Absolute nightmare! Bought my wife a pair of boots for christmas it was buy one get one had nothing in stock! Boots were ridiculously expensive same boots selling on line for 40 to 60 dollars less. Went to exchange the boots I had bought for a different size they had nothing available! Was told they can get them shipped. Asked if they could ship them to our house meaning we live an hour away was told it would cost ten dollars. After refusing to pay they finally agreed to ship to our house. Gave them my email address was told a tracking number would be sent to me and shipping would take 7 to 10 days. Five days later still havent gotten an email. I called and was placed on hold for ten minutes the employee was clueless and did not listen to anything that I was telling her! Dont waste your time and your money just order it online!!

What a lifesaver. Great customer service. After going to two other stores and not being greeted by their sales associates; I left. I went to tradehome and was greeted immediately (sigh) The assistant manager was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would definately recommend to anyone who is looking for great customer service and quality name brand shoes.

I would like to start off by saying I rarely if ever give a poor review online but todays encounter struck a nerve. This store has been in the mall for as long as I can remember (Im almost 40) purchased hundreds of shoes there throughout my life. This place sure did change in the last 13 years. My family of 6 just moved back to the area for my work. I went there today with my profession in healthcare in mind. I am often on my feet for 13 hours straight and some colleagues mentioned dansko shoes being excellent against fatigue. Lets start with how I was greeted. I got a generic how can I help you from a young female with dark and purple hair. I said that I am an RN and heard good things about Dansko products. During that time she stared at my somewhat protuburant dad bod, paying particular attention to my stomach region. This made me feel kind of uncomfortable, but I can overlook her silent fat shaming. What completely floored me was that she said that Dansko products are only for women.... First off Dansko makes all kinds of shoes for men, I knew that before ever bothering to try to buy them. I felt she was rude and judged me not just for rocking a dad bod but, being a Male RN. Her tone and body language elicited to every fiber of my being she would rather I just leave, so I did. They didnt just lose one customer today they lost 6.

I could not have been happier with my experience at Tradehome. I was visiting from the Twin Cities and had been looking online for a pair of Birkenstocks. The style and size I needed were completely sold out online so I looked up where an official Birkenstock dealer was during my weekend trip up north. Honestly, I didnt have high expectations to find what I was looking for. My wife and I have 2 little kids (4 and 5 yrs old) which makes shopping in-store quite a challenge. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the store manager. I let her know what I was looking for and had a few questions about proper sizing and specs about birkenstocks. My kids were already starting to show their impatience and the manager picked up on it. She had one of her employees come over and start playing I Spy to keep the girls entertained while I was being helped. This was amazing! She went into the back and brought out a couple different sizes of the style I was looking for. I could tell she really enjoyed helping me find the right fit and style. She even brought out a water-friendly slip flop that followed the same arch-support style that Birkenstocks had just in case I was looking for a boat/water sandle. I tried them on and didnt end up getting those, but did get the pair of Birkenstocks I was looking for! Thank you for providing such a great experience!
