We got the same price from both locations and went with Auto Pro Buys due to their wonderful service! Everyone there was helpful, courteous and made you feel right at home. They were also straightforward about the process and made sure all the details were covered. Leann was so wonderful and fun to talk to and made you feel like you were friends for years. Ray was also very friendly and personable. The store had toys and games for kids which made the process easier than sitting in a sterile dealership. The process was quick and efficient and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Tim is great! We are moving out of state and decided bringing our big, little bit older car was not worth it. So we got our value on Kelley blue book and almost instantly Tim reached out. From the beginning he was always prompt, honest, and easy to work with. in the past we have sold our car, which we had financed so it was not paid off, which always is a little bit trickier than selling a flat out paid for vehicle. Within a week Tim had gotten the check over to our loan holder, and there was a bit of a delay to get it paid off but do believe it was on our banks and, not because of auto pro buys. I had my car posted for almost a month trying to sell is online. Two people messaged me about buying it, but never actually followed up with me. I wanted to sell it sooner than later, and when Kadie emailed me about Auto Pro Buys I was skeptical at first. After looking into it a little more I decided to give them a try. I set an appointment for them to take a look at my car, and after I came in the entire process was so quick! Wow they are worth a try. No pressure. Fast response walked in with truck 30 min later walked out with 15,000.00 They buy all types Truce auto offered me 9k on a trade in. Cash works so much better.

Just sold my car through them today and I was hesitant at first with all scams out there but this place was definitely professional and very friendly. I’m also 6 months pregnant and wasn’t in the mood for a lot of haggling and was pleasantly surprised how easy and fast the whole process went. I would definitely recommend anyone selling their vehicle to at least go check them out first. They don’t sell cars so you don’t have to worry about someone pushing u around into another car and I walked in and out in 30 mins and had my check and felt good about it. Complete waste of time. We had an add up for my Jeep on craigslist listed as 70,000 miles. We got an offer for 17,500$ through facebook messenger from one of their employees. The minute we got in there they tried haggling us with the price even though they offered us 17,500$. Chad the manager was extremely unprofessional spitting chew at his desk and talking through my husband and I like we werent even there. Most awkward buisness Ive ever walked into. Felt worste than a car dealership. Dont waste your time! The other employees were friendly but Chad deffinitly shouldnt be working with customers.

Was given bad information by one employee and then told that they owned my car, and theres no getting it back. I would never go here again, and would advise my friends and family to not do business with this establishment. The service I got was by far some of the worst Ive experienced, and nothing was done to right the wrong situation i was placed in by auto pro buys. If a good experience is what you value, take your business elsewhere.

We were trying to sell our 2011 Subaru Legacy in Arcata CA for two months when we got a call from ProAutoBuys in Oregon that they would buy the car for a price we could live with and would send two guys down to pick up the car.I was skeptical about accepting a check from out of state. They said I could keep the title an mail it to them after we got paid.When they arrived the only thing they looked at was the body and said because of a few very minor scratches and dings they would drop the price hundreds of dollars to $14,000. Since we wanted it to be done we agreed.They took the car and we deposited the check.The check bounced. We called them they said we,ll send you a wire transfer. Waited a couple days, no wire transfer. Called again said the wire will go out for sure. Waited again, nothing. Sensing a scam I texted them that if we did not get the money ASAP we would pursue them every way we could. Then the money was sent.Several days later they asked for the title and we informed them since they caused us to have $50 in returned check and wire fees, we would wait for reimbursement before responding. Nothing. About a month later we heard from them again restated the above, once again they said the money will be sent. Nothing. Two months after that, a repeat of the above.Today we still have the title leaving questions. Was there a way in Oregon that they could get a new title? Were they just hoping we would we would give up and let them have the car for nothing? Or are they just so inept that they have a car worth at least $14,000 just sitting in their lot.Two stars since at least we got most of our money. Eventually.
