GTR LED headlights - ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.Ive fitted GTR LED headlights to my Sequoia after having email dialogue with Headlight Revolution. Im currently working in Dubai, and these guys really helped with pre-order assistance and then posting them via UPS. And heres the result... a copy of my mail to them after fitting and using the lamps for a week. I thought that the best form of review is not one thats written specific, but one thats a screen shot of real life. Therefore, the below is just a copy of the mail that I sent back to Headlight Revolution.The photos are general views including the light pattern at different distances from the wall of my basement parking space. As can be seen, theyre ideal. (Apologies for the doubling up, but I cant work out how to remove pics from the review!)QUOTEExcuse my language, but.... bl**dy hell !!These are brilliant replacements for the OEM halogen units.Id fitted a crummy set of LEDs for a week before I ordered these. They scattered the light everywhere as the lamp source was not where the reflector needed it to be.With these, as your presentation/video advised, the light source is in the same place as the halogen units. Therefore, the same light pattern out of the front of the lens.And as for power, they are far better than the original halogens.So, many many thanks for both your technical video, and for selling these to me!You are brilliant!!UNQUOTE

After seeing all positives reviews, i decided to go and purchase the new headlights for my 4runner, they arrived on time, no problem, but there is a few issues with them (hyperflash in turn signal + moister inside one of the headlight), I tried to reach they customers service over the phone, but the waiting time is ridicules long, and I not getting any response over the email.Awful or not existing customer service!

I installed the Supernova V.4 LEDs in a 2018 F150, both low and high beam headlights. The installation video was a big help though I learned a few tips that might be useful. I did not remove the tire. Installation was easier with the tire turned out rather than in as suggested in the video. A 5.5mm socket is the same as a 7/32”. That fender liner is not easy to move! Even with those four screws removed, you have to wrestle with it. The high beam bulb came out as described though the LED would not twist all the way to the lock position. After trying several times, I found there is a retaining ring on the back of the housing that holds the bulb. It is held by three T-15 torx screws. If you loosen those just a little the bulb twists to lock easily. Then you can tighten the screws to hold it secure. Trial and error taught me that if you don’t tuck the LED driver inside the housing before you install the bulb, you will be removing the bulb again. The driver will not fit past the bulb once installed. The low beam was easier to twist as you can see the base of the bulb looking through the front of the headlight housing. Make sure to test everything before you reinstall the fender liner. The high beams will not come on unless the ignition is in the “on” position. That had me puzzled for a while when I was testing. It took about 45 minutes to install the first side and about 15 minutes to install the other side. Make sure all the bulb to driver connections are screwed tight before installation.Overall, I like the lights. They are much brighter than stock halogens and have a distinct cutoff at the top. The driver side is a bit dimmer than the passenger side. My partner noticed that too. The driver side high beam points slightly lower than the passenger side. This may be by design from Ford.The photos are before / after, low / high and one taken during installation for comparison.

They rigged by boat with interior leds, floods in the front, all the nav bulbs were replaced with leds, rewired my whole boat trailer with LED bulbs and back lights in the water, did a outstanding job. Also quickly installed LED headlights in my ridgeline. Quick and excellent service. I had extra switches installed in the boat along with a usb insert, thought they had made a wiring mistake because there was no power to the usbs but when they checked on it I had pulled some wires out of them when storing a raincoat in the locked behind the mount.

Purchased the Supernova LED highs, lows and fogs for my 2017 Tacoma. Definitely an improvement over the stock headlight bulbs. Their YouTube videos were very helpful.

Awesome service, fast shipping. Lights are incredible. Staff was great when a bulb didn’t fit (my fault). Sent it back no issues and replaced it immediately with fast shipping before a weekend camping trip. One of the staff even put some of their bulbs in their company truck in the parking lot to describe the brightness and visibility to help me make my decision. Quick shipment and great customer service. I received a wrong part in a kit due to a system update. I called customer service to see if there was an install issue but we discovered I was sent the wrong part. A new order was generated for the correct part and shipped out the next day. I received it fast and finished the install.I did a full LED swap and tail light conversion on my 2018 Toyota 4Runner. The lights look amazing and are super bright. I couldnt be happier.

A very nice upgrade to stock lighting for low beam application. I have a 14 RAM 2500 with reflector headlights .Very nice beam pattern like stock only much Whiter and wider. You may have to turn your housings a few turns down(counter clockwise) on my particular truck..very satisfied and will be ordering high beam kit in the spring.

Excellent quality lights for my tundra. I changed all interior and exterior lights and I couldn’t be more pleased. The video availability to walk customers through how to install are priceless! I was able to confidently install the blinkers along with the resistors like a pro! It saved me lots of money.

