Staff was very friendly, tony was excellent in helping me find bulbs for what I needed. However, please be advised that if you have to return anything they will charge you a 35% restocking fee which to me is robbery. 15-20% no problem but when your 15% away from 50% of the entire cost? Robbery plain and simple.
