We were liking the newly remodeled car wash. The bug remover and drying towels are a plus…IF THEY WERE’NT ALL EMPTY!!! Had very little bug remover in one bucket and the other two were empty. Went to dry our vehicle with the towels provided however there weren’t any. We drove back up to the car wash to get a towel and the attendant took so long getting us one our car was dry from the sun and spotted!! I guess we’ll have to find another place to take care our car but next time I will bring my own towels!!! You lose Simonsen’s!

I’d understand if they had a long day, but the workers left my card I had to ask them to get it back. Also said hello but the guy ignored me and I waited another Five minutes. Again I understand if they had a bad day or a long one, but my first experience may be my last.

This is a gas station convenience store restaurants and car wash all together. I dont go here very often but I do like to have my car washed here. The gas is about the same as everywhere else in town, the food is decent but I feel the portions are a little small for the price. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the cafe is quaint and inviting.

I normally get my car washed here but after paying 21 dollars and less then 2 minutes through the wash Im disappointed. My car isnt clean and there was nobody at the end wiping it down after the dryers so its super streaky and has a residue left on it. I understand not being able to open car doors and getting the inside door jams because of covid restrictions but I will now have to go somewhere else again and pay again to get it rewashed. Not impressed.

Not impressed with the car wash. Two days in a row theyve closed before the posted hours. Yesterday I showed up 35 mins before closing and they were closed. Today I showed up an hour and 20 mins before the posted closing time. Theyre already closed.Poor management.

Without going into details, Dane and the whole crew made me a very happy customer. I will for sure be going back. Thank you Dane for all your help!!

Great remodeled car wash, line moves much faster, I enjoy the drying towel option at the end

First off the worker charged me for the most expensive wash without asking me what I wanted( I was suppose to get $2 off for gas purchase) I did not receive the gas discount. When finished with the wash my car was still full of soap running down it and when I went to the “drying station” I saw my car was still full of dirt and mud. My back window didn’t look like it was touched at all and my windshield was filthy. I spoke to several people in the parking lot and they all agreed they’d never be back. More money for way less quality and have to do half the work yourself!! Very disappointed

I maintain that this is one of the best car washes in Bemidji. I love that they wipe down your door jams after the wash to prevent rust. They also have a solid snack selection for road trips.

Its a really nice clean gas station/car wash. They have a nice variety of beverages and snacks. Im not big on their cappuccinos or their deli though.

Love the gas station portion I love that I can save 5 cents per gallon with cash ( I use cash most of the time) The dinner part is good. The food depending on what you order can be pricey but the service there is good everyone is friendly its always clean and warm.

I signed up for the unlimited car washes and both days Ive tried to wash my truck this week theyve been closed during their normal posted business hours.

Affordable gas/car wash. Excellent variety of snacks, stellar service and food at their small cafe.

Good place to get gas though having to pay in advance on occasion is certainly not convenient. The convenience store is one of the nicest in town.

Sunday brunch at Simonsons Diner was very nice. The buffet price for adults was $9.99, for children was $5.99. Although it was very crowded, a table was immediately available.

Its convenient, could be better customer service though.

I usually get my gas here. Im just mostly on this side of town. If I wash my car I use their car wash. When gas prices go up or down, its usually lowest here first. I do NOT like that they dont have decaf coffee here. My son does like that they have DOC 360 soda here. I really dont know why, but Fridays around 3:15 pm it is very busy here.