I ordered a set of high and low beam headlights for my truck however, I did not know or receive the adapter cables to make the lights work. I had to call costumer service twice to get the correct parts sent to me. Once the parts were received I plugged in my lights and they work GREAT!!!!

I wanted to order some brighter, clearer bulbs for my 2013 Dodge Ram Big Horn so I reviewed several videos. The most informative video was by Headlight Revolution. In the video, the guy compared and rated 15 different bulbs. Also, he showed each bulbs light beam output and pattern on a wall. The video helped me tremendously by saving me more research time and from probably purchasing poor quality bulbs. I ordered the new led lights for my 2011 Ram 2500 and there are several options for lights on the Rams. The person I spoke with stepped me through the correct lights and I ordered them. A few days later I got them and installed them. Also a pain in the but on the Ram. So when I got them installed they were great except the high and low beam were backwards. So I called and the guy sent me a different module to try. It arrived and still had the problem so the guy sent me a whole new set of bulbs with hopes that there was a problem in the factory wiring of the bulb. So I put them in and still had the same problem. So we starting checking everything out and determined that the instructions say to rotate the bulbs vertical which is not right. We pulled the factory bulbs out and discovered that they are 15-20 degrees from verticle. So we reset the bulbs to the exact same angle as the factory H13 bulbs and they work perfect. Wouldnt have thought it made a difference but apparently the projectors are precisely focused to work. These bulbs are so much better and brighter and when towing our camper on the back roads and its much safer with the added light they throw.Brian.

I purchased replacement reverse lights for a 2018 Super Duty with radar in the brake light assembly. Everything worked perfect. There is a major difference when backing up at night and that was my goal. They have been installed for a couple weeks now and there are no issues so far. Plug and play.

Ordered in January, they had a few back ordered items and told me it would be a month and a half until I would receive items, which I was fine with. Month and a half passed called them and they said items would show up tomorrow. Items never showed up.... Called again and requested call back since there call queue is ridiculous, never got called back.

Ordered headlights 10/24 inquired a little over a week later when product would be shipped received email stating manufacturer was not responding to Headlight Revolution. I proceeded to call manufacturer and had results with no problem finally received lights 11/9. This company needs to work on communication skills and integrity would not recommend using this distributor

Took a little longer the ship then I expected. But great quality of parts and helpful people when I called and they resolved it right away for me. The YouTube videos are super helpful and very honest. I spent extra money going with Headlight Revolution but I truly believe I got the best quality there is for the lights I got.

Great product, very fast delivery. Online instructions are great although not complete for my model truck 2018. Used another website to get ideas how to help. Also bulbs not identified by location and I installed 2 in the wrong location. My fault as the number of lamps should have made it obvious, but I did not think about it. I was excited to try HR after watching their in depth videos and fix for the 2015 Rams. Unfortunately, after placing my order on 01-24-2020 I received notification my order was on back order with estimated delivery of 04-19-2019 despite it being 2020. In my attempts to contact them before requesting a refund I had no luck via telephone or email. I understand it can be busy but customer service is important. Only email response i received was my order was cancelled but my card has still been charged and the refund has not been processed. The brand of bulb I purchased is in stock through the actual brand website and I did have luck confirming that. I wish HR was able to answer the phone or return an email in a timely manner so I could have confirmed the item wasn’t available through them despite being available through diode.I really wish I could have given more than 1 star simply for the fact HR did a great job with their install videos but due to being unable to reach anyone there I’d worry if the product was defective or wrong I would be stuck with it.

I bought the SuperNova V3 because I was planning for my trip to the east coast of Canada. Saw one of the awesome videos that they put out, and settled with a pair of Supernovas. The hid is super bright! Love it! Only reason why I gave it a 4 star it’s becus there’s a shaded spot right below the focus part of the light when the light is on. I believe the shaded spot is from the wire metal that connected to the bulb itself, which is in the way of the light when it shoot out from the headlight. Other than that, it’s still amazingly bright!

The service was good and I got a prompt reply. The product I purchased was the supernova v.4, they are extremely bright. I found that if I have the high beams selected it projects the light lower than regular. In fact I feel guilty my lights are so bright I drive with the high beams on so I don’t blind other drivers. Regardless it makes a huge difference from factory lights that came on my 2015 Super Duty.

Great customer service most of the time. Had received a defective pair of led lights and when I emailed them, I got a reply the next day. However, there was multiple times where I did not receive a reply until days or a week later. When they finally responded to my issue it was great so I decided to give them another chance by buying more lights from them. The lights I bought where not out of stock and was told that but a week later I finally get a reply saying they were on back order. I don’t know whether to go back and buy more lights from them anymore

Fast shipping on this product for some 2018 Tundra lights I was retrofitting on my 2016. Harnesses were well done. The only thing I ran into was the fuse block for the LED DRLs is a little loose and contact is a little iffy. Simple fix though and all is good. These guys did a great job!

