Revised review. In May 2020 I purchased a used Ranger Reata from Bemidji Marine. The pictures looked good and the conversation with Derek went well. So I made the 4 hr. drive (one way). It turned out the starboard jump seat/battery cover was missing. I was told the seat had been ordered. Davey told me the motor had 530 hrs on it, seemed reasonable and the test drive went well. After spending 3 more hours at the dealership I bought the boat.After several ignored emails and phone calls regarding my seat, I posted a negative review. Miraculously I was contacted within hours and was able to talk with someone. I was assured the seat had been ordered. They also finally sent the maintenance records. The motor had over 610 hrs on it at purchase. A big deal? You be the judge. I know the negotiation would have proceeded differently with the correct information at hand. Shame on me for not demanding to see the records before purchase.March 2021 - Finally today, after they demanded that I pay for shipping, a boat cushion arrived. Not the entire seat/hatch cover assembly. I still have no cover for my battery compartment. 1 star is incredibly fair.

Zero stars wasnt an option or thats what I would have given them. Talked to them on the phone about warranty work on my boat and was told no problem bring it in. Drove to the shop to have the service guy tell me its gonna cost me $1000 out of pocket up front for fully covered warranty work. Already reached out to the factory to see how they feel about authorized dealers trying to rip off costumers with full parts and labor warranty on their equipment. Needless to say I wont be going back EVER!!!

I think service pricing is a bit high but they were timely. Well find out how good they did next spring.

Called about a piece for my ranger boat as my communication with ranger boats directly told me to work with a local dealer. This Marine said i had as much luck as they did. Zero help.

Great service! On vacation and had an issue with my boat. Tom was able to diagnose the issue, get me the correct part and made some helpful suggestions for the repair. Was back on the lake latter that same day.

Relatively prompt service, but EXPENSIVE!! And, they charge for estimates! Crazy expensive!

Dirt cheap Ranger boats. Quality Service. Bring beer for fast service!! Will not fix your 1979 Mercury, but will sell you a new(er) one!

Not many options in the area. Staff are okay to deal with, but prices are astronomical! Tried to buy a part there because I wanted it that day, price quoted was almost 3x the price online. I went home and ordered it.

Had trailer problems with my bearings and breaks. I had them worked on before we left home 700 miles away, but it was done incorrectly. When I asked Bemidji Marine for help, they told me they didnt have time ! Thank God for Rays Marine!! They helped me and saved my vacation.

We have use this Marine for 5 years due to very few other options and every single time ISSUES! Customer service sucks, poorly skilled technicians, The list goes on! Finally irritated enough to post a review
