Manager at Belvedere Illinois location refuses to do In store transfer to Freeport Illinois store. In the middle of a project we spend 10’s of thousand of dollars with SW always treated well in Freeport. Was warned that Belvedere manager will not work with other Sherwin Williams as a team.

Good personal and good attitude

Well at first I came to the shop kinda shy because I did it know what I was looking for or what would suit what I was looking for best, I saw a sales rep. Whom did not greet me but then I was approached by a greeting from Maribel witched I asked her before I left a great sales rep. She is very professional and understands and knows what she is doing and what one needs basement ended up looking GREAT Thank you MARIBEL!!! Props to you I give this place a 5star

The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you get their emails, you will know about their frequent sales, and you see lots of cool color combinations and ideas. Weve used Sherwin-Williams paint for about 10 years now in our three houses.

Ive only ever bought paint from Walmart - but wont ever do that again after coming here. The clerk helped us figure out the right kind of finish that we needed. Also, their color match tool was EXTREMELY accurate. They saved our color in their system so that we can access it anytime in the next 10 years. Super impressed. Way better than Walmart lol.

The staff was very knowledgeable. They gave us several option for painting the kids room. From a chalkboard paint to a clear product that turns any surface into a dry erase board.

The product our great, and the sales people are there to help you, not like at a big box store where no one knows nothing about paint, or paint products.

They took there time to help me find the color that I wanted . very happy
