Last winter my wife and I decided to start shopping for a hot tub. Our first stop was to see Mark at HotSpring Hot Tubs in Bemidji. An hour later we had purchased a Grandee hot tub. We were sold due to the great salt water features of the hot tub with low maintenance. As first time buyers, we were a little nervous about how to maintain the tub. With easy communication with Mark and his team, all of my questions are quickly answered. A few weeks after my purchase, I had a couple questions about the functioning of the salt water cartridge. HotSpring was out to my house a couple days later helping me find answers. The thing I was most skeptical about with the hot tub was not needing to add a whole lot of chlorine due to the salt water system. I am now a believer as I rarely need to add more chlorine. Eight months after our purchase, we could not be more happy with our HotSpring Hot Tub.

Especially the owner Mark.Mark the manager/owner of this store has a tendency to talk in circles and make excuses for issues with the hot tub; Sold us the hot tub, and after that the problems started.We bought this hot tub for our lake home outside of Bemidji.We bought our first hot tub in 2018 in Plymouth hot springs for our city home and loved the service and care we received there. Bemidji hot springs is different and bad.Mark wants a sale. He does not care about you after he makes that sale. We had multiple problems with our hot tub at our lake home and He tends to make excuses for everything that might be wrong with the hot tub. We discovered that the tech Mark was the way to go. He fixed our problems and explained our hot tub to us.Avoid the owner Mark at the store. He is clueless. Mark, the tech is amazing and should operate the store.

We chose Hot Spring because of its salt water system and other high quality features. We have been very happy with the process from buying to delivery and all the questions afterward. I highly recommend Mark and his crew if you are looking for a high quality hot tub and also helpful service that doesn’t leave you frustrated! The physical effects have experienced exceeded my expectation. I thought it would be relaxing ( which it is) but muscle soreness and tightness and just overall feeling in my back and joints has been noticeably effected for the good. It’s also unexpectedly been a cool way to have some quality, face to face time with our sons (13, 10, 8). It is an investment for sure, but one that has great benefits and long term payoff for health and wellness.

Mark R. is the definition of great customer service. He is patient, responsive and very helpful EVEN after normal work hours. More businesses could benefit from his attitude and work ethic.

Mark and staff are top-notch. From helping us pick out the perfect tub, delivery, set up, and even helping us get the water balanced again, they do it all. We had a small mechanical issue with the tub recently and they took great care of us. They remember who we are when we stop in for chemicals and always ask how the tub is working, and if we are enjoying it. I would not go anywhere else!

I have been struggling with back pain and joint pain for a while and I was told that a hot tub might help. I didnt know anything about hot tubs and started my search for options in my area. After I had been to a few places I found Hot Spring hot tub in Bemidji. Mark listened to my needs and helped me purchase the perfect hot tub for me. The delivery, set up and help from the crew went smoothly and soon I was feeling the relief from pain by using my hot tub. Multiple times I have had questions and have been able to go in person as well as making phone calls and the customer service that I have received has been wonderful. I found that I had to leave home for a couple months during winter, and I was a concerned that not being around my hot tub would freeze. Getting some basic instructions from the guys at Hot Spring hot tub, I left town. upon my return I found my hot tub in perfect working order and wonderfully clear water, even though it had been down to -40°. This dealer sells state of the art products and even better, they stand behind them.Once you make an investment on a luxury item, that requires maintenance, it’s critical to trust they can and will offer excellent customer service. GREAT PLACE! This is the only place well get our chemicals from, even better than Amazon (and we love Amazon!) The people are phenomenal, and super helpful with any and all questions as we maintain our hot tub. We purchased a Hot Spring Sovereign from Mark at Hot Spring of Northern Minnesota in April, 2016. It was a great experience, and we love the tub. There are other good tubs on the market, but Marks a great guy, and so is his staff. Especially his service person, also named Mark. Hes happily taken calls from me on the weekend, and hes been very helpful. If youve never had a hot tub, good service is a must. These guys are great. I recommend them highly.
