They were able to fix a tire that was reportedly unfixable (Dans Service-Detroit Lakes). Business is always busy although their staff is quick and hard-working and are able to meet your needs very quickly!

My missionary companions and I have come here a couple of times to get snow tires and an oil change. Both times the staff were really friendly and we got to meet some awesome new people in the waiting area while they worked on our car. A good place!

Brandon is the s**t!!!! I always ask for him by name. Its not that i dont trust his fellow coworkers, its just that i have so much trust and confidence in his ability and willingness to to take care. Today he went above and beyond to get me rollin safely down the road as he always does. The staff there are always very courteous. Ive been a customer of bemidji tires plus for over 10 years and cant see myself going to any other shop as long as Brandon is there looking out for me. I had brought my truck in yesterday an hour before they closed so they said itd be fixed by tomorrow and they did an amazing job they figured out what was wrong with it and its like driving a new truck Im very happy with my experience here especially after everybody I knew told me not to come here they were wrong definitely come here and get your car looked at if you need help with it!

One of the worst service places i have ever been to. The first thing the worker said to me was dont get your hopes up for it getting done today. It was 11am. It should have been a simple repair that took an hour but four hours later and no call. The car had been done for GOD knows how long and they just were never going to call. Called them because we were so tired of waiting forever after being told it would only take a couple hours, only to find out the car was just sitting in the parking lot. So unhappy with the service, never going there again.

They were able to get q new set of tires on my car same day. Prices are reasonable. The front desk guys are great! I had my brakes done there as well and they seemed to do a good job. I wouldnt go there for qctuql auto repair though.

They helped me out more than I can express I really appreciate those guys

Came from out of town to have 4 new tires put on. Happy they got us in same day as it was the only day off I could do it. But first they said they only had 3 of the 4 tires we needed, but could give us the next best for only $17 more. Per tire, that is. Then when ready to leave, the dashboard display showed that two tire sensors were no longer working that were working before. They could have fixed next day, but being we were from out of town that wouldnt work. Owner made comment they hold air dont they?. Not the point. Should have comped some cash back. Turns out the tech did not finish procedure on this car as he should have and caused the error message about the two sensors not working. Maybe it was too close to closing time to concentrate on doing the job right?

I have had many great experiences with Tires Plus until recently. My fiancé brought my car in to have my tires realigned after I had a rack and pinion replaced from another individual. We got a call from Tires Plus later in the day claiming I needed both my front control arms replaced, even though the left side had been replaced less than a year ago. My car had not been making any sort of noises until after I drove it out of Tires Plus. Very disappointed in them for tampering with my car and lying about what services it needed. Just trying to make extra money off of someone they thought knew nothing about their car! Shame on them for taking advantage of people.When I brought the car into another shop, they said only one control arm was even remotely loose. The other one was completely fine. Tires Plus stated over the phone the repairs would cost me $800, but when I picked up the papers with the estimate, it was nearly $2,000! They were going to charge me over double what another mechanic would. They made up a problem that wasn’t even real! I will not be returning. They have done excellent work before but they cannot be trusted. Always get a second opinion before you do a major car repair!

You can find tires cheaper. (Not by much). I will be happy to pay these guys a few bucks more. Product knowledge was top notch! Service was great. Josh and his team know their business. Thanks for a great experience.

Ive gone to this location twice this winter for tire repair. I had first gone to Walmart for a tire alignment and I asked them if my front tires needed replacing. They told me they were right on the verge of needing to be replaced and that I should probably go ahead and do it. My son-in-law wanted to check them first due to their low mileage, so I didnt replace them. However, a week later, I went out to my garage and one was almost flat. Tires Plus repaired it and told me that it still was a good tire. The following week the same thing happened to the other front tire. Tires Plus also repaired that one. They both had the same damage. They both had several thousand miles left on them according to Tires Plus (I was prepared to buy two tires from them but they told me that I didnt need to). Tires Plus service was timely, I waited for the repairs. They had coffee and a bathroom available. They had handicapped parking. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and didnt try to sell me tires that I didnt need even though I was willing to buy them. They do all sorts of repairs there, I spoke with several people waiting while their cars were being repaired. Highly recommend.

Good service at quoted price and managed to get it done in the time frame they stated although they were really busy. I have bought most of my tires over the past decade and had them occasionally do oil changes. They do a good job and seem honest.

They charge you for holding your vehicle with no intention of actually fixing it when it comes to electric problems. Held my car for 6 hours charged $600 for doing nothing! Scam artists at their finest

We been going to tires plus for awhile . We had some work done on my husbands truck and once we received it back the back light wouldn’t work and his check engine light came one . When we brought it back there was no communication and it took them 5 days to let us know they part was on back order . When we went to pick it up they charged us for fixing the back light which they broke for over 200 dollars !

Tires plus is the best place Ive found to get service. They still really care about you. You are not just another customer or number. They take the time to take care of you.

