I hit several deer while driving home from a fishing trip near Bend.. I dont live in the Bend area, so after my truck was towed to Lithia Body and Paint I flew back home. I greatly appreciated the regular updates about the repairs on my truck. Throughout the entire process, every person I talked with was professional and courteous. I have my truck back now and it looks fabulous. The work they did was excellent!

I had received 2 other quotes for body work. One was way high the other more reasonable but so unprofessional. The quote was the lowest, the staff was the most professional and the end result was good quality work.

My van was hit on a road trip in Oregon by and uninsured driver. The folks at Lithia were able to take a look at it and ensure it was driveable and bend the door so it was able to close, so I was able to make it back to Colorado.They did this without an appointment and also didn’t even charge me, all while being super kind in my moment of stress.Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you guys!

Bend Honda recommended i take my car here because i was hit while parked and they don’t do body work. i had to have bumper and light assembly replaced. when i got the car back they did a poor job painting and you can see where it stops in the crack and my headlight didn’t work. i had to wait another week for them to even look at my car. the front desk woman was very unprofessional and looked at it during the day and told me it’s working and to drive it for another week and see. i asked for a tech to look at it and when she called him up she told him “i already told them it’s working but can you check anyways?” and he rolled his eyes and took it back. sure enough it was not working and they had to fix it. i get my car back again and realize there’s plastic screws missing in the wheel well that hold the bumper in place. do not recommend

A very positive experience from start to finish. The auto body damage was repaired as expected. I was informed daily as to the status of the repairs. Repairs were completed as promised. My vehicle was returned clean and spotless inside and out.I was impressed with the quality of work and customer service at Lithia Body and Paint.

My Sequoia was extremely damaged on the right front side. They made it look like new! They also cleaned on the inside...vacuumed and dusted the dash. Amber was great in contacting me about time frames! I highly recommend Lithia Body & Paint for fixing your car! Thank you Lithia!

Excellent customer service and felt like I was working with real people that understood my situation, stress and needs. Quote was half that of other places in town and came in UNDER budget. Mike was kind, smart and honest. Although I hope I dont have to, would only use this auto-body shop in town in the future.

Repair was decent but did not use new parts as quoted, they fixed using bondo filler on 2 panels instead of the new parts. All would have been fine but the customer service at the end was horrible. I was to pay a $600 deductible, they demanded $1,000. I told them they were wrong and it quickly escalated, they suggested to call the insurance company and that seemed logical, we went back into there office when the general manager began throwing clip boards across the front counter. I immediately walked out and will never return again. Buyer beware.
