Good store-this location has more fabrics than anything. Flower selection was minimal.

It closes at 5:00 pm so people that work cant go there during working hours, so sad

Good store. Decent sails. But when we asked what was included in the sail they said anything white but when we got it cut they said it wasnt on sale. So they could be a little more helpful but otherwise decent store

I used to frequent this shop. The staff used to be super friendly and would go out of their way to make you feel welcome. This visit made it clear that employee morale is down. There appeared to be 1 employee for the entire store, and I felt like they were trying to avoid customer contact. This is sad to see, and I really hope to see improved morale the next time I go in to shop. Yes, I will still be back.

Great selection and friendly staff. Customer service is superior and always knowledgeable with answers to hard to solve questions. Store is clean and maintained with a softer quieter atmosphere. Crafts and hobbies are a good way to handle stress.

Online curbside pickup is a joke here. Plan on spending all day waiting. Staff cant even give you an estimate on how long your order will take to fill. My suggestion, If you can find it somewhere else, buy it there.

Excellent experience! The employees were so understaffed yet worked so hard focusing on the customers. They apologized for the wait which was truly minimal due to their dedication. I even got a real thank you! Joanns you need more staff and these women need raises!

Disappointed. Couldnt find needles. Couldnt get help. They were not busy. The help were too busy on their phones. I have struggled at this store before when needing help.After checking out, I mentioned to cashier I was surprised they only had one serger needle. They said it would fit all sergers.It didnt!!!!!!And lousy signs identifying where things are. I will have to start ordering on line.
