a wonderful experience from the initial meeting at my home to the installation. I can not say enough good things. The whole experience has been exceptional from the beginning to installation. I highly recommend if you are in the market for window coverings.

She made the design process so easy. With her help I did not have to stare at samples all day. Now that they are installed I know she helped me pick the right ones. She was also very responsive to any questions I had. The installers were fabulous (Adam & Robert). Exactly on time, pleasant and respectful of social distancing. Installation was quick and painless. One area that I think could use improvement is keeping the customer aware of delivery schedule. I made inquiries which were very quickly answered. I have already recommended this service to friends.

Our installer was great. Our issue was with the Costco gift card. When we signed the paperwork, our sales guy neglected to have us sign all the appropriate signatures to receive our gift card. It takes 4-6 weeks after everything is complete and submitted to receive the card. I don’t feel like Budget Blinds cared that our hold up was their fault and they acted like it was just the way it is.