I have done business with Tires Plus since the day they opened. I recommended tires plus as a good option for people asking me about a place to take a vehicle. Im sorry but I will not be able to do that anymore. I had my son drop his vehicle off to get a headlight replaced (we have had this done many times for around $20.00) Most of the time they do not even pull the vehicle into the shop they just change the headlamp in the parking lot. I had just had the drivers side headlamp replaced at another shop for $19.75 (this is the hard one with the battery in your way!) When I got home my son gave me the receipt and I was amazed that it was almost $50.00! I was sure it was just a mistake and could take care of it the next morning. I was wrong!! I stopped in and spoke with the manager on duty and was told they had to charge that amount because of the use of the shop and the lift. Well I bet the vehicle never made it into the shop and I promise you it was never on the lift to change the headlamp. The cost for shop supplies was also ridiculous! I do have a couple friends that work at Tires Plus and I will miss going in and speaking with them.

I called and wanted an oil change. They told me to come in and as soon as I got there they took my car in. Within a short while they let me know it was finished.They were very pleasant the whole time I was there. I have used their service many times before and I will be using it again.

I have always had very positive experiences at Tires Plus. The staff are very friendly and professional.The only minor issue Ive had was this week when after a tire rotation one plastic wheel cover and lug nut covers were not replaced one wheel. I did not notice it until the next day. I returned to have the lug nuts checked as I was told to do after the rotationI went in today and pointed out the missing cover . When mentioning the checking the lug nuts I was told steel wheels did not need to be checked. They are looking for the missing wheel cover and will call(hopefully) if it shows up.I realize these are minor issues but are still irritating

I came in the fall of last year to get new tires and I was originally looking for a used tires but they were able to put brand new tires on in less than 30mins. They did a great job!! The one thing that they did wrong what they rolled down the driver’s side window which doesn’t roll up very easily anymore but I forgot to tell them that so that’s on me.

The guys at tires plus are honest polite and very fair ! I have been taking my vehicles here for years and have not been disappointed! Give them a try, they are also very convenient for just dropping off with out an appointment! Very nice guys and easy to work with!

Have used this service twice in the last three months and both times it has been great service. First time double checking to see if I wanted to go ahead and get the oil change because they believed the engine was going out. Second time they came and put air in my tire that I thought was just flat due to cold weather and found out there was a screw in there. The employee that put air in the tire even offered to follow me there just in case the tire didnt hold up. Got to love places that look out for your safety. Both times had excellent service.

Im disabled and my bill went up because of damage on my truck but they saved me as much as they could which really helped I will be going back for all my repair work!!

Great shop friendly staff, so good i recommended having a friend follow you there! Mainly cuz theres an hour wait. But if you dont have friends you can sit in the lobby enjoy free coffee and try and make some ;-)

I enjoy coming to this place for oil changes because its the cheapest place you can go in the area $20 oil change you cannot beat it even when youre doing it yourself its going to cost you more than $20 to do the oil change get the supplies and then dispose of the oil so I feel they do a great service they also look over your vehicle and tell you if theres anything you should be of concern with and if they dont tell you ask they will tell you what they see or might be concerned about

Good service, but prices for oil changes are a bit on the high side, and they dont accept Tires Plus corporate coupons. This would help lower the cost, so hopefully they will reconsider this policy.

My son is a BSU student whose car broke down in sub-zero weather. Tires Plus quickly got him back on the road for a reasonable price, and backed up their work when he had to bring it back for a second look. They were very professional. Arrived Monday morning 7:50 am. I requested a wheel alignment. I was told I couldn’t get my vehicle looked at till 3:00pm. I work evenings so impossible to get vehicle looked at. I was told earlier time that it was first come first serve. Find hard to believe that. This was the sixth time I went in for my request. Not bothering going back. Total runaround

Well this was over a year ago..shouldve brought it up much sooner. I brought my Bonneville in for an oil change on 3-28-19 and proceeded to leave for boot camp 5 days later. And then got a letter from my girlfriend two weeks later saying my engine started smoking and made a loud noise and then locked up. The oil was checked and it was just pitch black like it wasnt even changed. Very shady business you folks.

Was supposed to fixed leak from air conditioning. Didnt get done. Broke a stud on front wheel when rotating tires. Very unhappy with the place.

The staff there are friendly and quick to help customers. Oil changes are great and the tires arent too bad either. But they do over charge. They want to charge me 150 bucks to replace 2 broken lug nuts on my back tire. I know the price is 10 bucks for a new Bolt and nut. And its a half hour job. I wont be ripped off. Price check everytime.

Call tires plus a day before bringing in my car. Stated that they had tires and just to come in first come first serve.came in with my tire size and they quoted that they only have one set and that was their most expensive set. They cant recall who I talked to the day before.

Everytime i need my oil change, i drop it off in the morning before work, they give me a ride to work and pick me up if i need to get back. Other work i have had done is done relatively quick. Everyone is friendly, no issues.

Got an oil check a month ago at Tires Plus, Bemidji. A few weeks later, I started to have an oil leak. Took it back to Tires Plus. They wanted $500 to fix the problem, so i got all the stuff, and started fixing yesterday. The bolts on the oil valve cover had been loosened and one was missing. No wonder my oil leaks, Tires Plus sabotaged my car!8-29-18: the engine locked up a week or so after this. Unless Tires Plus wants to buy me a new engine, I don’t have more to say.