These lights are BRIGHT!!! Replaced the factory headlights, fog lights, cargo, license plate, & reverse lights in my 17 Tundra with the GTR lights from Headlight Revolution. I have been very pleased with how much brighter they light up the road when Im driving not to mention the bright white looks a lot better than the incandescent factory light. Worth every penny!

I was super excited to order headlights for my truck from Headlight Revolution. They have great videos on how to install the Headlights. However after ordering my headlights i got an email the following day saying the lights have been shipped. Here we are 6 days later and when i click on the shipping link provided by them it says the label has been created but the item has not arrived to the facility to be shipped. I reached out to customer service two days ago to let them know i think there was a problem and i was assured by the rep that the product they sold was in stock and shipped and that it was most likely and error by UPS, i was told to wait 2 more days to look further into the matter. Here we are two days later and i reached out to UPS to find out what was going on and they said i would need to talk to the sender because the package has not been scanned for shipment. Ive Reached out to customer service via email with no response, i also tried calling and got the same problem as others where i put in for a call back and have not gotten any calls. Its obvious by other reviews and mine they have a customer service problem and dont care to correct it. I will just plan on taking my business somewhere else since they dont care to keep it.

2017 F250 Lariat. Best purchase I’ve med for this truck besides the Ranch Hand bumper Replacement. Very easy install even will Ranch hand installed. Time will tell on the longevity of these. I love them.

These guys are great to do business with . I did my stop and turn signal bulb upgrades to LED on my Toyota Tundras tail lights and they are awesome . The shipping was lightning fast and they even have step by step videos to show you how if you need them . Their products are top shelf. Im sure to do the front bulbs next. Check them out .Update July 18, 2017 I ordered switchback bulbs for the front of my Tundra and during installation I discovered one was defective so I sent a quick email and on the very next business day they sent me a new set of bulbs no questions asked and they sent them overnight air I had them the next day ! Like I said these guys are awesome as are their products and their customer service both before and after the sale. They have made a customer for life out of me. Give them a chance you wont be disappointed .

Placed an order 28 days ago. Opted for 3 day shipping. I called the following week to be told one of the pairs of bulbs I ordered was out of stock. The representative made a new order with upgraded bulbs they had in stock. 3 weeks later and still nothing. No update until I called again today. Now both sets of bulbs are apparently out of stock. I was granted a full refund upon request but feel as if that alone is just a slap on the wrist. If you cant handle the quantity of customers, maybe reconsider your business plan. This is ridiculous. The quality of the lights are great. Provides a much brighter/whiter light. I was disappointed with the lack of directions. My retainer had to be cut down to 1/2 inch thick to clear the new bulb. Just would have been nice to know this going in.

The guys at Headlight Revolution are very responsive when getting back to you on questions, I believe them to be very honest and appreciate them testing all the different bulbs that they do. Im hoping theyll start to test some bulbs for Audi & Volkswagen as well. As some of you know H7 bulbs that are have a special hook up are a pain.

Customer Service Stinks.. Ive called multiple times for over 2 weeks and their phone system hangs up on me. When I do get on queue there 42 people head of me. Im given the option for a return call that Ive yet to receive. Ive tried emailing and Ill get a response every 3 days and I have yet to resolve the issue.

I have bought many products from Headlight Revolution. Customer service has always been top notch and so are the products they sell. Even when Ive had a few products fail, nothing is perfect, they swapped them out no problem at all and/or offered a free upgrade to a better or improved product. Im a first time customer, but I ordered vanity and cargo bulbs, plus an interior kit for my 2014 Tundra, and I must say that Im highly satisfied. I received everything within just a few days and the bulbs installed as easily as they did in the tutorial videos. These lights are top notch!

It’s been over 3 weeks and as of today I still have not received the led bulbs for my 2017 f250. When submitting my order online and checking out, it gave me the option to pay $9 extra for 3 day shipping. That was over 3 weeks ago and still have no details as to when my order will arrive. My card was charged when I completed my online order. After two weeks I had not received my order so I called and left 2 voicemails. After not getting a call back I sent an email. Finally I received a email back saying that part of my order was on back order. I asked if they had a time frame as to when I would receive it and they told me that they did not but guessed my order would ship in the next week or so. As of today I have no idea when I will receive my led lights. If I could go back and do it again I would have just ordered with a different company.

Bought LED’s for the head lamps, tail lights and plate lights... For my 2018 Ford F-250. Headlamps are bright as heck. Very good product thus far and Buick response.
